- Sai (10/5): Clean, tidy accommodation ,nice host - The host, Alessandra, was very communicative and quick to respond. The checkin instructions were clear and she was there to meet us. There is construction outside which make it a little confusing for the taxi .The location was great, so close to Ponte Vecchio, walkable to all the attractions, restaurants and shops. She had snacks and bottles of water and juices ready for us. The studio is clean and the kitchenette is well supplied. There is a folder full of tips and information which was helpful. .You can hear a bit of noise but it didn't bother us. We will stay there again. Thank you, Alessandra.
- Brown (9/5): Has everything you need! - The bed was comfortable, it had a tiny kitchen, and a nice bathroom, a wardrobe for hanging clothes and shelving. The owner had provided snacks, tea, waters and juice boxes as well as a map and a folder full of information. Alessandra helped us with a transportation issue and communicates promptly.

- Lee (10/5): This was central, clean studio with a great host. - The property is perfectly situated, not more than a 15 minute walk to anything- attractions, train station! Studio was clean and modern and Alessandra had included a lot of extras such as coffee, tea, water, and some sweets. She was also very responsive. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Florence.
- Eriko (9/5): An apartment that feels like home. - The owner, alessandra, was prompt, courteous、, and very helpful. She had water and juice in the refrigerator, as well as snacks and pancakes, so she felt at home as soon as she entered the room. There was a lot of noise from motorbikes until midnight, but that can't be helped because the buildings are next to each other, and it's not the apartment's fault.
