• Annabelle (8/5): Spacieux cocon dans un emplacement idéal - Spacieux, cuisine super mignonne et emplacement idéal. Les escaliers pour aller à la chambre sont un peu difficiles (conformes a la photo) mais au moins l’appartement est au rez de chaussée.

Fuimos en familia con 2 menores y la ubicación nos permitió movernos por la ciudad sin necesidad de usar transporte! Cerca de todo y las instalaciones cómodas y funcionales, hicieron que nos costará dejarlo y seguir viaje!!!!

• Laura (8/5): Pasqua con lo scoppio! - Posizione ottima e bici a disposizione comodissime per visitare i giardini. Appartamento a piano terra con Cucina ben attrezzata e ampio salotto. Per 4 persone c'è poca privacy e al bagno metterwi i dispenssr per sapone e bagnoschiuma. Materasso troppo morbido
• Katrin (7/5): - Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut. In 10 Minuten ist man am Dom oder der den Uffizie am Arno. Obwohl die Wohnung an einer belebten Straße liegt ist sie sehr gut ilosiert und sehr ruhig. In der unmittelbaren Nähe sind viele Cafés, Restaurants etc
• salinas (7/5): Lindo lugar - Es una casa bella muy bien ubicada, desde la q te puedes movilizar en bicicleta, una experiencia única. La persona que lo arrienda hace el check out a las 11:00 am y llega en ese mismo horario a la casa, lo que no ocurre ni en los hoteles, en caso de demora.

• Massimo Iritti (10/5): Location splendida e vicina a tutto - Appartamento molto carino, pulito, pratico e con tutto l'occorrente. Staff disponibile e facile da contattare. Posizione fantastica, in 10 minuti a piedi arrivi ovunque. L'unica cosa un po' scomoda è il parcheggio, se sei fortunato di trovare posto lungo strada, altrimenti devi cercare su quelli a pagamento o strisce blu, ma entrambi a circa 400mt. Nulla di impossibile comunque....

• Dana Silvia (5/5): Un bel posto per un paio di giorni - La posizione è ottima, vicino al centro, tanti ristoranti e negozi di alimentari a portata di mano. L'appartamento è molto carino e comodo, molto caratteristico. La casa era molto sporca, i pavimenti, specialmente in bagno inguardabili, polvere dappertutto. Anche la cucina ha bisogno di pulizie di fondo, il freezer pieno di ghiaccio, non utilizzabile, menomale che a noi non è servito.

La doccia è da sistemare Non c’era bagnoschiuma. Vicini di casa rumorosi (hanno fatto una festa fino alle 2 di notte )

Nos comunicamos con el anfitrión y tardaron 2 días en traer acolchados para las camas. Los colchones del sillón eran algo incómodos.

• Isabel (9/5): Apartamento amplio y bien ubicado - El apartamento es grande, espacioso y suficientemente cómodo para tres personas. La ubicación es excelente, ideal para moverse por Florencia y disfrutar de la ciudad. En general, la estancia ha sido muy agradable. La única pega es que el aire acondicionado hacía algo de ruido por la noche, pero por lo demás todo estuvo muy bien.

La cafetera no funcionaba, los cubiertos difíciles de encontrar. La sensación de poca limpieza.

• Arturo (5/5): Mixed Experience: Great Location, but Lacking Comfort, communication, time management and Service - The apartment was about a 15-minute walk from the Cathedral, which made it relatively convenient for sightseeing. Another positive was that bicycles were available for guests to use, which was a nice option for getting around the city. there was a shopping store nearby. There were several disappointing aspects of this stay. First, the check-in communication was not very kind. They sent a message a week before my trip when I was already overwhelmed with travel and work preparations. I booked the accommodation four months in advance to avoid last-minute stress like filling in multiple online forms for different hotels, so this was frustrating. There was no heating and no hot water during the first day, I had to take a cold shower and unfortunately caught a cold because of it. The roads leading to the apartment are not ideal for travellers with large or even small suitcases, as the pavements are narrow, uneven, and often require walking on the road, where drivers are not very considerate of pedestrians. Another concern was the check-in process: after completing the online forms, the staff member still took photos of our passports using a mobile phone, which raises safety concerns if the device were ever lost or stolen. Despite the check-in time being set for 3 PM, the cleaning team only arrived after 3 PM, causing further delays. Communication overall was difficult and not as smooth as it should have been.

• Gvantos (9/5): Superb - A quiet place where it's good to relax and sleep after busy walks and excursions. There is a big space in the apartments with everything necessary. Good location, you can easily get to the center without transport. Beds are alright. There is heating and you can control temperature by yourself that's a big plus too. In my view these apartments are a good option for both long-term and short-term stays Coffee machine was not working but it was not a big problem. There were all the necessary utensils but there was no normal sharp knife. There is no balcony

We were without hot water for 2 days (stayed 3 days) and the one of the hosts didn’t even received our message until the day we were checking out. The other host only replied to us 1 day after calling and reaching them out and his son fixed the water around 10pm. We were in 3 and they knew and only had 2 towels, no answer as well so we had to share it.

Some short simple instructions re the apartment would be helpful, such as how coffee machine works (on/off switch hidden on back), how to run a basic wash (which buttons to press), etc.

• Aparna (9/5): Nice place - Spacious Apartment, clean and comfortable. The sofa bed was more comfortable than the actual bed upstairs. The location is nice- close to the center, yet away from the crazy summer hustle-bustle. The check in process, even though it came with too many instructions, was simple. While some toiletries are provided, the kitchen didn't have any basic cooking supplies like oil and sugar. Some cereal bowls will also be useful. The air-con is not very powerful, and maybe needs to be serviced.
• Zuhal (8/5): Very good - To begin with, there is no train access anywhere in the center of Florence, and train stops are few and far between. Considering the lack of public transportation, the house's location is quite central, and it is 15-20 minutes walking distance to everything, and 9-10 minutes to the dome. The beds are not very comfortable, but that's okay since I slept well. During our stay, the kitchen, bathroom, and other equipment were missing, but the host is extremely interested, responds quickly, and finds solutions. There is a coffee machine, washing machine, iron, etc. in the house, a very nice garden at the back, and sufficient kitchen equipment. There are bikes for the rest, which is a fantastic opportunity.

• Wuxuan (9/5): Superb - The location is central, only a few blocks away from many main attractions. There is also a lot of space since the ceiling is high, so it feels homey. The check in was efficient and we didn't have problems with the automatic system. The closet has maps of Florence that we took along our trip. We weren't entirely sure how to use the washing machine since we couldn't find the English instructions but figured out with Google Lens.

• Jacob (9/5): Great location, the apartment is clearly for tourists so it’s a bit sterile, the location is great! - The location is fantastic. You’re are away from the main attractions and the people they bring. but you’re only a 5-10 min walk away from those attractions. The location has lots of great restaurants, coffee shops, bars, bakeries, etc around you and across the street in a hip neighborhood. The sofa bed could use some attention. I don’t think the sofa sheets, pillows or blanket had been washed in awhile. It was clammy and sticky, so I opted to sleep on the couch instead of the couch bed. Collecting the tourist head tax seems to be an on going problem for both the guests and the property management. They ask you to leave cash per person per night on the table before you leave. Easy to forget or it also just seems weird, so a clear explanation as to why to leave money and also maybe an electronic option.

• Jillian (10/5): Excellent stay - Host was very responsive. Easy check-in process, detailed instructions on how to find and enter unit. Apartment was very clean and well equipped. Location was very convenient, walking distance to major attractions and many great restaurants. Nearby bus stops if you need to go out further. Very glad to have had such a cosy and comfortable place to come back to after long days of sightseeing. Minor issue with wifi connection on arrival, but it was due to the provider. Host was responsive and the issue was resolved quickly.
