• Neil (8/5): Would definitely stay here again when I go back to Florence. - The location was exceptional. We were in the heart of Florence and walked everywhere. The room is on the fourth floor and so I would take this into consideration if you are older or less mobile, I was aware of this on booking and so it did not impact my stay. In fact being on the fourth floor allowed us to leave the windows open all day for good ventilation during a hot day. The accommodation is spacious and after a long day walking the reclining sofas are a nice to have. Overall I would definately stay here again. The communication from the host could of been better. Unfortunately, we had a mishap where the key broke in the door, and when trying to proactively resolve this with the host they went radio silent on me for most of the day. It was a bank holiday in Italy and so I understand the fact this may cause delays in getting the issue resolved but if this was communicated it would have made it better than sitting around not knowing anything. The Air Conditioning unit in the main living area was broke, and even though we did not spend much time at the accommodation it would have been nice to have with the lovely weather we had during the stay.

• Gerhard (10/5): Modern Florence Apartment - Property seemed newly renovated and was fantastic. Well situated to reach attractions and train station on foot. Clean and well equipped. Would recommend it. Parking is a problem, as for most places in Florence. Host made mistake by sending me the incorrect information to unlock/enter the apartment building, but after calling him, he sent someone to meet me and assisted me to enter apartment. (Original details were incorrect) Apartment is on the 3rd floor, so the steps can be tiring after a day of walking. No lift.
• Shonagh (8/5): High up, hot but comfy and good location - Comfy beds and sofa, hot water although low pressure in shower. Good location. Good kitchen. Air-conditioning didn't work even after reporting. I received an email with checking in instructions which were not correct, this caused stress. Ladder to mezzanine was steeper tha expected from the photos.
• Vanesa (7/5): Good - It was pretty comfortable and close to the center of Florence A Bathroom could be cleaner. We found dirty towels behind the door in bathroom and a lot of dust upstairs. The owner of the accommodation took the money for city taxes and right after wasn’t available on the phone. We couldn’t reach him out when we needed him.
• Carla (7/5): Good - The flat is very nice and the location is just perfect! I think it could have coffee and tea for customers. Once it has been asked to do the washing up, it should have washing up liquid, sponge, cloth and a tea towel. If cooking was necessary only a large soup pan and a frying pan were available. Used bidet on the 1st day and it was so blocked that the water was still there after 3 days. Remote for TV in the bedroom downstairs had no batteries. This flat has got a huge potencial just needs some attention to detail.

• Uliana (8/5): Cozy apartment for a great time in Florence - Bright, cozy and spacious apartment. Very convenient location, all sights within walking distance. There are many cafes, restaurants and shops nearby. The apartment had everything you need for a comfortable stay. The owner is very kind and friendly.
• Michelle (10/5): Exceptional - This was amazing. It has been our favourite accommodation on our trip so far. The location, cleanliness, host, there is nothing I would change. Everything was great!
• Maria (9/5): Superb - Everything was perfect, the apartment was clean, cozy, good designed. We couldn’t turn on the heating system and Stefano helped us immediately. The location is perfect, close to the city center and to the station too. There is no noises at night, many restaurants around it. Love it If I have to say something wrong, it’s that the apartment is on the third floor without elevator.

• Йордан (7/5): Good location but there are few small things to improve. - Location and price are the top benefits of this apartment. Kitchen was good. Living room has no table. TV in living room not working or at least we didn't find the way to start it, trying everting. The host came in our absence without informing us that he would do so. This startled us as we had left many of our belongings in the living room. In the kitchen there was no detergent and sponge for washing dishes and it was required that all the dishes be washed. Second bedroom is a bit difficult to climb on the stairs but it is tolerable.
• Maria (1/5): Terrible - Very bad communication with the manager and/or owner. I have asked several times for an invoice and a receipt for payment and never replayed. They avoid paying their taxes and fraudulently never provided an invoice for my payments. Dirty and bad smelling in the common areas. Avoid at any cost.

• Riikka (9/5): Nice apartment with good location - Apartment was really good location! For us we didn’t mind the stairs but if you have problems withem I wouldn’t recommend this place. There was everything you need. Only negative is that; it was hot and air conditioning doesn’t get up on the loft. So we couldn’t sleep there because it was too hot and feeled like you couldn’t breathe there.

• Julie (7/5): Great location, apartment more suitable for 2 adults than 4 - Fabulous location, nice apartment I think there are 5 flights of stairs and no lift (which it does state) but hard getting up with suitcases. One of the bedrooms is up a very steep ladder, not easy for older people and impossible to get suitcases up so 2 guests had to leave all their luggage downstairs which took up the living space. Communication with host was poor, asked questions before going but got no response. Host did respond first couple of days of our stay but not later when we couldn't get the TV to work.
• Jessica (7/5): Great location, 3 flights of stairs, adequate. - Great location, fairly quiet. Had washing machine and kitchen appropriate to prepare basic food. Bed was very creaky, some aspects were quite worn eg couch, marks on wall, hall table with unscrewed leg and very unstable. Didnt hear back from hosts about a question I had despite saying I could message them. Never heard back.

• Merve (9/5): Superb - This apartment was in a great location, although one of the many narrow and busy streets, so it was hard to unload and load luggage readily. That said, the train station was really close and anything you could need was 2-5 min walk readily around you. The apartment is 4 floors up to the top of the building with no lift or elevator. With a lot of luggage and especially older family members, this was a challenge for us.
• Katrina (4/5): Dirty place with black bathroom worms! - It was close to the train station and a short walk to most attractions. The bed was uncomfortable. I messaged the owner multiple times about black flies and worms in the shower and they didn’t respond. The owner doesn’t respond. The floors and kitchen walls are dirty! The apartment has been renovated nicely at some point but isn’t not well maintained. We would not stay here again.
• Aran (4/5): Disappointing experience - Great location Lack of communication from the host. Was waiting on the street in hot weather to check in. Host told us they had sent checkin details when they hadnt and did not reply to messages, had to phone them for details. On the 4th floor without any elevator. Wifi password is written on paper but it is the wrong details. There is a bed in an attic-like situation which is extremely uncomfortable to sleep in due to the heat with only a fan. Shower water temperature will alternate between hot and cold spontaneously.
• Georgi (1/5): Bad experience, wouldn't visit again. - Almost nothing. Bad neighborhood. Uncomfortable location and bedroom on the second floor. Wasn't clean and prepared on time.

• Sarah (5/5): Average apartment - Good location. Poor communication with the host, no mention of having to drive through the ZTL to get to the apartment which led to lots of stress and we had to sort out ourselves when the ZTL information says your accommodation can apply for a permit for you. The apartment was very run down, lots of marks on the walls, dirty floors, air con didn't work well.
• Anonymous (6/5): Pleasant - The location was close to key sites. The loft upstairs for all 3 nights was way too hot so we had 6 adults sleeping in two beds instead of 3. The fan was pushing hot air in the loft and the air conditioner did not cool down the loft.

• David (8/5): Good location and comfortable stay. Great for 3-5 people. - Good location. Dry clean and comfortable. Clean and modern decor. 4th floor. Owner didn’t respond quickly via booking messenger. He gave me the wrong number. Thankfully we found another tenant in the building who got us connected. Not sure how long it would’ve taken to get in since he was waiting for my call. Minor detail. Low toilette paper for 5 people. Just made it for 2 days by rationing :).
• Tarek (8/5): Great location/ 3rd floor with no elevators and no clothes closets s - Excellent excellent location and nice appartment overall BUT LACKING storage space and in the 3rd floor with no elevator. Kitchen nice, bathroom nice and tidy / one room comfortable beds- A bit small for 5 people, certainly kitchen table isn’t the right size / NO STORAGE SPACE AT ALL- ended up with 3 suitcases and 3 bag packs on the floor, Ok for a night but not comfortable for a longer stay/ one bed in the attik with very steep stairs and no head height (mezzanine) so if you plan to have kids there, it is an element of risk/ app in the 3 rd and last floor with no elevators, good luck with luggage- stairs:80 cm wide but clean(narrow)/

• Shruti (9/5): A very good property in excellent location - The location is the USP of this property. Right in the center, everything is within walking distance! The property is very neat & clean and good for 3 couples. Although, there are no amenities , not even hand wash in the toilet so be prepared. Very poor communication from the host. We contacted multiple times to ask how to check in but no response. We had to wait outside the door with a baby , in the heat, until the seller picked up and told us how to check in. He did apologize though.

• Colleen (8/5): Very good - The apartment was a good size and in a wonderful location. Very close to everything. There was very little supplied in the kitchen. Very minimal cutlery, plates, cooking pots etc. This is fine if you plan to eat out. Definitely not easy to cook. It would be better if there was more thought put into this area. Additionally several light bulbs were not working. It seemed not great attention to detail. The wall next to the table was filthy. These are very easy to fix and unfortunately show lack or care or attention to small details.
• Laarni (8/5): Excellent location - Location and apartment facilities. Seamless communication with Stefano, the host/owner. If you want to explore florence by foot, this apartment has an excellent location. Florence S.M. Novella main train station is a 6-7 min walk. Lots of restaurants nearby. Apartment has good facilities and able to accommodate a child. No lift and the apartment is located at the 5th floor. We are a family of 6 and with a total of 10 luggages so it was really a challenge.
