• Ana (10/5): Estadía perfecta en Roma. - La propiedad es perfecta. Mejor que en las fotos, muy grande, impecable y muy cómoda. Tiene todo lo que necesitas. Es perfecta y volvería siempre que visite Roma. Patrizia y su familia son muy excelentes anfitriones. La ubicación es genial. Nos encantó!!

• Xing (10/5): - Can't say perfect the apartment is! It's stylish and elegant, there are a lot of paintings show the good taste of the owner. Patrizia is very friendly and kind. She shared a lot of attractions and local restaurants to us. Appreciate it! It's perfect for family, there is a small room and single bed for child, but my son prefers to sleep on the sofa bed in the living room, it's super comfortable. Thanks for everything! Nothing.
• Monika (8/5): - Very nice and clean area of Rome, easy to reach the main atractions of Rome. The appartment was located in the building with elevator and delicious ice-cream downstairs. The appartment was nicely designed and clean. Very nice and helpful landlady. The appartment is suitable for max. 1-2 persons, otherwise problems with warm water may occur.

Blisko do tramwaju, w okolicy dużo knajpek, sklepów, i nawet apteka. Mieszczański, bardzo przyjazny i przyjemny, zwłaszcza na wakacje, dobrobyt. Gorąco (jak to w Rzymie, we wrześniu) polecamy. Trochę daleko do centrum, ale środki transportu wygodnie ten problem rozwiązywały.

• Judy (10/5): A lovely sojourn in Rome with all the comforts of home and proximity to all the excitement of Rome. - The host was so attentive and close by. She actually anticipated what I might need and answered all my questions before I thought to ask . She offered great advice for neighborhood sites , restaurants and services. The property was pristine and very convenient. Public transportation was convenient . There was a very short bus ride/ shuttle to Piazza del Popolo and access to the metro system. There was lot of light in the apartment and a great view of the Observatory. I even got to watch fireworks from my own living room one evening! All in all a delightful stay! I loved everything!

• Julien (10/5): Perfect stay near Roma - Maria was very helpful all along the stay. The place is quiet, perfect for a family, with restaurants and shops nearby and close to the tramway station.
• Iwona (10/5): Great place, real taste of Rome!! - It was a beautifully presented apartment, very clean and spacious enough for the 3 of us. The location was also nice, a short tramp ride to the metro station so within half an hour we could be near the main attractions. It was in a way a real taste of Rome as the area wasn't touristy at all!! The kitchen was small but well equipped so we could make a nice breakfast or a quick meal if we wanted to. The host lives next door, and she was very knowledgeable about the area and local dining. I would definitely recommend this place!! The price for the apartment doesn't include the tax which everyone asks to be paid in cash?? For this place we paid almost 100 Euros on top!! So please double check the fine print!!
• Mehrnaz (8/5): We enjoyed staying in the place. Felt like home! - Great host, great location. Clean apartment, totally livable. Nice and walkable area close to amenities. Easy access to public transport, tram line 2 gets you to Flaminio in 8-10 minutes where you find a lot of restaurants, many attractions and massive shopping options with all high-end brands. You can easily spend 2-3 days just there. The lift to 3rd floor helps a lot. Entrance is secure and safe. The host lives next door which can be very helpful. Isn't exactly as shiny as the pictures, looks a bit older but it's fine. WIFI is actually through a range extender hence gets quite slow sometimes. Water pressure in the bidet was not good. We had a bit of difficulty getting in because we couldn't use our phones yet, but we should have arranged our phone connections in advance so that is partly on us, too.
• David (9/5): Lovely stay, strongly recommended. - We had a very pleasant stay for 5 nights in Rome. The major asset is the helpfullness of the hosts, who were very welcoming and informative. Their recommendation for a local Roman cuisine restaurant was wonderful. The flat is very comfortable, clean, quiet and well-equipped. It is close to public transport, a supermarket, cafes and restaurants. Our hosts even arranged a very moderately priced private vehicle to take us to the airport on our final morning. All in all, we had a lovely stay and would strongly recommend it. The furniture arrangement in the main bedroom is a little inconvenient, with the bed against the wall which means that the person on that side can't easily get out of bed. A clothes-washing machine would have been handy, though not essential. The second bedroom has no window. (However, there is a large 'day-bed' in the lounge room which is very comfortable.)

Over Easter it was still quiet and in the nearby restaurants only locals. 5€ extra in a cab ride ..well worth the extra 2 km. Small carrefour round the corner, gelateria 20m away. The espresso machine made espresso .... but I wasn't impressed. No crema, a bit bitter and sour. Seemed like cheap capsules. (however, was provided for free). In Italy I would expect more
• Richard (10/5): A wonderful place to stay when visiting historic Rome - We were celebrating my 50th with a visit to Rome, as I am a keen amateur historian and this has been a lifelong dream. The place was an ideal place to relax after days spent walking around the sites and museums. Maria and Cosimo were excellent hosts, who were welcoming, accomodating and very helpful. Liaising with arrival times was easy, the apartment was generally amazing and I loved the coffee. Also, it was excellently located for a short walk to the Stadio Olympico for us to watch an AS ROMA evening game (tickets purchased in advance as it was sold out). There was some confusion regarding the Tourist tax which was not their fault, but a problem with the ambiguous way that Booking.com lists it on the invoice. This was resolved amicably once I realised it still neededm to be paid.
