We initially didn't realize we needed to pre register to get the entry codes. We were very lucky she was there and she kindly accommodated us. We stayed a second time a few days later and she made it extra easy and smooth. Grazie, Paola!

- Krista (10/5): Good location, spacious, warm welcome - The check-in process was seamless. Although we had received detailed instructions in advance, we were also personally welcomed by Paola, who kindly showed us around and made sure we felt completely supported! Thank you, Paola! The location was ideal for us - everything we were interested in was within walking distance and easy to navigate. As for the room, it was incredible and super spacious; the bathroom was surprisingly spacious as well which was a huge plus. We enjoy lively street views, so we really loved having a view of the busy little street outside; it was so charming. The only downside was the pillows; unfortunately, they weren't very comfortable. It might sound like a small thing, but really we would kindly suggest investing in some higher-quality options, as a better night's sleep would definitely enhance the guest experience and lead to even better reviews.

- Daniel (8/5): Superb location in Brera - Superb location in Brera near great restaurants, bars and shopping. Round the corner from the main art gallery. Well appointed apartment. It was hard to control the temperature in the apartment and the street is noisy at night with the windows open. To be fair it was the first warm weekend of the year so the building was still being heated.

- Florence (10/5): Mon séjour a été au dessus de mes attentes concernant ce type d’hébergement. - Des récipients pour eau et nourriture pour mon Jack Russel ainsi qu’un jouet ont été mis à disposition! Une très agréable suite m’a été attribuée car c’était mon anniversaire, une bouteille de blanc de blanc et deux beaux verres à pied pour trinquer! Paola a été très bienveillante. Le frigo a été réapprovisionné en eaux et les linges changés tous les 2 jours. La propreté de la suite était remarquable! En fait rien !

- Meri (5/5): Dont stay if you arrive non-working hour - Location, room If you are going to check in during non-working hour, they will send you instruction how you should enter in the building. but instruction did not work in my case. I did everything they send but IT DID NOT WORK. I was standing outside the building at 12:30 AM and cant open the door. I called to contact number but noone answered. Thanks god one rendom girl opened the door to left the building, and we final enter. except that, everythig was fine. super location

Migliorerei la qualità dell'asciugacapelli, molto piccolo e non asciuga bene. Avendo una cucina sarebbe gradito avere almeno sale e olio a disposizione.

The staff were very friendly and excellent service helping us to access the property and store luggage. No air con or fan so it was hot and stuffy in the room No blackout curtains and not very private with the windows - people walking past a lot and they could see in unless I used the electric shutters at all times The bathroom has some grime around the bottom of the shower - needs some renovations Missing some elevated touches plastic glasses in the bathroom feels really cheap / towels super thin and cheap feeling

- Soraya (8/5): Its a very good place. Clean, friendly and comfortable. - Very well located, quite and very secure. The appartment is large. You are walking distance to all the restaurants, coffee shops and only a 10 mins walk to the Cathedral and all the shops. There are is carrefour supermarket next door and many amenities only 2 mins walk. You are in a very trendy and artistic corner of milan. My room didn’t have much shelves are drawers but we managed to find space for storing them. Kitchen towels are needed.

Además, la habitación tiene muchos ruidos. Antes de las 11h que era la hora limite para dejar la habitación, vinieron a avisarnos de que nos teníamos que ir a las 11h (metiendo prisa para dejar la habitación), cuando aún eran las 10h30.
