• Melissa (10/5): - Elisabetti is super organised, proactive and responsive via Whattsapp messages ensuring I had the right information at my fingertips to safely meet us at the Rialto waterbus stop and lead us to the accommodation. Her tips during the stay to make the most of sightseeing and where to buy items were very helpful too. Finally the accommodation is in a quite central location, and the extra mirrored wardrobes, spacious layout and amazing italian coffee pot and rapid spin on the washing machine made our stay very comfortable. We felt so welcomed with Elisabetti and the accommodation would definitely recommend! The fan in the bathroom is quite noisy and not as effective though still better than no fan at all.

• Alexandre (10/5): - Η τοποθεσία του καταλύματος ήταν ιδανικη. Δεν είχε πολύ φασαρία καθώς βρίσκεται σε παράδρομο και όχι κάτω από τα τουριστικά μαγαζιά, αλλά κεντρικά. Η οικοδέσποινα ήταν εξαιρετική! Είχαμε άμεση επικοινωνία, μας συνόδευσε μέχρι το κατάλυμα από το σημείο που μας άφησε το μίνι-ferry, μας εξήγησε ο,τι χρειαζόμασταν…όλα ήταν υπέροχα. Άνετο διαμέρισμα για οικογένεια με δύο παιδιά.
• Barbara (10/5): A comfortable and lovely studio apartment close to everything! - The host, Roberta, was wonderful! She met me personally at the Rialto vaporetto stop and walked me to the property. She was very responsive and we had great communication before, during, and when I left. I would absolutely stay at her apartment again. Wonderful place, fantastic location, quiet to sleep at night, and very comfortable. Absolutely lovely home. I had everything I needed during my stay, and this property exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend this accommodation. I would have loved screens on the windows as I had a mosquito come and and bit me on the cheek. He was a cheeky mosquito. I did have the windows open in the early evening, so it was my own fault. Everything else was absolutely wonderful!

It is easy to walk to the museums, the vaparettos and the train station. Roberta met us at the Rialto vaparetto stop when we arrived and walked us to the apartment which was so appreciated! She also sent us information about restaurants and various outings. She is a wonderful host. Everything was great.

• Lisadelt (10/5): Idéal - Très vaste studio confortable au 1e étage (il y a un 2e studio au 2e étage). Sécurisé, on y accède par une petit jardin fermé par une jolie grille en fer forgé. Cet appartement, très propre, possède une cuisine équipée, avec tout ce qu il faut (plaque au gaz, micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle, touchon, éponge, sel, poivre, épices, café avec petite cafetière italienne. etc. Il y a une salle de bain de belle taille avec douche et toilettes. Rien ne manque : linge de lit, de toilette, shampooing, gel douche, papier toilette. Plusieurs très grands placards permettent le rangement. L'appartement est central, situé dans une zone calme (notre séjour a eu lieu du 07 au 11 décembre), proche de tout, que ce soit des lieux d intérêt (pont du Rialto, basilique, palais des doges, pont des Soupirs, musée Correr, place Saint Marc), que des restaurants, des boutiques ou d un petit supermarché. Elisabetta, la propriétaire est extrêmement gentille. Elle nous attendait à l arrêt du bateau Rialto pour nous accompagner jusqu'â l appartement et nous a indiqué des bonnes adresses. Alle Geräte funktionieren. Elisabetta ist die beste Gastgeberin die wir in Venedig je hatten. Sie denkt an jede Kleinigkeit die ein Urlaub noch schöner und bequemer machen kann. Хозяйка Роберта встретила нас на остановке вапоретто Риальто, и мы вместе дошли до места, поэтому нам не пришлось блуждать по улочкам с чемоданами. За это отдельная благодарность. В апартаментах есть все необходимое - фен, утюг, средство от комаров, на кухне достаточно посуды, чтобы быстро что-то приготовить. В 5 минутах ходьбы продуктовый магазин, на каждом шагу кафе, рестораны, до площади Сан Марко минут 7 (это если не заблудиться). На протяжении пребывания в Венеции мы ощущали поддержку и заботу хозяек апартаментов. Они дали много полезной информации и быстро отвечали на сообщения по телефону. В день отъезда разрешили оставить багаж до 12. Все понравилось

Elisabetta es una gran anfitriona además de tener una excepcional vivienda con toques venecianos y muy bien preparada, es que está en el centro de todo! De comercio, restaurantes, Plaza de San Marcos....a 2 minutos de todo lo más importante! También te ayuda a llegar desde el aeropuerto de Treviso hasta la vivienda y de vuelta igual! Te recomienda sitios donde visitar y lugares que probar!! Lo que le suma puntos es ella sinceramente! Lo recomiendo 100% a todos los que quieran conocer Venecia!! Por decir algo, el servicio de recogida de basura, no es como aqui.

It was a few minutes from Rialto Bridge and Piazza San Marco but was on a relatively quiet street (at night, there were only occasionally sounds from a few people talking when they were walking by). It was also very close to food options. The apartment was clean and well-equipped. Roberta came to meet us at the Rialto pier to show us the apartment, sent us recommendations and was responsive to our questions.

The apartment itself is gorgeous, so clean and comfortable & felt very authentic with everything you'd ever need. Location was just superb - literally central to everything but also walkable to the quieter areas of San Polo etc. Restaurants literally on the doorstep. The closet was really convenient as well! the bed + pillows could have been a bit more comfortable. there was an interesting smell coming from the bathroom every now and then but the building is also from 1170 so we gave it some grace.

The apartment is in an excellent location, very close to the most important places in Venice (maximum 5 minutes walk to Rialto bridge or San Marco square). It is an excellent location for an unforgettable experience in a unique city. I liked to stay even for a few days in a historic building built in 1400. In the apartment you have everything you need.

We communicated well through what’s app. Located on a small side street, just 100ft. from a busy Main Street with lots of great restaurants, markets and easy walk to both San Marco and Rialto. Courtyard could use maintenance. Not an attractive entry way.

First our host Roberta is the kindest person we have so far met during our different journeys, she waited for us at the Rialto bridge as we were coming by boat from the airport and accompanied us directly to the apartment. Furthermore she sent us different informations helpful for making our holiday in Venice great! The apartment couldn't be better situated: in the heart of Venice although in a quiet allee and only a stone throw away from San Marco and Rialto. Equipment of the apartment is top, nothing is missing and in my opinion the apartment is really beautiful; we felt in there like Venitians :) Also to mention is that the apartment was very clean and that the bathroom is really very practical. This was our second holiday in Venice and next time, if available, it will for sure be again in this apartment!

We arrived before check in and we were able to get in early. She gave me many tips on what to do and where to go. If and when I go back I will definitely stay there. Highly recommended. - This is a beautiful and immaculately clean self-catering apartment in a very good location in Venice, in between the Rialto bridge area and Piazza San Marco. The hostess Elisabetta is lovely, she came for us at the ferry stop and shared all information regarding restaurants, places to visit, etc. The location is brilliant - right in the middle of prime tourist locations (it was lovely to wake up early in the morning and go for a stroll to see the still empty Piazza etc.) and also very close to a couple of grocery stores. Highly recommended. Nothing really. Persons who have some mobility difficulty need to know that there is no lift, and one needs to go up one storey of stairs to access the apartment. However, this was not an issue for us.

I was met at the Rialto vaporetto stop and taken to the apartment. The location was ideal being very close to St Marks. It was a very quiet location. I was able to cook my own meals enjoying the lovely fresh fish and produce bought at the Rialto market. There was plenty of shampoo and soap and cleaning materials.

It also had some tea, coffee, water and snacks for free. There are two grocery shops nearby (3-4 minutes walk) and fish market. So we cooked delicious see food at home few times.

• Martin (8/5): Lovely flat in good location but .... - Good location for San Marco and Rialto. Spacious flat. Nicely decorated. Secure and private. Garbage collection starts at 7am at the adjacent canal bridge and goes on for 2 hours. Dont know which days but we had it 2 days out of 4. You cannot sleep through this noise. You need to know about it before you choose this flat. Although the flat is very nicely furnished with a big comfortable bed, there is no surface space to put anything on. Just a tiny breakfast bar. Put a table in there please.

• Rosalyn (10/5): This was great - wish we had a few more days. - This studio apartment is fabulous - great location, fully equipped, very comfortable with some beautiful touches, Our host was very easy to communicate with. The garbage situation was rather complicated but that is probably the norm there.

• Angela (8/5): Nice apartment in great location - Easy walk to Rialto or St Mark's. Plenty of restaurants nearby & supermarkets. Comfy bed & spacious apartment. Host was easy to contact via WhatsApp & met us at Rialto water stop. Provided extra touches such as bottle of fizz, water, cake, coffee & sweets. Lots of storage space. Host's partner carried our bags up the stairs when we arrived which was much appreciated. Both host & partner spoke excellent English & were chatty & informative providing us with recommendations for restaurants etc. Bed has wooden surround of about 8 inches which has to be navigated when getting in & out of bed. Bed & sofa very low down so wouldn't suit anyone with mobility issues. Same applies to stairs to access apartment (we had top floor so quite a climb). Breakfast bar chairs were a little uncomfortable so we placed cushions on them. Could do with a few more cooking utensils such as spatula but overall had enough for us to cook breakfast & simple meals. Bit noisy at times from street below but quiet from around 11pm & overnight.
• Hans (10/5): Exceptional - very spacious, close to a lot of attractions and also a grocery store bed was a little uncomfortable for me, but did it’s job nonetheless

• Gabriel (10/5): Perfect contact before arriving and very kind owners who recommend great restaurants, bacaris, osterias and quickly reac - ideal location - 2 minutes walking to St. Mark’s Square and Rialto bridge
• Yanamatvychuk (10/5): One of the best places in Venice - big and not expensive. - Very big apartment if to compare most of the properties in Venice. We had family of 4 people (among us 2 kids). Perfect kitchen. Big bathroom. Big washing machine and dishwasher available. Supermarket 2 min walk. We slept with opened windows, almost no noise at the street outside. Location is perfect for any direction for sightseeing. For breakfast few places available just 2-5 min from the apartment. Great place! Will come back! All was great!
• Gemma (10/5): Exceptional - I loved the apartment in general, especially the ubication because it is very centric. We also like that everything was very clean and the owners were very helpful and friendly Nothing. All perfect!
