Letto ipercomodo! Premesso che ci è piaciuto tutto, la nostra è solamente una riflessione: lo spazio in bagno è piuttosto limitato e per noi, bassi e minuti, andava bene. Forse per ospiti più corpulenti sarebbe un pochino più scomodo...

• Alexander (8/5): Gute Unterkunft - Sehr gut ausgestattet und gut an den Bahnhof angebunden. Gute (nicht zu weiche) Matraze. Fotos entsprachen der Realität. Die Toilette ist klein (schmal) aber sauber. Liegt nicht in einem Touriistenviertel. Für 2 Personen und längeren Aufenthalt ist es angemessen groß. In der Küche gibt es Nespresso Maschine👍 Bis zur Biennale ist es ein längerer Weg.

• selina (5/5): Fine if you’re a heavy sleeper - Though a bit far from most things, this was close to the train station and bus to get to the airport. AC worked well. Big windows worked well during the day for ventilation. There is a fridge, microwave and stove if needed. Surprised no one has mentioned how thin the walls were - you could hear thuds, footsteps and conversations of the upstairs tenant like you were in the room with them. This is not for you if you’re a light sleeper like me. Even with earplugs in, you hear everything. I was woken from my sleep from objects being dropped upstairs. The bed and pillows were super uncomfortable (very hard). I had a very difficult time sleeping. There was unlabeled liquid in the shower (maybe soap?) so bring your own shampoo and conditioner. The place smelled damp.

• Valentina (10/5): Highly recommend - Loved the property! The property was incredible clean and tidy. All the stuff for cooking in incredible condition (practically new) and well equipped. It’s a little bit far from the centre of Venice, 20 mins walking. But the journey is incredible nice and enjoyable.
• Maciej (9/5): Highly recommended - Perfect location for me - calm neighborhood but close to the more lively parts of the city. Cosy and perfect clean interior. Nice kitchenette, well equipped. Modern AC, fast WiFi and a good TV (although watching TV in Venice is a sin ;-) Friendly and polite staff. Easy check-in. Nice and pleasant place. Lack of the iron.

• Renfei (10/5): Exceptional - Clean and well-equipped. Super close to the Giobbe campus. Close to the station, convenient if you arrive at Venice by train. If come by plane and take a bus to the piazza, then you'll have to go through a bridge with stairs. There are also various ship stations near by, easy to reach the S. Marco area.
• Bekka590 (9/5): Great apartment! - Super clean apartment. Looks exactly as it did in the photos. Facilities were good. Check in was easy. Location was great. Only thing i can say is that the beds were a little uncomfortable.
• Tatiana (5/5): Passable - Good and quiet location, easy to reach. Unfortunately, our stay was quite uncomfortable. The room was very cold and damp, and the floors were freezing. The radiators didn’t work at night, which made it difficult to sleep. It would be helpful if the owners provided at least a rug or offered slippers to guests. There were no basic toiletries in the bathroom, such as shower gel or shampoo. However, overall, the lack of comfort and basic amenities was disappointing.

• Cyrile (10/5): Amazing stay - It’s in a very quiet location, away from the bustling area which we love! It’s 10 mins from the bus station which was a plus especially if you have a lot of luggage. Also super close to the main train station. The place itself is comfortable and feels very fancy. Would definitely reccomend this place or if we ever come back, i’ll choose to stay here again. Nothing. Everything was great!
• Romina (9/5): Superb - Virtually everything. Well-kept, clean, extremely well positioned. Host is lovely. Initially it felt a bit too close to the people walking by, but I got over that very quickly.
• Anastasiya (10/5): Lovely - It’s a very nice little flat, there is everything you need to spend your best time in Venezia. It’s very clean and comfortable. I was on my own, but it can snugly fit 3 persons. I enjoyed the location although some people may find it a bit “far”. Thank you for leaving tea/coffee in the kitchen, it’s a nice touch. The only thing is that you can’t really keep the curtains open, because of people passing by on the street, probably a bit better in the bedroom, but again, if you keep the curtains open — the bed is in front of the windows and the square. I did not mind it too much, but I thought it may be worth mentioning.

Mosquito nets at the windows would be great.

Which means it's hot and stuffy by the time you get back. We requested another key, which they refused to accommodate. If you wanna be stingy do it in your own house not with guests who paid

• Anna (10/5): Had everything that we needed. - We loved the coziness and decor of the apartment. It gave us the feeling of being in Venice, although it might be out of the way for the typical tourist attractions, it was very convenient for the train station St Lucia, as this can be when you have large luggage. The valporetti were just a short walk, which gives you a chance to see how the locals live. It’s extremely close to the University. Manola was a very good communicator and we had no problems with contacting her. There was a bit of a hiccup with our booking and Manola was very quick and gracious in solving the problem. It’s located in a quiet part of Venice, which is nice when you’re among the hustle & bustle of the crowds. There is no outside sitting area, for those that like to relax outside. No view for those that want one.

• Lewis (9/5): Superb - 5* stay at 3* prices - The property and location are near enough perfect. Exceptionally clean, nicely furnished, very comfortable bed, large bedroom and kitchen area - considering the price we were so happy with what we had. Convenient 5ish minute walk from train station (via platform 1 towards university), close to excellent restaurants on the nearest canal (Cannaregio) - would highly recommend eating here especially as it doesn’t get as many tourists compared to near Ponte Rialto & San Marco square and prices are not inflated. Good area for local late night drinks near Ponte Loredan. Property is in a quiet location but walking distance to everything. Easy remote check in. Really couldn’t fault much, however the bathroom is slightly awkward due to the size.

• Christos (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was great. Easy approaching , 10 min walk from Piazale Roma. A quiet neighborhood near university campus away of downtown noise but still close enough. Well everything is close enough in Venice! The best part of our staying was the attention to every little detail our host has taken care off. Beautifull venetian decoration, comfortable mattress, a kitchen fully equiped, super clean and tidy! We would happily recommend!!!
• Tanja (10/5): Perfect balance between modern and traditional Venitian ❤️ - We loved literally everything! Especially how super clean, well equipped and well designed- just the right balance between modern and old Venetian❤️ We came for Art Biennale; which is on the other end of an island, but the connections with water busses are great from this property as well the 15min walk from the car garage! Some of the best Venice restaurants are also exactly in this neighborhood and just 5min walk from the apartment. Will stay here again when we go back to Venice!
