Stoyanov (4/5): Great location, terrible room. - The location is perfect, just at the entry to trastevere which makes it great for going around the district and to the sights NOTHING! The host is not helpful with anything. Day before you are informed that the apartment has celeries underneath so the moisture machine should be always working. The machine is super loud. If you want to breathe normal air you should be ready to sleep on an open window and to never close it while you are there. The bathroom wasn’t clean, the toilets would flush so you had to have a fill water in something to flush the toilet. When you shower you would have to wait after the first person has showered because the boiler is suited for one shower per fill. The only good thing about this place is the location, everything else is terrible.
Dave (1/5): Awful damp apartment, Host not contactable - location The booking was non-refundable, normal when booking at short notice. BUT, having booked I was messaged that "the apartment is ground floor in verry old bulding and Under the apartment there are ancient Roman cellars that bring in humidity, keep the dehumidifier on during the day to avoid inconvenience, we are waiting to do work to create a barrier" It smelled damp, and the dehumidifier was very loud. The host provided NO personal contact details, no phone, Whatsapp , or email. We had to wait in a nearby cafe for a half hour waiting for a message on how to access the apartment after our notified arrival time, with no way to contact host.
Daniela (1/5): Dont recommend -10 - Just the location Honestly, It was the worst place I have ever stayed, we were 17 days in different places in Italy and none as dirty as this, I told the owner and he told me that we left it dirty, how could we leave something clean with insects coming out of the bathroom, the air conditioner leaked water, the whole room had water from the air conditioner, insects on the bed, ants in the kitchen, too much humidity, when we arrived the windows were open and one was half open almost falling out. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL. The person answering in english and the beginning and after complain just italian and rude
William (1/5): I would definitely recommend that people not stay at this apartment - Location The apartment was miserably set up with a toilet that didn't work properly, a useless wifi, 3 odd glasses and a couple of cheap knives. It had the feeling of a place that was put together with the absolute minimum cost and effort and no consideration for guests.
