Хозяин был приятен в общении, даже сопроводил на паркинг. В апартаментах есть все необходимое для комфортного проживания, вплоть до разнообразной посуды. Не нашли

• Dora (10/5): we had an amazing time here! - well equipped apartment, got everything we could ever need! restaurants, bars, bus stops and a supermarkets closeby. the host is really kind, i recommend staying here wholeheartedly :) only two little things - the window/door couldn’t be fully opened in the bedroom and there was no mosquito net in the living room/kitchen area

• Rb (6/5): Not a bad place - If you dont mind a 15min walk to the city center then it is a great location. A grocery store just around the corner. Private WC and kitchen and separate bedroom. Washing machine is on the balcony. I get that tile floors are common but still, if you dont want to walk around with cold feet your going to need slippers. Pretty dark apartment, even on a sunny day. Would advidse not to leave food out on the table - because cockroaches will find it :(

• Abby (10/5): Family trip to Florence, and found this perfect place to stay! - This was a great apartment to stay in! It was just outside of downtown, but close enough to walk to. It was set up gorgeously and very comfortable. The host even left breakfast items for us. I didn’t understand the towel warmer until too late, but that’s because we don’t have them in America.

• Mayeda (7/5): Nice apartment. Good location. Needs some cleaning! - Comfortable apartment for 3 people AC Location Mini fridge Bus stop close to the apartment Apartment was not very clean. We found hair on one of the pillows and bathroom floor. Shower area has a little mold on the tiles. We arrived after a long trip and there was no toilet paper! We received it one hour later.

• Maria (4/5): Disappointing - The location, the darkness, the bad information from the owner. The tv in the bedroom didn't work. The cleaning utensils were everywhere showing how dirty and old they were.. it's not 10 min from the center, it is 20....is very far away.
• Anita (9/5): Apartments with a balcony - Very good location, city center is not far. Santa Maria Novella train station is 1.5 km from the property. We didn't meet the owner, all the entry codes were sent to us. She was very kind to leave for us fresh milk in the fridge and some sweets in the kitchen. Very comfortable beds. Overall it was very clean, but if you keep the windows open, some kind of black dust appears on the floor. After 2 evenings we got really black socks. The stairs to the apartament are very steep. One of the neighbors had a dog which was barking a lot and it was a bit hard to sleep, but overall soundproofing was good as we didn't hear any noise coming from the street.

• Morne (9/5): nice property with a friendly host - host provided us with some very useful welcome goodies. nice and spacious. kitchen lacked kitchen towels. there was no binder with some more info about the area, eg buses, things to see / tips. the property is quite far from central Florence. some tips on how to get there from the station / airport would be useful.
• Ngoc.6120 (9/5): Superb - The apartment in general is very nice and clean. The owner cares for us a lot too. Me and my friend arrived in Florence too early, and the owner prepared for us so well that we can check in earlier than expected. The location is just a little bit away from the downtown, so we had to go by bus for about 10 minutes (and I don't think that is a problem if you want to have the experience with the transportation here).
