- Pao (9/5): - El departamento es bonito y cómodo, tiene lo necesario para la estadía, está bien ubicado, hay varias paradas de autobuses cerca, y esta a unas cuadras del centro cívico y lo mejor que tiene sin duda es la vista al lago, impresionante A tener en cuenta, es que queda como en una colina, que implica bajar muchas escaleras para ir a la calle Mitre.
- Ghafouri (7/5): First frustaerting but with support of the staff things improved. - The management asks for WhatsApp no. and communicates from then on via WhatsApp in Spanish rather than using the platform that translates the content.
We received an email from Booking confirming the reservation, but the manager sent a message that it is not confirmed until we pay 50% of the rent to another affiliated company that they sent the kink. There was also an administration fee added to the rent amount. This we paid!
Some weeks prior to check-in in they had sent a message asking us to to their office in Bariloche which is 3 blocks of broken sidewalks and a steep hill from the apartment to pick up the key. But two days proper to check in they sent a message through Booking asking for our arrival to arrange the check-in. We responded with the info and no other communication from then on.
We arrived at the building and did not have internet. We went to the pharmacy next door and asked them to let me use their wifi to call the manager. Then we were told we should go to the office to pick up the key and they had no one to bring the key to us.
We left our luggage at the pharmacy and walked to the office to get the key and walk back to the building. None of this was pleasant having been up at 5 AM and been in the airports and planes all day.
Booking should not confirm a booking if the manager does not recognize that booking!
Managers should not communicate with WhatsApp and in Spanish only.
The office should be in the building or someone should be there to receive the guests.
If none of these are possible it should be indicated as conditions on the site as it is the right of the owner to establish any conditions but the guest must know them in English in advance.
The staff helped remedy the situation but the damage was done. The view is nice.
