• shemac (9/5): Highly recommended - This is a very well-presented apartment – clean, nicely decorated and well equipped with everything you need; we spent three nights here and we loved it. We had excellent communication throughout our stay from our host, Roberto, which made the self-check in and check out extremely straightforward. The location is good – very close to St Peter’s Basilica and the Vatican. There are buses into the town centre but we mostly walked or got the tourist bus close to the castle. There are plenty of reasonably priced restaurants and cafes in the neighbourhood and there’s a Carrefour just a short walk from the apartment. Tip – remember to have some Euros with you to pay the required tourist tax. Nothing - it was great.

• Lambarri (10/5): Lindo, tranquilo y muy bien ubicado - El lugar es muy agradable , el decorado muy lindo tiene todo lo esencial para pasar unos días en Roma muy tranquilos , la ubicación me encantó esta a 10 minutos caminando a la plaza de san Pietro y el transporte li tienes muy cerca para poder transportarte hacia otros lugares turísticos. 100% recomendado Había café pero nunca supe como hacerlo

The listing on booking had several errors. It said breakfsat in room and shuttle. Our host provided us crossants ans coffee one morning. He doesn't provide any :detergent for washer. There was a bottle but it was empty.

• Paul (10/5): Perfect location for a visit to Rome, we had a fantastic trip and the host Roberto was provided everything we needed. - Beautiful, clean and well presented apartment, well equipped and perfectly located for the Vatican City, St Peter’s Square and key attractions. The property is air conditioned which was very welcome in the summer heat. The area felt safe and welcoming, the flats benefit from a locked communal entrance. Property is near to transport hubs for bus services into the city and within walking distance for some attractions. Nothing, the self check in was smooth with good communication from the host Roberto.
• Ye (9/5): My Rome stay at this apartment was excellent. - The location is very convenient for tourists. The host communicates very well and helped a lot in terms of providing tips for travelers unfamiliar with the city. He even helped book the taxi for us to get to the airport on our departure day. The mat below the stairs at the building entrance was too high and my wife almost strained her ankle there. Could ask the building manager to change it to avoid hurting some guests.
• Jennifer (8/5): Very good - Good location, close to everything. The apartment is a good size, lots of room. The host provided good instructions and was helpful. When you shower, water tends to leak onto the floor. Just a small suggestion that maybe something be done to address this. Also, there is a an establishment next-door that plays loud music, but it did shut down at 10:30. No big deal for us and this is no fault of the host, just something for others to be aware of in advance.
• Inês (9/5): Superb - Everything was perfectly clean, comfortable and well placed. The location was awesome and the owner was very nice and helpful in every aspect! The only thing I have to say is that from the bedrooms we could hear a lot of noise from the cars on the street.

There is a bus stop for buses 62 and 64 just outside, and multiple supermarkets and restaurants only couple of minutes away by foot. The apartment itself is exactly as pictured, with two separate comfortable bedrooms, a dining room and a kitchen, also a bathroom with all needed amenities. The entire place is very clean and the building itself is well maintained. The communication with our host Roberto was smooth and straightforward, he was very helpful with all information that we needed. Self check in is possible and very easy. All in all, it was an awesome place to spend our vacation. Many thanks for hosting us!
• Ema4315 (8/5): It's okay - The apartment is a very nice and welcoming place. Very nice two bedrooms and nice common area for the family to serve food. We've asked for an early check-in and i was very impressed with the communication between me and the owner. He was very good at explaining everything. I was very impressed when I saw that the bed sheets were stained with probably oily products from the previous visitors. I will be more happy if they insisted more on cleaning, especially kitchen area. I know I've asked for an early check-in but this won't be a reason for it not to be clean, or just to have some cleaning products accessible. Everything was really good until, we came home tired from a tour around the country city and while we were sitting at the table editing pictures, the neighbour came knocking at our door and ringing the door bell. We were not loud because we were tired. But we got very scared because it was very late.

• Herb (10/5): Wonderful host, facility and location. Can't beat it for an apartment in Rome. - 750 meters to the center of St Peters Square. Restaurants, grocery stores nearby. Roberto is incredibly helpful and responsive. Bedrooms were big and comfortable. Property was immaculately clean. Taxi stand and train station (San Pietro) were also very close. No Metro stations really close.

Just under 10 minutes walk to St Peter’s square and 20 minutes to the nearest tube. You had all you needed in the apartment for a very enjoyable stay. Recommendations made by the host were very helpful. It felt safe and was clean. Nothing.

It’s really central so easy to get to places of interest. Roberto was really friendly and helpful when we arrived as was his daughter too. We loved our stay and would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone staying in Rome. Nothing!

The appartement is at almost 2 minutes from a carrefour and about 7-10 minutes to vatican. We found good restaurants near the appartement. The communication with Robert was super. Everything's was very good.

• Abtin (4/5): Great location but building works spoilt our stay. - Great apartment. The location was very close to Vatican city. Very clean and good size Building work woke us up at 7am on a Saturday morning after a late night at a wedding. It was the last thing we needed and continued throughout the day. There was loud hammering, drilling and welding that caused an awfully loud noise, vibration and smell. I tried to block out the noise using earplugs and noise cancelling earphones but it was so loud that it wasn't possible. The owner was contacted but they were not able to do anything. While they were sympathetic and offered to buy us dinner (we declined as we had other plans), I expected more to be done, or perhaps a partial refund so I was left disappointed.
