Immer wieder Bett 1,40 M war eng für 2 Leute, kein Wohnzimmer oder Platz zum sitzen, kein Smart TV mit Netflix oder Spiegelfuntion, 4. Stock ohne Aufzug, leichter schimmelgeruch in Dusche

La comunicación con el propietario fue muy mala , no sé esforzó nada por comunicarse ni colaboró ni en la entrada ni en la salida

The check out time (10:30 AM) was a bit early. Even an extra 30 mins would have made us feel less rushed in the morning. Also, the shower could use a good cleaning, there was a lot of black discoloration in the corners that concerned us.

• Igors (7/5): It looks three times better in the photos. Very small apartment. There is an unpleasant sewage smell - Good location. Comfortable bed, and there is a balcony where you can sit and enjoy a coffee. Very small apartment. There is an unpleasant sewage smell in the flat. Very limited amenities, for example, there is no variety of kitchen utensils. The chairs are uncomfortable, and one of them is unstable. There is no suitable place to sit comfortably with a laptop. The floor is very dirty, with dust everywhere. The blanket has no cover, which raises doubts about whether it is washed after each guest. There is no Smart TV. The power sockets are very inconvenient - a laptop plug does not fit, only a mobile phone charger. The bed on the second level has no blanket or pillow at all and is covered in dust. A shelf above it prevents sitting up on the bed. There are many other shortcomings that make the stay rather unpleasant. This place would only be acceptable at an appropriate price - no more than 60 EUR per night in the winter season. It looks three times better in the photos.

• Alix (7/5): - L'emplacement est parfait pour un séjour à Rome. La rue est calme. Commerces et restaurants à proximité (ainsi qu'une pharmacie). L'appartement est très bien équipé. Il y a une très mauvaise odeur dans l'évier de la salle de bain dès qu'on l'utilise. L'appartement est plutôt propre mais sous le lit ça n'a pas été aspiré depuis un moment (on y a retrouvé une paire de sandale adidas et beaucoup de poussière)

• Signa (8/5): A cute and cozy b&b in the heart of Rome near all the action with a quiet comfortable sleep. - I liked the amenities of a kitchen, balcony, and nice shower. Bed was very comfortable despite being a double/full. Very cute. Excellent location close to everything but quiet for sleeping. Would recommend it to any couple who wants to be right in the action of Rome and also have a little kitchen and little balcony. Small bathroom, balcony furniture not comfortable, small space for bed etc. a lot of stairs - 4 flights made it good exercise but very tiring.

Yakinda otobus duragi da vardi. Ev sahibi oldukca yardimseverdi. Dekorasyon ayni görseldeki gibi oldukca sirindi. Ev icerisinde ihtiyacınız olabilecek her sey mevcuttu neredeyse. Binada asansor yok. Biraz zorlayici olsa da cok da dert etmedik. Banyo da kucuktu ama idare edebiliyorsunuz.
• Maja (10/5): Your place in the heart of Rome! - This is the best place I ever stayed in while visiting Rome. The apartment might be located on the top floor but the sight out of the roof window is spectacular and the flights feel like a walk through history. The hosts are amazing! Friendly, caring and very kind. I have been coming here for years and it never disappoints! Located right by the Pantheon it is still the quietest apartment to rest at night. It’s clean, modern and well equipped. There is nothing to complain. Everything is perfect.

The position was ideal The balcony could have used a good clean and a new overhead blind which was falling to pieces with dirt. It was the balcony that made me pick it in the first place

• Katrina (8/5): Perfect place for 3 nights in Rome - Cute little place in the perfect location around the corner from the Pantheon. Lots of shops and restaurants around. I liked that there was a private bed in the loft area so me and my friend could sleep separately. Had everything we needed for a 3 night stay. The only negative thing about the properly is the stairs up. It’s didn’t bother us too much as we are young and able bodied but for someone less mobile, they wouldn’t be able to stay here.

• Maxime (9/5): Very good - Very confortable and in the very center of Rome. The little balcony adds a plus, the kitchen is very useful and the beds as well. The space is very well optimized, with a very secure door. The shower show some signs of mold, and some mosaic are musings, increasing the presence of the mold. Otherwise the shower is very good, I just think it would need a deep cleaning.

All the cities main sights and things to do are within walking distance. It’s a perfect place to stay for a city trip and to explore Rome!

Host was very friendly, answered all our questions, and allowed us to dropoff our baggage early. Apartment was very clean and they left us a lot of extra towels. Location is perfect, we feel like we are in the middle of everything!

• Elena (10/5): Exceptional - I spent an unforgettable holiday in this apartment and I can only highly recommend it! From the moment we stepped inside, we were greeted by a bright, clean and extremely welcoming space. The apartment is very tastefully furnished, combining modern elements with warm accents that give you the feeling of "home". The location is also a big plus - located in a quiet area, but still close to the main tourist attractions and transport. We enjoyed quick access to restaurants, cafes and shops. The host was extremely kind and available. Check-in was also very easy which made our experience even more pleasant. In conclusion, this apartment was the perfect place for our vacation, providing us with all the comfort and peace we needed. We will definitely be back and recommend it to anyone looking for a quality place to stay.

• Simonović (10/5): Exceptional - I recently stayed at Pantheon romantic loft in Rome, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The location was perfect, close to all the major attractions and public transport. The room was clean, quiet. Overall, it was an excellent stay, and I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Rome.
• Cristi (10/5): An excellent accommodation for exploring the historic center of Rome - A very cosy accommodation, in the middle of all the attractions. Although located just a few steps away from a lot of restaurants, cafes and gelaterias,, the apartment is very quiet. A positive aspect was also the provision by the host of what is needed for a specific Italian breakfast /colazione: Lavazza coffee, biscotto, dolci. And at check-in, a bottle of mineral water was prepared in the fridge (after climbing the 4 floors, with luggage... a big plus for the host!) Based on my experience, I recommend staying at this location. One evening, while my wife was taking a shower, the hot water suddenly stopped/finished and didn't come back on even after 30 minutes (in case a water heater was working), so we had to heat water on the stove to rinse off the shampoo left on the hair.
• Gavin (8/5): Very good - Its is a great location, clean and tidy and perfect for a city break. I know this is already noted when booking that there is no elevator but the stairs are a tough climb. But in fairness i only had to climb them twice a day as we were out all day.

• Laura (9/5): Definitely recommend! - A very cosy, comfortable and romantic accommodation with all necessary amenities. In a perfect location. Would definitely reccomend! The stairs! Slightly challenging when having two large cases, but this was relayed clearly by the owner prior, so no fault of theirs. Other than that, perfect!

• Gustavo (7/5): Very good, but with a killer ladder. - The location was superb, 15 minutes walk from the most distant interest point of Rome. Very central. The apartment has almost all the facilities needed for a long stay, even a washing machine. The host was very, very patient and helpful. There is a real problem with this property: it is on the fourth (but really the fifth) floor, has no lift, and it is always a long way to go in, especially on a summer day... It is not suitable for handicapped people. Another problem is the absence of a microwave oven. Using the traditional gas oven in a day in summer can be very unpleasable. The wi-fi was very bad.

Couldn’t get a better location. the accommodation was so cute charming and had great character. the washing machine was a great bonus. The stairs but we got through it. Great exercise after eating all the pasta and pizza.

• Iuliana (9/5): Superb - The loft is very nice and it has everything that you need for a short stay. It is also close to all the major tourist attractions in rome. The check-in went smoothly, and the person greeting ys was very nice. I recommend going there if you have a city break in Rome.
• Amy (7/5): Good - The location is right around the corner from the Pantheon. It is very centrally located to walk to everything in Rome. We felt like it was a very safe neighborhood with lots of restaurants, cafes, and markets if you want to get some groceries while you were there. The apartment is very small but it’s fine for two people. But I wouldn’t recommend more than that. I’m 5’10 and the loft upstairs would definitely not be feasible for me. The balcony is tiny so we didn’t use it. The apartment is very quiet for such such a central location. The bathroom was not clean to my liking. The covers on the furniture on the patio were dirty so we didn’t use the patio. We were aware that there are 4 flights of stairs to get to the apartment but by day 3, those got very old. Especially after a long day of walking around and dragging luggage down and up when we arrived and when we left. If you want a great location and don’t mind the stairs, I would recommend it.

• Anna (1/5): Avoid at all costs. Check the pictures and let them be your judge - I only liked location Apartment was smaller than on pictures dirty and decor outdated. No idea how it could be so well rated on cleanliness. Wifi was non existing couldn’t enjoy balcony due to loud noise from air con on top of it lack of toiletries no hand soap , dirty towels and mould in the flat. 4th floor with no lift plus mouldy air con so it was freezing at nights inside the apartment. Guy looking after the apartment very strange had to come back few times for something and was in our way.

• Kimberley (8/5): Very good - The location right near the Pantheon was great and it was also central to most other tourist sites. The apartment had everything we needed and checkin was quick. The balcony was not usable due to the massive amounts of hot air being blown onto it by an air conditioner. Not the outdoor space we were hoping for.
