• Laura (10/5): Excepcional y muy cómodo y acogedor. Perfecto!!! - El apartamento es precioso y totalmente equipado. Está junto al canal pero es silencioso y perfecto para descansar. Es una comunidad típica italiana preciosa. Te sientes como en casa. Gianluca te recibe muy amablemente y te ayuda con lo que necesites. El metro está muy cerca del alojamiento, al girar la esquina y tienes al lado muchos restaurantes. Estoy feliz porque creo que hice la mejor elección. Lo súper recomiendo.

• van IJmeren (9/5): Een geweldige locatie en een aller aardigste host - Het prachtige gebouw, heel authentiek. Zo sta je in een bruisende straat en en zodra je de deur van het gebouw doorgaat, waan je je in hele andere en rustgevende ambiance. Daarnaast was de host ontzettend aardig en behulpzaam!

La corte interna è un gioiello e la camera è accogliente e calda. L'alloggio è dotato anche di cucina frigo ed è molto curata in ogni suo aspetto. • Luciani (8/5): - The location couldn't be better. Very quiet yet a few, very few, steps from Navigli. In a picturesque court yard that you simply walk out the door and are in the middle of the Navigli canal. Very good value for the money. We were cold and couldn't turn the heat on. The owner did tell me I should have messaged him and he could have adjusted it. A good thing to know and my fault for not thinking of it. The bed didn't have any sheets, instead had a big comforter. The owner said this is common in Germany and Northern Europe. As we travel we discover little things that are deal breakers. No sheets is a deal breaker for me, it just freaked me out.

The property is quaint, and all we really needed . All the restaurants are on your doorstep. Plus the metro is excellent and only 200 metres. Many of the other rental locations along the street offer electronic door entrance via your cell phone. This would eliminate the absurd late arrival fee. Bed is too small for a couple (its a regular double bed) Queen would be nice.

• Charneill (8/5): A comfortable stay - The host Gianluca is kind, very responsive, in constant communication with helpful information about how to get to the apartment and where to eat in the area. We arrived during a severe thunderstorm and he met us at the metro station with umbrellas and walked with us to the apartment. The location is wonderful, in a lively neighborhood full of restaurants and all amenities (a small supermarket and the metro station). It is along the canal so you can walk easily. The apartment itself is on the ground floor so no steps and no need for an elevator. It is small but comfortable. It has a washing machine and big fridge. There is a coffee machine with pods and sugar etc. The shower is literally in the kitchen. It’s right next to the kitchen sink and is small. The apartment is quite dark inside, although the weather was mostly sunny during our stay and we were out for most of the day so it didn’t bother us. The towels were clean but quite hard.

They are located in an incredibly beautiful area of the city, full of cozy cafes where you can enjoy delicious food, great drinks, and soak in the local life. This place offers a genuine Milanese vibe — vibrant, flavorful, and stylish. The apartment itself is tucked away in a stunning inner courtyard that is quiet and peaceful, offering a perfect retreat after a day of exploring the city. A special thanks to the host, Gianluca — he was kind, attentive, and always ready to help. His hospitality made my stay even more enjoyable. I sincerely recommend this place!
• Andreas (10/5): A great palce to stay! - The studio is in wonderful location, very close to the metro and lots of canalside restaurants and bars. Set in a beautiful courtyard with the friendliest community, we had a wonderful few nights. It is a little quirky with the shower in the same room, but that was not a problem for us. The room is spacious and was perfect for us as a base for our visit to Milan. For being so close to the action, the setting is lovely and quiet and felt like a secret behind the big door at night. Gianluca is the perfect host and helped out with some excellent recomendations for dining on the doorstep.

• Kailit (9/5): Great location and friendly host in a quiet courtyard apartment - The accommodation is located in central Milan, about a 2.4 km walk from the Duomo and just 800 meters from the nearest metro station. There are several restaurants, cafés, and bars nearby. Since the apartment is situated in an inner courtyard, it was pleasantly quiet with minimal street noise. The host was very kind and welcoming. The shower was located in the kitchen area and was very small. We stayed during a rainy period, and combined with the layout of the shower, the apartment felt quite damp.

• Jacquelyn (9/5): Quiet studio apartment in the middle of Navigli - Excellent location in the middle of Navigli, 3 minute walk to a metro station, less than 20 minute walk to the center of Milan. Lots of great restaurants all around the apartment. Once in the apartment you couldn’t hear anything. Apartment had air conditioning, which was a blessing in July! The bed was comfortable, shower water pressure great. The host was amazing! Very communicative…met us at the apartment and gave us recommendations for the area. Overall a wonderful studio apartment. Would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Milan. The kitchen was fairly well equipped but didn’t have a sharp knife or a microwave.

• Holly (10/5): An effortless stay right by the canals - We were sad to only have two days here. The owner greeted us with a big smile on his face and was so helpful our entire stay. We loved that we were located right on one of the lively canals but once you entered the courtyard it was quiet and easy to sleep. It's only a short walk to the train station, delicious food (thank you for the recommendations!) and the markets are literally on your doorstep if you're one to shop! The apartment was small as they tend to be in Milan but still had everything we needed.
• Elena (9/5): Beautiful and comfortable stay - - the location is awesome, it’s close to the beautiful Navigli river, I think it’s one of the best parts of Milan you can get - lots of restaurants surrounding - only half hour walk to Milan cathedral - it’s small, but very cosy and cute, definitely feels like a home, and we felt settled right in - despite it being a sofa bed, it was so comfortable and we slept really well - good air conditioning - host is, as everyone said, really friendly and helpful - we would book it again if we returned some day - it was missing kitchen knives for cutting food, especially fruits like pineapple and watermelon - the shower is in the kitchen, which is weird, but you get used to it - washing machine is awesome, but we couldn’t find a rack to dry our clothes - no oven. Not necessarily a minus, but good to acknowledge

We had a good time in the cozy accommodation. Transport connections, metro/tram to all parts of Milan leave nearby. The owner of the apartment was very polite and told us a lot about the area. The Navigli area is a popular area for Milanese and that's why there are a lot of restaurants there and on Sunday the area turns into a big market place, most interesting. The bed in the accommodation could have been better, because the bed spends in the middle. We told the owner that it would be worth investing in something better. The bed is a sofabed.

The bed was extremely comfortable and despite the location of the apartment being quite central, it was very quiet. The shower in the kitchen was slightly unusual but it made the most of the space and didn't bother us too much.
