• Brouw (9/5): Zouden dit onmiddellijk opnieuw doen! - Locatie net buiten het historische centrum en in een levendige buurt: openbaar vervoer, bakker, pizzeria, kleine resto en buurtwinkel heel dichtbij. Aangenaam appartementje, met alle comfort, in een buurt waar echt gewoond wordt. Alhoewel beheerd vanop afstand werd er onmiddellijk gereageerd toen we een probleempje signaleerden met de sleutel. Info over de toegang is zeer summier. Appartement op de tweede verdieping zonder lift: dit is duidelijk meegegeven. Het is echter een oude onregelmatige trap: vlot te nemen met jonge benen maar iets lastiger voor oudere knieën!

• David (10/5): We would definitely stay here again. - We were very comfortable, and there were six of us. The location was terrific, with a tram stop from the airport right in front of the apartment (final stop) and easy walk to the duomo and other sites. While the front room was on the piazza, the two bedrooms were in the back and very quiet. There were a couple of very small issues that was taken care of by the management very quickly. The two flights of stairs didn't bother us, but could be a problem if stairs cause you difficulty.

Spacieux Équipements présents Propriétaires facilement joignables et réactifs Le matelas d'une des chambres était vraiment plus qu'inconfortable, impossible pour nous 2 de dormir dessus, nous avons mis le matelas du canapé lit par dessus et heureusement ! Il faut absolument le changer d'autant plus que jai vu plusieurs commentaires a ce sujet. Les salles de bain ont l'odeur d'égouts... Les clés étaient a récupérées a 10mn a pied alors quil y avait une boîte a clés a l'appartement...

• Andrea Colli (9/5): - Appartamento in ottima posizione per raggiungere i luoghi di interesse centrali e la stazione, di dimensioni ottime fino a 5 persone. Molto bello a ben arredato con un ampio soggiorno che si affaccia sulla piazza di San Marco. Pulizia da migliorare.
• Olga (3/5): - Great location, but the stay was disappointing The apartment’s location is truly excellent, but unfortunately our experience was not as we had hoped. The apartment is on the second floor with very steep and narrow stairs, which can be difficult to manage, especially with luggage or for anyone who isn’t in good physical condition. The host arrived about 20 minutes late for check-in, despite us sharing our arrival time several times in advance. When we finally got in, we were not given any instructions about the apartment and had to figure things out ourselves. We had several maintenance issues: – A bathroom faucet came loose the first time we used it. – There was no hot water on our first evening (later we discovered the gas heater was turned off). – The air-conditioners didn’t work in heating mode, and it took until the next day for someone to fix them. – One of the bedroom doors does not close properly, which affected privacy. For six guests there were initially only three blankets. Additional blankets were provided later, but it took some time and caused some discomfort. The gas stove doesn’t ignite automatically and no lighter was supplied, so we had to go out early in the morning to buy one in order to make coffee. The “coffee machine” advertised is just a moka pot, and guests need to purchase coffee themselves. The kitchen also lacks some basic essentials such as salt and pepper, which would have been helpful. Although the apartment is advertised as suitable for six people, one of the double beds is in the living room, right by the windows overlooking a tram stop that operates all night long. The noise made it very difficult for anyone sleeping there to rest properly. Communication with the host was only possible via Booking messages or by phone calls, as he was not available on WhatsApp. For travelers without a local phone plan, this can be inconvenient, and responses via Booking sometimes took one to two hours.

• Sharon (10/5): Exceptional - it was close to all amenities. public transport was a breeze. dishwasher wasn't working but they did offer to fix it for us. we decided no as it wasn't a long stay and we weren't at the apartment much. it also had very narrow stairs which was hard to manoeuvre luggage. however I had already read the reviews and so knew it was going to be hard. overall the apartment was amazing.

• Stephy (9/5): Great apartment - Stylish apartment! Great location! Huge, 2 nice bathroos! Next to galleria della academia... restaurants, even super market. Close to everything! It is a spacious apartment with Great view, pretty comfortable! But... the stairs... is just a second floor but those stairs are something else... I traveled with 3 seniors and it was really hard on them. The sofa bed is huge but isn't that comfortable and there is a construction in front so you can hear it all day long... yes.. at night too... I know is not anyone's fault but is important to take it into account if someone is sleeping in the living room...

• Vivan (7/5): Good - Apartment was well located next to cafes and restaurants. It is also a good size. The living room was nice and looked on to San Marco square (though there were building works on the square so really noisy). Walk to Duomo is abut 7 mins and quite pleasant. The building does not have a lift and the stairs are quite steep. Apartment is on the 2nd floor. The rooms were small and dingy. The bathrooms were not up to standard. They were full of small bugs and silver fish. If someone is showering with hot water in one toilet, the other toilet only had cold water. One of the toilets had a strange smell to it and the lighting was very dim. It also had terrible water pressure. On our arrival the boiler was leaking and one of the bedroom door handles were broken, but they did get it fixed that afternoon.
• Cristina (9/5): Cozy apartment with great location - The location was very good (close to everything) and the stuff very responsive. A bit cold in the apartment in the winter season but they provided more blankets for us.

• Amelia (7/5): Good location - Great location, walking distance to everything When we got there, there was a terrible smell from the bathrooms, it was fixed the next day, but disappointing that staff had not done so when cleaning the apartment before our arrival. The wi-fi is not strong, the stairs with all our suitcases was scary. Amenities provided is a 10ml sachet of shampoo and body wash, so really just one shower. There is construction outside, not property's fault but is quite noisy.
• Jeanette (7/5): Accounting - Location The step stairs were a fall risk. Stairway was narrow and light switch was not visible in the dark. A motion detector in hallways would greatly reduce the risk.

Lastly, the customer service was great that they found what I left in the apartment and are sending it back to me. Excellent service and place, it's flawless Nothing.

• Kamilla (8/5): Very good - Very clean and cozy apartment, equipped with all necessary stuff. Getting inside the apartment with key locker is fast and easy. Great location, just a walk distance from all must see places. Markets and cafes were just next door, so our kids enjoyed shopping even without our guidance. For access into the building we managed to reach customer service from a few attempts, as we travelled during abnormal heatwaves that was quite annoying. The hosts informed about absence of elevator, but I couldn’t imagine how hard it would be go up with our heavy suitcases as stairs of old building are very high.

• Kevin (8/5): Great location, good stay - Ideal location in easy walking distance of all attractions. Good home from home, minor tlc needed e.g. paint touch up. Very easy access, have to phone on arrival which seems a hassle but was very easy & quick. All interaction with host very good. External noise - beyond property's control, but significant building work on square was very loud from early morning til evening, though only in lounge, couldn't hear in bedrooms. Also be aware whilst only 2 flights up, if less abled you may find stairs too steep. The aircon was rather inadequate for us not accustomed to the heat, however we were advised external restrictions existed on settings. Host did offer to provide fans, but unfortunately they didn't arrive, though we did not pursue.

• Gavin (7/5): Noisy but fun. - location, close to most of the main attractions. Noise, continuous construction work outside the apartment for the entire duration of our stay, from early in the morning to early evening.
• Vera (9/5): Superb - The atmosphere of the flat was very cozy. The two bedtooms are very quiet. We had everything we need. Everything was perfect. Keep in mind that there is no elevator like many other places in Florence. It's the second floor so it's not such a problem for most people.
• Colleen (8/5): Excellent location, close to everything. Above yummy bakkeries and it has 2 bathrooms! - The location was excellent. There is a neighbour who plays the piano every afternoon but they play really well so we enjoyed it but not everyone might agree :) It wouldn't be great to sleep on the sofa bed in the living room as it was noisy in that room from street traffic.
• Hugo (7/5): Overall a good choice - Excellent location. Two small rooms and two bathrooms but still very comfortable. The neighbor upstairs plays the piano very intensively and we can hear it very loud! At first I thought it was music played in the appartement. I was looking for the TV or the CD player to switch off the music when I realized it was the neighbor upstairs!

• Jennifer (9/5): Gorgeous stylish well appointed apartment in superb location! - This is a gorgeous apartment. It’s not common to find two double bedrooms - not twins - and two separate bathrooms, which this has. It was very clean and beautifully designed. The furniture is very stylish but comfortable and though the bedrooms are not large, there is ample storage. The kitchen was well appointed, though with so many amazing restaurants within walking distance, we didn’t cook in the apartment. The location was exceptional. So close to everything you would want to visit in a short trip. Highly recommended. Two of our party really struggled with the two flights of narrow and steep worn stone stairs in the common stairwell. This is not unusual for Florence city centre at all - so few have an elevator - but it is worth pointing out. Also, there was a small awkward height step up into the living area on the left just inside the front door. This caught us out so many times - we kept forgetting it was there and tripping over it! Less clumsy people may not have the same problem! We could also hear the property neighbours a lot through the walls/ceiling. For us this was not always a problem - one of the neighbours practiced the piano and played beautifully with only an occasional mistake and do-over - it was like having your own private recital. We loved it, and it’s not too much of an issue when you are out most of the day, but just something to be aware of.

• Monica (8/5): lovely stay in beautiful Firenze - great location stairs to the apartment and getting in for the first time was a bit difficult
• Bas (9/5): Superb - The apartment is very spacious and has a very big living room with a nice atmosphere. The apartment has two good size bathrooms, and similarly the bed rooms were clean and spacious. The location is great; well connected and most of the main attractions are walkable; the famous cathedral is around the corner. There are also some nice bars and restaurants nearby. The living room can be noisy in the evening and at night, not an issue for us but worth to take into account if you intend on using the sleeping couch there for your stay. The beds are not the most comfortable, but they are fine. The WiFi was unstable for us throughout our stay, although this didn't bother us much.
