• Gimenez (3/5): Pésima comunicación e interpretación. - Antes de llegar me dijeron que podía dejar las valijas en la bodega de maletas, previo al ingreso avisé mi horario de llegada para que tengan en cuenta que las dejaría antes del check in, como habíamos acordado. Nos tuvieron una hora parados al rayo del sol sin siquiera contestarme los mensajes ni las llamadas, hubiera preferido que me digan que no podía dejar las valijas, la verdad que un boludeo total, tienen que pensar que la gente no viaja sola, mi acompañante era una persona grande y la tuve esperando parado por mucho tiempo, totalmente incomunicada con la gente de este complejo. Fuera de eso, había pedido una habitación con dos camas separadas, claramente especificado, cuando ingresamos había una cama matrimonial y no lo solucionaron en el momento. Me dijeron que al otro día a la mañana las separaban, tuvimos que esperar al mediodía y con insistencia. Por otro lado, ofrecen bañera y cuando llegas hay un cartel que dice que por favor no se use la bañera, cualquiera. La verdad que llegamos y nos re amargamos. Tienen que ser más claros a la hora de comunicarse, no pueden tener a la gente esperando por una hora, no somos mierda, les estamos pagando por el servicio. Un desastre la forma de matejarse en ese sentido, pésimo.

• Gudrun (7/5): Eine grundsätzlich schöne Wohnung, die leider vernachlässigt ist - Die Wohnung ist gut gelegen und verfügt über eine große Dachterrasse, die während des Tages in der Sonne liegt. Im Detail ist die große Wohnung leider vernachlässigt. Die Einrichtung der Küche ist unvollständig. So gibt es zum Beispiel kein Tuch zum Abtrocknen des Geschirrs. Keine Kaffeemaschine kein Schneidbrett, keine Schüsseln für Müsli und anderes mehr. Es gibt im großen Raum keine Sitzmöbel. Die Dachterrasse hat ein paar Plastikstühle, aber bei voller Sonne keinen Sonnenschutz. Besonders nachteilig ist, dass zweimal das Wasser komplett ausgefallen ist. Es wurde auf unsere Bitte repariert, ein Tag später fiel es wieder aus. Proaktiv hat sich vom Vermieter niemand gemeldet.

Helpful staff who let us leave our cases in the foyer spare room for the day. All really good! • Stephen (7/5): Great views. Generous apartment. Not as smart as I hoped. - The lake view from our apartment was beautiful and very relaxing. The apartment was tastefully decorated and very generous in size, with a good kitchen area, bathroom, sitting and bedroom area. We paid a lot for our stay. I was therefore expecting the highest quality. It was a shame that some re-decorating and maintenance has not been done, things like adding grout on the floor tiles, where it has come out some considerable time ago and replacing the toilet seat. The tableware was very minimal- we only had one small plate for 2 people and very cheap cups to drink from. When you have nice things at home, you hope to find good quality when you are paying for it. Overall we enjoyed being in Belgrano Decks but I really think the management should try to keep the apartments as attractive as possible.

• Mahdy (5/5): very noisy, cannot sleep - nice location. good facilities in the apartment. clean and spacious with good bed. - No sound proof at all, very noisy. there is a climb to reach the apartment, the motorcycles and cars create a lot of noise. It’s hard to sleep well even with ear plugs. you also hear the neighbours. - My card was charged more than the Booking.com price. - The owner/staff completely disappeared, except when they told you to pay and to check out.
• Yossef (9/5): Large appartment with nice view and close to the center - Very good appartment, large space and nice view of the lake, close to the center and bus stations, highly recommended All the process of check in and check out is automatic which works fine but I think they should contact via whatsapp to verify all is fine
