• Francisco I (7/5): Belo Apartamento - As acomodações são amplas e bem decoradas. Outro ponto forte é sua localização. Os aparelhos de ar condicionado não refrigeravam adequadamente os ambientes do apartamento, principalmente, o quarto do mezanino. Outro ponto negativo são os três andares de escadas, caso você leve muitas malas irá sofrer.

• Simone (7/5): - Apartamento bonito, porém desgastado. Não é mencionado que o acesso ao apto é horrível, escada é íngrime estreita (3 andares) , sem iluminação , com corrimão precário. Acesso feio, com paredes sujas parecendo um beco.

• Evdokia (9/5): Comfortable stay - Central and spacious! Beautifully decorated and clean The day of the check out the cleaning people came almost 20 minutes before check out and waited outside the door as we gathered our things. Made us a bit anxious.

• Agron (10/5): Appartamento spazioso in zona perfetta - L’appartamento è davvero spazioso, arredato con gusto e dotato di tutto il necessario. Esteticamente molto bello e confortevole, si trova in una zona fantastica per chi ama la vita vivace: a due passi dal Duomo, in una via piena di bar e locali con un’atmosfera davvero piacevole. Gli aspetti negativi riguardano principalmente i condizionatori, che facevano abbastanza rumore, soprattutto quello nella stanza al piano superiore che ha iniziato anche a perdere acqua. Abbiamo dovuto togliere di corsa i telefoni dalla carica perché l’acqua cadeva proprio sopra. Inoltre, nel bagno al piano di sopra il soffitto è molto basso, e nonostante la mia attenzione, mi è capitato più volte di urtare la testa. Nel complesso, però, l’esperienza è stata positiva e l’appartamento ha tanti punti di forza.

• XMV (9/5): Nicely located, comfortable, and cool! A great place to stay - What a great place! There's a lot of common space, a spacious kitchen area, and lots of a/c. We had people stay in the bedroom, in the upstairs loft, and in the fold-out sofa, and everyone slept comfortably. It's easy to get in, get the keys, etc,. and the property's location made it easy to explore Florence. We would definitely stay here in the future! There's only 1 shower, so if you travel with a big group you have to make sure you manage people's time (but there is a 2nd toilet in the loft area). Other than that, we didn't really have anything bad to say about this place!
• Olga (10/5): Exceptional - Hello, the accommodation was more than comfortable for living, all the necessary hygiene products were available, there was also different types of tea, coffee, drinks in the refrigerator, olive oil, there was a hair dryer, coffee machine, washing machine, cozy and comfortable, great view from the window.

Easy to enter. 1-The apartment is in the 3rd floor and doesn’t have an elevator. We just found this issue 1 day before check in. 2-The WiFi was terrible. 3-A lot of mosquitos. 4-The heating was weak and does not provide a way to change for stronger or less heat.

I highly recommend especially if you are booking for a group. Just a very small detail: the amount of toiletries was not enough for the amount of people. For the rest, impeccable.
• Jaclyn (1/5): This Apartment is the Reason People Stay in Hotels - Bottom line, me and my three teenagers rented this apartment and did not have heat or hot water after for three full days, were promised a partial refund for the inconvenience and a full refund for the additional cost we paid for a late checkout, only to be ghosted after they asked for our PayPal information to provide it back to us. This is exactly why I almost always stay at hotels and am nervous about these types of properties. I will however say the positives of the property: the apartment itself is great space, in a cute area that is very accessible to the Duomo area and train station. The arrival and getting the keys to the property as well as contacting the property management customer service while we were there was easy and convenient which is why we believed them when they said they would refund us and not get booking.com involved, because the whole time they were very communicative and professional. Now the negatives, we had no heat or hot water for three straight days. We arrived on Wednesday evening. When we awoke on Thursday and went to shower we noticed the water was not getting warm. We called the contact number and asked if we needed to switch on the hot water because it wasn’t working. They directed us to where the hot water heater was and the switch was in the correct position, but I flicked it on and off again and the system seemed to start up. By this point we were running late and decided we would just take very quick cold showers. We again got back to the property late and went right to bed. We woke up early on Friday for a tour and the water and apartment was freezing. We contacted the customer service again when they opened at 9 they said they would send someone to look at it. We received a message at 11:30 that it was fixed. We got back to the apartment very late and it was absolutely freezing and the hot water was still not working. We messaged them at 11 pm and they sent someone out again to look at it.
• Reto (7/5): Charming flat, great location, but some minor inconveniences - Perfect location to see the sights and get around in the old town. The apartment has charme. Not everything is 100% in order - the water pressure in the shower is a bit weak and the warm water comes and goes, door handles are hard to use, the upper floor toilet has no light (sign that says to not use the light switch), the AC units are very loud (despite being new). The upper bedroom doesn’t have a door (it’s more like an open attic), ie it’s only suitable for families and not for eg 2 couples. For the first night the temperature was set to 18 degrees and the flat was very cold. We couldn’t figure out how to change it on the thermostat. But they resolved it the next day.

Someone came to help us but did not come to the door that we were waiting at. Turns out we were at the wrong door. Apartment stunk and was very noisy into late evening. Would not recommend. Three flights of awful stairs, no elevator 🙃 cold shower. 4 guests took cold showers. Bathroom upstairs in loft was a joke.

• Moses786 (7/5): Decent place to stay with some drawbacks. - good location - close to train station as well as to other attractions, clean room. Stairs to the apartment are no fun, it is very narrow and if you have luggage - good luck. Shower can use some decent water pressure, it is easier to trip the hot water. AC runs like a steamboat, so sleeping at night can be issue. It is big place but at the same time layout is not good.

• Jodi (10/5): Exceptional - Mamo Florence is a charming apartment situated on a picturesque cobblestone street, surrounded by a vibrant atmosphere of restaurants and shops. From the bedroom windows, the sounds of laughter, chatter, and Italian music fill the air as locals and tourists alike enjoy alfresco dining and friendly gatherings. Just a 10-minute walk from the train station and close to many iconic historical landmarks, this cozy apartment offers the perfect blend of convenience and charm. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the property, but one challenge we faced was navigating the narrow, winding stairs with our four 50-pound suitcases.
• Ian (5/5): Good apartment if you don't mind stairs - The property was clean and tidy. It had the facilities we needed. Its location was excellent for what we wanted to do in Florence When we looked for the Florence accommodation there was no mention that the apartment was on the 3rd floor and there are no lifts. At 68 years old it was a struggle carrying large suitcases up 3 flights of Stairs. Also two people on the booking struggle with stairs, we would not have booked this apartment if this information was available when booking. The property is advertised as two bedroom, the second bedroom is a loft which has areas that you cannot stand up in. Also the second bathroom is a room that you cannot stand up in and it only has a toilet.

• Eric (9/5): Nice and cute apartment - Location is great! Easy to reach all main sighting point and there are plenty of restaurants to choose from on the same street. Prompt response by the host. Stairs Stairs Stairs..... Also hot water supply is limited and couldn't accommodate for 6 people to take showers at the same night. Heating will be off when the room temperature reached 21 degrees.

• Adam (6/5): Pleasant - Very clean apartment, friendly and helpful staff on the phone, and excellent location. The air conditioning does not work well in this apartment, it was extremely warm and very hard to sleep. This was not the case in other apartments we stayed in Italy throughout our trip.
• Jacqueline (8/5): We only stayed for one night and it was perfect. The apartment is well equipped and would be fine to stay in for a long - The property was in a great location. The street was bustling and there were good choices for restaurants and little shops. It was close to the main sights so we could walk everywhere. The common areas of the apartment building are in need of attention and would be a challenge to walk up the narrow staircase to the third floor with suitcases if there were any mobility issues. Also returning to the apartment in the evening is a little spooky so perhaps not the best if you are travelling on your own!
