• Andre (3/5): - Central location close to everything This apartment is very worn out. Airconditioning was loud and not working properly, water damage to the floor, lighting switches broken etc. Did not match the pictures and definitely overpriced.

• Veselina (5/5): - Страхотна локация, много удобно и близо до всички основни забележителности. И това е единственият плюс на мястото за настаняване. Душ кабината в банята е много малка, не е осветена изобщо. Няма проветрение-само едно малко вентилаторче, капака на тоалетната чиния беше счупен, а мивката се запушваше постоянно, което създаваше известно неудобство. Имаше кърпи с дупки, възглавниците също не бяха удобни. Може да се помисли за топ матрак за дивана. За пушачите няма пепелник в приятната градинка.

• Martin (6/5): Ubicación inmejorable - La ubicación lo mejor My antiguo todo, muebles rotos, ducha rota, cama incómoda y almohadas escasas, baño en general bastante mal. Pero como buscábamos ubicación y solo era para dormir, no ha estado mal.

• Silvestre Costa (10/5): - La ubicación era inmejorable, esta al lado del Phanteon y de la plaza Navona, podias ir andando a los sitios centricos, muy cerca de la fontana de Trevi, caminando un poco llegas al Vaticano i en la otra dirección al Colosseo, El propietario estubo muy atento en todo momento, el dia que llegamos era de noche y llovia i no conseguiamos ubicarnos, optamos por llamarle y con una videoconferència nos situo, ademas mi sobrina se dejo un aparato electrico y nos lo mando , todo y los problemas que dieron los mensajeros, Estava limpio i bien equipado, nosotros utilizamos la cocina y muy bien, tenia horno i cafeteras una dolcegusto que utilizamos y una classica,, platos y cubiertos de sobra Repitiremos

Lack of frequently maintenance and cleaning of the room carpet (bad smell and greasy). Very small bathroom. Bath box tigh, old and musty. Living room sofa extremely old and unconfortable (hole in the seat). Sofa cover dirty (greasy feeling, we had to cover with a towel to use it). Common hall of the building also not clean.
• Barbara (7/5): - L'appartamento è spazioso, il letto comodo Il ritiro delle chiavi all'esterno è molto scomodo, soprattutto se si arriva la sera non si individua facilmente neanche dove sono custodite. All'interno dell'appartamento sarebbe piacevole trovare almeno una bottiglietta d'acqua se non la cialda per il caffè.

• Nischwethaa (7/5): - This location was amazing! The apartment itself was a pretty comfortable & spacious & had the basics we needed for a few nights in Rome. The AC did not work well on the second floor, so it was a bit hot and stuffy. There was also no iron/ironing board available. I think this place would have been even better if there were some toiletries provided.

• María (8/5): It was a pleasant stay, I would stay here again. - The apartment is very central, making it very convenient to walk to the most important areas of Rome. The beds are comfortable, and the apartment is nice and well-organized. The downstairs air conditioner was noisy and didn’t cool well at first, but it was later fixed. The one upstairs didn’t work. The stove was not available, but everything else was fine.

Atmosfera suggestiva e comodissimo per spostarsi ovunque a piedi. A 5 minuti si trova anche la metro Spagna, comoda per raggiungere la stazione Termini. Consigliatissimo! nulla

• Shawn (6/5): Pleasant - Nice location and good looking apartment complex with secure doors in and out of property. Very spacious and good kitchenette facilities. Welcome bottle of sparkling on arrival was well received. The host was helpful with providing info promptly as and when required and allowed us to store our luggage longer than standard check out time. Given real hot humid weather the air con in living room was barely working the host mentioned there was an issue however the one in the main bedroom didnt get much cooler than 21degc and as family of 4 we had no option but to all sleep in one room due to only functioning air con so this was quite big inconvenience. The dryer stopped working shortly after use and there was no detergent for washing remaining in bottle.

It is a clean, quiet, well maintained apartment. - Location was great, walkable to most of must see historic places under 10 minutes. It helped to see most of sights off peak hours. I suggest to wake up early or stay late if you go to Trevi fountain. Working AC is great in summer heat. It helped to have two floors (no doors or walls between the two parts). It is good to know that there are stairs.

• Oleg (7/5): We enjoyed our stay, but would prefer the images in listing were up to date. - Location, charming atmosphere, fully functional kitchen, decent shower, comfortable bed. Very responsive and accommodating host. It’s rather worn and would benefit from cosmetic renovation. Some things didn’t match the description (no curtains, different table). Some things didn’t work (few rings on the stove; dishwasher — although the host was super-helpful and offered a better alternative). Some things were missing (ironing board). There is no “welcome guide” to explain how things work, while not everything is obvious. Electric sockets have different standard throughout the flat, that took us by surprise - but we have figured it out.

• Patty (5/5): Bad travel experience - The location is perfect and the room is quiet. The carpet was dirty (photo No1) and some of the steps were wet. The arms of the sofa bed were dirty too (photo No2). The fridge was not cleaned obviously, as we found inside a piece of cheese and a used tomato sauce bottle (photo No3). Photo No4 is a box of salt. No comment, the picture speaks for itself. I am sorry I touched it to take the picture. I have more photos of the used kitchen sponge, of mold on the walls etc. Booking allowed to upload only 4. Also, there was a smell which I cannot describe (not a good one), something coming from the pipes. There were no bath products (no shower gel or shampoo) to have a bath and they were not provided even though we asked because the owner said that these are not included in the 160€ per night we payed for this room. I have stayed in MANY hotels and rooms and this is the first time that such facilities were not included (but the room had an opened box of salt (?), an opened box of coffee and a used tomato sauce). I feel that the price is all about the location. I have some minimum requirements (a clean room, being able to have a bath) and this room was a complete letdown. I am really sorry.

• Mccloe (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was perfect for our needs. Loved the location, and how quiet it was. We walked almost everywhere and felt very safe. Had a wonderful stay. Andrea, the host was excellent, very friendly and helpful.

Permanent army post as the building hosts a political party headquarter. Great shower pressure. Easy to reach by bus from Roma Termini train station. Host very responsive and accommodating to special needs. Apartment in needs of some maintenance. A/C is noisy and barely keeping the temperature under control (although I must add we were there during a heatwave). There is just very basic cooking space and facilities. In short, a great location to sleep, not so much a place to stay.

Andrea, the host, was very kind and helpful, responding quickly to any needs. Comfortably fits 4 people. The sofa bed is more comfortable than most Wifi issue (however, not the fault of the host, a server issue by the providor) The host was transparent on the issue and was able to resolve the no wifi by providing a temporary portable wifi at the home.

We knew Rome would be busy and you'd need to walk a bit to go anywhere, but this place had everything in walking distance you'd like. Loved the quiet nature of the building too despite being in a busy area. The shower was just OK- but really that's it. Everything else was terrific!

It’s was clean and functional exactly what we were looking for. Check in and out was the simplest I have experienced. Shower a tad small but was hot and powerful. The sockets really need reviewing, they have 3 pin but two different sizes.

I paid two times for the taxes, and when I booked after the invoice came, it seemed that the taxes were included, but they asked me to pay for travelers' tax per person. In the apartment, the kitchen didn't have any spoon or fork. The apartment wasn't so clean. The bathroom is very, very small. In the photos it looks so good but the things were old.

• Shilpa (10/5): Absolutely wonderful, fun trip in such a beautiful city! Highly recommend Navona White! - The location of this property is in the heart of the historical city center! Easy to walk everywhere and see 90% of the most famous sites. The place was clean, provided a few basic kitchen items, a small fridge/little freezer which was perfect for my family. The beds are comfortable, linens are provided (towels/sheets), toilet paper, a little dish soap and sponge, and air conditioning. There is no bath soap, shampoo, etc provided. If there is anything you need or have questions about, the owners/managers are very pleasant and attentive and are able to help. They have 3 units in the same building which can help if you need several rooms! The bathroom sink didn't drain very well. But on our last day the owner came to check and did some plunging but it still didn't drain very well. At the very end I was informed about the 70 euro city tax! I know that is required but yikes! It was a lot.
