Ванная комната чистая, много полотенец, наличие средств по уходу Соседка сверху не позволяла отдохнуть в полной мере. Диван-кровать немного неудобна. Было трудно привыкнуть. Но это не большая проблема по сравнению с соседкой сверху

• Natalya (10/5): Very cosy and relaxed, perfectly easy - Location, cosy interior. Good heating and conditioning. Perfect crispy clean bedsheet and towels. Hot water round the clock. Window shutters that work perfectly. Easy access to property and easy checkout. Mold behind the furniture
• Izquierdo (1/5): SUCIO!! - Nada en absoluto, la segunda noche la pasamos en el aeropuerto de lo sucio que estaba todo. El colchón del sofa lleno de manchas amarillas, el somier del sofá oxidado y manchado todo el colchón, las almohadas mugrientas y con manchas de sangre..los suelos la ducha ..la tapa del wc rota y en la habitación detrás del cabecero no podía haber más suciedad.Una lástima porque el apartamento es mono y pequeño y se puede limpiar a fondo en poco tiempo. Había leído los comentarios y les puse un mensaje diciendo que porfavor se esmeraran en la limpieza para tener una estancia agradable y poner una buena reseña y ha sido decepcionante ...el sitio más sucio en el que he estado y solemos ir a apartamento casi siempre..NO LO RECOMIENDO!!! NADA!!!!

• Magdalena (3/5): Humedades en Venecia N - Nada,por lo menos era tranquilo El apartamento estaba lleno de humedades,sucio y sin jabón ni papel para alojar a una familia 5 noches.Nos quejamos del fuerte olor a humedad y desconchones en el apartamento y no hicieron nada para satisfacer nuestras quejas.Nuestro apartamento era un primer piso y en Venecia no se suele habitar un bajo porque la humedad hace inviable la habitabilidad aunque se reforme. La tostadora tampoco funcionaba y tuvimos que comprar el lrimer dia,papel higiénico,champú,pastillas antismosquitos.......Lo peor el fuerte olor a humedad al entrar,nos quejamos por si nos podían cambiar y no obtuvimos respuesta.

• Yvonne (5/5): Kleine nette Wohnung, bedarf aber einer Renovierung - Die Lage war für uns perfekt. Klimaanlage im Wohnbereich hat nicht gekühlt. Küche war schlecht ausgestattet. Heizkörper im Bad ist verrostet im Schlafzimmer ist in einer Ecke leichter Schimmelansatz.
• Edurne55 (8/5): Alojamiento recomendable con buena relación calidad-precio! - La comunicación e instrucciones han sido muy fluida y precisas. La ubicación es muy buena, aunque no está en la zona más céntrica, está a unos 10-15 minutos y la zona es muy tranquila. Hay parada de vaporeto a 10 minutos. Las ventanas de la zona de estar dan a un canal, algo que le da encanto! Las camas son cómodas, la cocina está bien, y el agua caliente tiene mucha presion. Ha sido una estancia agradable y cómoda! La limpieza podría estar mejor, estaba aceptable pero vendría bien una limpieza más profunda. La tostadora no funcionaba y el aire acondicionado de la sala no enfriaba mucho, aunque fue suficiente para nosotros. Por lo tanto creo que es un alojamiento recomendable!

• Peter (6/5): - Nagyon jó volt az elhelyezkedés és a kommunokáció a szállásadóval. Különösen tetszett a fényképes útmutató a lakásba való bejutáshoz. Sajnos a tisztaság nagyon nem volt renben, koszos volt a padló, penészfoltok voltak a hállószobában, a mosogatógépből nem volt kipakolva, óriási foltok voltak a kanapén.

• Marakiabra (9/5): Comfortable accommodation and close to historical attractions. - Α very nice apartment with well equipped kitchen, comfortable living room, with windows on the canal in the Arsenale di Venezia area and with very good heating. Close to the main attractions but also in a quiet area ideal for families and close to a local market. Plus an electrical problem was solved quite quickly thanks to the prompt response of the host. I would prefer it to be a little cleaner especially the area before the entrance which was full of dust.

• David (7/5): Great location lovely apartment - The location is brilliant once you find it!! But that Venice for you. Only 10 mins to the main hub of St Marks square etc Having two rooms brilliant for the family set up and a lounge to chill in Nothing - was brilliant!
• Lisbeth (9/5): A modern stay among historic buildings & alleyways - Clean, spacious, modern, comfortable, well equipped. Wonderful atmosphere of canal at the kitchen window & ancient cobbled alleyways to walk to shops etc. Very responsive host who checked on us via message & offered activity bookings. Excellent directions & info to use vaporetto not water taxi. Nice touches like little bottles of shower gel & a kitchen “cleaning pack” that just made everything easy. Great hot water & towels. One bedroom had twin beds, the other a queen (king?) bed. The heating wasn’t working the first night, but they sent someone to fix it almost immediately when I told them the next day.

• Anonymous (9/5): Great Stay! - Everything in good condition nicely decorated, price vs value is good, adequate walking location. They were very supportive with address location and coordinating transportation to the airport. The only thing we didn’t like is the house rule to throw the garbage far from the hotel location, not pleasant if you are enjoying your vacation.

• Jana (7/5): Fantastic location, hosts were extremely helpful, apartment could do with a bit more attention rega. - Great communication with host, fantastic location, easy instructions to get the keys to property, had an issue with electricity and had maintenance arrive within 15 minutes to fix the problem. Sewage smell in the apartment, there is manhole cover in the bedroom and it’s not airtight so consequently the room smells of sewage. It was manageable but unpleasant.

• Vanine (8/5): Very good - We were given the ground floor one, even though I thought I had booked the top floor. The pictures look very bright reality is grim. On the ground floor you can't open the windows as it's too many mosquitoes and no net. Towels and sheets were clean, otherwise it could use some better cleaning and mold cleaning Also I received instructions on how to throw away the garbage 3 times, but only received the key instructions after asking for it on the day of arrival. Not cool.
