• Brigitte (1/5): très mauvais - Après avoir par l'intermédiaire de notre hôtel tenté de joindre le matin le service indiqué, aucune réponse. L'adresse indiquée pour récupérer les clés très difficile à trouver et à l'opposé de l'adresse du logement.Perte de temps considérable. A 15H , heure à laquelle un code devait être transmis pour récupérer les clés: aucun message. Après plusieurs tentatives pour joindre le service , aucune réponse. l'hôtel ou nous étions la veille a tenté de nouveau de joindre le service et vers 17h une personne a répondu que nous allions avoir un appel. Cependant , aucun appel , nous avons tenté de transmettre toutes les informations à l'aide de voyageurs que nous avons rencontré , ils ont essayé sans succès d'obtenir une réponse. A 18H nous avons quitté le lieu ou les clés devaient se trouver et nous sommes restés sans logement. nous avons passé une partie de la nuit dans une église ouverte dans le cadre de la Biennale et terminé la nuit dans un jardin de Venise. Expérience très difficile pour des personnes de notre âge . le logement était réglé et nous demandons réparation. Bien évidemment , nous ne recommandons à personne ce logement associé a de tels difficultés sur un temps de voyage très court et qui représente une perte d'énergie, de temps incroyable pour soit disant récupérer et ramener des clés dans des secteurs opposés.
• Yaiza (4/5): funcional - Sin duda la ubicación era lo mejor La limpieza dejaba bastante que desear. Además, el apartamento estaba lleno de mosquitos. También había mosquitos ya muertos en las paredes. Fue un poco desagradable. Hacía olor a humedad, se puede llegar a entender en cierta manera por la ubicación cerca de los canales. Por otro lado, recogimos las llaves y el apartamento estaba a 45 minutos a pie, fue un poco lío.
• Eleonora (8/5): - Posizione ottima, vicina alla fermata Arsenale e Piazza San Marco. Il ritiro delle chiavi è distante dall’appartamento ma comunque una zona di passaggio. Appartamento dotato di accessori. La pulizia migliorabile. Presenza di zanzare e nessuna zanzariera alle finestre (visto il problema), bagno piccolo e senza bidet. Letto scomodo. Mi dispiace l’host abbia interrotto le comunicazioni dopo il ritiro delle chiavi nelle successive comunicazioni, come l’aver segnalato il portone dell’ingresso difettoso (non chiudeva, quindi potenzialmente poteva entrare chiunque nel palazzo) e l’avvenuto rilascio dell’appartamento.

• Olena (10/5): Great apartment in a great location - Excellent location, close to major attractions. The ferry stop is nearby, making it very convenient for excursions. Cafes and shops are nearby. Spacious apartments with everything you need. It's not that I didn't like it, but when I checked in, the bed wasn't made, just some sheets and towels on the sofa. There were crumbs on the kitchen table, apparently from previous guests - it was a bit unpleasant. Otherwise, everything was great, the sheets and towels were good quality, snow-white and smelled nice.

• Antonio (8/5): Appartamento comodo in zona Arsenale - Posizione ottima per chi deve andare dalla parti dell'Arsenale. Personale su whatsapp veloce ed efficiente. L'appartamento è comodo e pulito. Ritirare le chiavi a piazzale roma potrebbe sembrare scomodo ma è comunque di passaggio. Consigliato! L'unica nota stonata dell'appartamento è la mancanza delle zanzariere alle finestre... è pieno di zanzare e dopo che uno paga cosi tanto almeno le zanzariere dovrebbero esserci considerando che Venezia ne è piena. Non poter aprire le finestre è assurdo. Appena provi ad aprirle dopo 2 minuti sono già entrate 10 zanzare.

• Norma (10/5): Venezia nel cuore - Wonderful Italy ha fornito, nei giorni antecedenti al mio arrivo, tutte le informazioni necessarie. Sono riuscita a ritirare le chiavi seguendo meticolosamente le istruzioni e non ho avuto alcun problema. Non c'è nulla che non mi sia piaciuto. L'appartamento è in una posizione strategica. Uscendo dal vicoletto, Calle dei Forni, si giunge direttamente su Riva degli Schiavoni. C'è la comodità di avere la stazione ( Arsenale)per vaporetti praticamente di fronte. La casa è dotata di ogni confort. Forse l'unico dettaglio che manca a mio avviso, è qualche cialda di caffè per gli ospiti. Al mattino sarebbe cosa gradita. Ma ad ogni modo, nelle vicinanze ci sono diversi bar.

• Christina (4/5): - I will preface by saying a muli-page PDF was sent out before my stay. However, there was no warning for how troublesome everything would be if you don’t read this book/ manual BEFOFE you even arrive in Venice. SO BE WARNED! Read the manual in full before arriving. I was upset from the start cause I told them “thanks I’ll read it when I get there” and they really should have said “no!” not “ok!” I’ve been in Italy 5 weeks at this point and I’ve never encounter something like this…It’s my first day in Venice and I’ve been trying to get into this apt since 6pm and it’s 11pm now. The address is labeled wrong on Google maps, so even if you put the right address in, it takes you here (wrong place). A native had to spend like 10 min with me trying to track down a way to the “right” location. Helped walk me 10 min away since I still had all my luggage. Thank god the keys did open the new door. HOWEVER, also note in addition to this struggle, the keys are housed an hour away from the apt. So they should be picked up while at the train station, not near the apt. I had to double back on myself and asked a Resturant near by to watch my luggage. No one answers the phone after 5pm but that’s when my train landed... My story is the same as the other one star review (on google associated with wrong location) so nothing has changed in a YEAR! Also before I even came to Venice I had to sign like 4 different documents from multiple links which was annoying and worried me since I didn’t have this many forms at any of my other stays. Finally when you get inside, even though it’s a 2 level apt you are on the 2nd floor. No elevator, no hand rail, no landing. I felt unsafe trying to get my luggage up because the stairs were so narrow and twisted. Would definitely not call this place kid friendly. Prob signed my life away with all the random forms. DONT BE FOOLED by the high rating on booking.com.

• Timothy (8/5): Lovely property, great location - It was a nice apartment in a great location. It was clean and well organised. Central heating worked great for the nights. The size of the shower cubicle was very small. The AC unit in the upper room was left on whe. I arrived, it was very noisy, but didn't have to use it during our stay. Also, leading up to arrival, there were a lot of emails and messages from the managing company, rental contracts, and information documents. I felt I was a bit too much, especially as I was travelling and couldn't really dedicate the time. I understand that this is their company procedure, so respect that. I also think when collecting the keys, they should be at the property, not a 40-minute walk away. For someone who has never been to venice before, it would be much easier to give the pin location of the apartment, and we could have made our way from the airport. Luckily, the lady in the office showed me it on the map, and we made the journey.

• Alexandru-corneliu (10/5): All in all the stay was extremely good for the money - The property had everything you could ask for. Dishwasher, Iron, fridge, has 2 working ACs, and has 2 large beds. The shower was a bit small, but it didn’t bother us too much.
• Artis (7/5): Good - Clear instructions what to do if something goes wrong. A lot of dust behind the bed, during the night a lot of mosquito. Not clear rules regarding rubbish’s. I it is strange that during my vocation I need to take care where to put my empty bottles and this must be done till 8:30 and you need to go 550 metres in one direction to do correct utilisation of it

The apartment is not cheap and coat a lot of money and it’s something that i will never recommend about. The apartment was great. But!!! I traveled with my two daughters 12 and 15 years old and I couldn’t leave them alone in the apartment. We didn’t stay it wasn’t safe! We had to move in another hotel in last minute very inconvenient for us… Still waiting decision for refund.

• Violetta (5/5): They need to find a practical way for the initial collection of keys. - Perfect location. The apartment was clean and in the drawers there were extra towels and sheets. The furniture was in general in good condition and there were plenty of utensils in the kitchen. The air conditioning worked well and was crucial for us because the days were very hot. The apartment is located South-East as you look at the map. We had to collect the keys from Piazzale Roma that is North-west. That is we had to cross the whole city just for the keys. Very very very very inconvenient. The internal staircase to reach the apartment door was terribly and unacceptable dirty. There was no wardrobe to hang clothes. I travel with a lot of dresses and that was a problem. Of course there were no hangers anywhere in the apartment. In the bathroom there was no towel rack or towel hanger, so we had to leave the towels on the toilet lid. That was very annoying. The toilet brush was broken (it didn’t have any handle) so we didn’t use it.
• Pro (10/5): Very nice - Location was amazing!! 15 mins walk to the center , san marco piazza . 4 mins walk to public transportation if you re planning to go to murano , burano .. apartment was clean , ac was on when we arrived . Nothing.

• David (8/5): Palace La Vida Apartments - Amazing location - 10 minutes walk from St Marks Square and 2 minutes walk to Arsenale water bus stop. There are some lovely restaurants cafes and bars on Via Guiseppe Garibaldi 5 minutes away where we ate most nights. Located off a side street so very quiet and peaceful. The management company were very helpful - I was kept informed with information about my stay and options that I could book during my time there. Would absolutely recommend them - many thanks to Serena, Sabrina and Valentina on your team. No wardrobe to hang clothes so may be an issue for some (it wasn't for us). Shower is on the small side so a larger build person may find this inconvenient (again, it wasn't for us).

The AC is hidden behind a coach. We can’t sleep on the upper floor since it was so hot. 2) There is no sponge in the kitchen as it stated, the cookwares are old. I can’t find a lid for the pot. There is no kettle or electronic kettle as it stated. 3) The stairs is steep and it is hard to carry heavy luggage s to get to the apartment.
• Beth (9/5): Sweet little apartment close to the Biennale - The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped with lots of dishes, if perhaps with fewer cooking utensils than one might desire if you're intending to do much more than reheating things or making breakfast. The apartment has two mini split units to provide air conditioning, keeping the place very comfortable. The location is ideal if you're visiting the Venice Biennale, as it's literally within shouting distance of the Arsenale. It is also ideally located for transportation purposes, quite close to the Arsenale stop on the vaporetto which also has available service on the Ali Laguna Blue Line to the airport. It was mildly inconvenient to have to pick up the keys in the Piazzale Roma, but the process was pretty simple. The directions for taking out the trash, in particular the map provided, was inaccurate. Thankfully in practice, it was much easier than the directions provided would lead you to think. The television only receives a handful of channels via satellite I believe, and even those are often interrupted when the signal goes out. I found it easier to simply watch things on my tablet using the Wi-Fi available.
• Maria (10/5): Great experience, comfortable flat - Great location close to the city center and a vaporetto stop. The apartment was clean and comfortable. It had all the facilities. AC worked fine. Me and my family had a great experience. Overall it is a very good place.
• Francisc (9/5): Great stay near St.Mark Square - The location was great, the apartment had anything you wanted for a few-day stay or longer. I like the instructions, very precise and easy to follow. The room and space are decent and there is no noise from neighbours. Overall it was a great accommodation. I don't know what people are saying here but the keys are very easy to pick up and the location of the apartment is easy to find, you just have to read carefully the great instructions provided. I didn't like small things, nothing in particular or very bad, but: there were a lot of mosquitos, but maybe it's a Venetian thing, a window mosquito net would be great. There are no hangers for the towels in the bathroom, the bed is not that comfortable. And the TV has no signal, it would have been nice to hear some Italian music or news in Italian. Like I said before the bad things are not that important, overall the accommodation was ok :)

• Jacqueline (8/5): Very good - Great location. A street off the main waterfront . Able to walk everywhere. Apartment was very clean, well equipped and comfortable. Hosts were very good to communicate with. Shower was a bit small.
• Marko (7/5): Good - Mostly ok, but interesting deficits making good thing to just barely ok. Not a single hook(and only 2 hangers found) for hanging clothes !!! Many thing were broken(cupboard door near fridge-upstairs sofa)- some needing just couple of minute work with right tools to fix- but it isn't done. Only broken iron for ironing. No electric kettle. Only one mirror in bathroom for big apartment on two levels? Apartment front door is sliding cupboard door ? Not very secure feeling. No soap for hand washing- some dried up thing found from maintenance box.

• Nuno (8/5): Very good - Good location. There is a boat station to the airport right in front of the house. The hosts answer the contact phone and are helpful. One has to pick the keys at a faraway location (near the train station). There are more practical ways to do self check-in which I advise the hosts to implement. There were lots of mosquitos, but I guess that is probably the case all over Venice in summer.

Very complicated key pick-up at an entirely different location than the flat (all the way at Piazzale Roma). Over complicated check-in with extra e-mails, codes and whatnot.

• György (5/5): Passable - It is very close to Arsenale. It was not the apartment I contracted for. The pictures show a different apartment. The staircase was dirty and dusty. The shower was extremely small. The toilet was so close to the sink that you were not able to sit on it straight. They should underline and make it visible on the how to get the keys description that the keys are not at the apartment but at the entry place P. Di Roma.
• Ines (10/5): Exceptional - The location closed to the Biennale and San Marcos y just perfect. And it has a lot of beds.
