• Claudia (7/5): - Die Lage ist extrem gut, ruhig und ganz in der Nähe der Vaporetto Station S. Basilio, sehr angenehmes Viertel Die Kücheneinrichtung war äußerst sparsam, da zu wenig Geschirr vorhanden war, musste man immer abwaschen und konnte die Spülmaschine nicht nutzen. Die Küche war nicht sehr sauber.Vor dem Gebrauch haben wir est alles abgewaschen

• Cécile (9/5): Appartement très agréable pour quelques jours à Venise - Appartement très bien situé avec le charme de l'ancien. Certains équipements pourraient être rénovés, mais cela participe au charme. Le quartier est très bien, authentique, calme, beaucoup de choses accessibles à pied ou en Vaporetto. Il y a beaucoup de choses à disposition (parapluies par ex). Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. La télévision du voisin, heureusement pas trop tôt le matin.

• William (7/5): Great for the right people - Location is great, quiet and secluded but close to San Barnaba and Zattere. The apartment is full of history in artwork and artifacts. A very intimate experience. Towels were clean and abundant. I appreciate the host's trust and the independence. Wonderful place. This someone's home, in good way: decorated with objects and art, in a less good way: finding clothes in the closets and many shoes in the kitchen. There is a fine line between art and junk. It is nice to have some basic supplies both in the kitchen and in the bathroom, but not nice to find many used packets of coffee and old bottles of shampoo. There was just one roll of bathroom tissue for a 4 day stay. There could be a small welcome package with some fresh basic starters. There was laundry hanging in the bathroom during the entire stay. The house is particular, and fragile, and needs guests that can appreciate its imperfections and who will preserve the old spirit of Venice, without luxury but with much soul.
• Damien (10/5): We had a great stay in Venice. The hosts here are marvellous - Very nice Venetian apartment with all the necessary conveniences. The hosts communication is excellent, even booking the limo from the airport for us. Getting in and out was very easy with clear instructions and no messing around. The apartment is in a quiet area, but there is easy access to supermarket, restaurants and the water bus.
• Lukáš (7/5): - Good location. Distance to rail station and to San Marco 20 mins by walking. The flat is small but sufficient for a family of four. Heating was insuficient. There was 16 degrees celsius in the flat when we arrived. Heating did not work and hot water was not available. The host was helpful and fixed the hot water the next day, after we complained. Heating started to work but the flat was cold for the rest of our stay. Oven in the kitchen did not work, we could not heat focaccia.

• Cat (7/5): Good - Good space, good Location, fairly quiet except for a community event in nearby piazza. Decent kitchen setup. Quick attention to issues via the booking.com app. The big master bed was not very comfortable.

• Claire (9/5): Quirky apartment in a tranquil area - The location is wonderful in a tranquil part of Dorsodouro, close to the San Basilio vaporetto stop and a well stocked supermarket. It's also only a 10 minute walk to bustling San Margherita square and about 20 minutes to Peggy Guggenheim. The apartment has all you'd need for a short stay including a full kitchen (although we didn't cook while we were there). The apartment is full of interesting paintings and pictures, fitting to its name. The owners were helpful in providing a list of local restaurants to try. All in all, we could not have asked for more. The beds are not super comfortable in the twin room, and there's not really a living room area to relax in as a group.

They made it easy, communicated really well and offered to provide travel info and tips if needed (we didn't). The property feels very unique, giving you a feeling that you're probably getting something close to how people who live in this city might live. Loved: location, decor, amenities nearby (ATM, groceries, transport links, etc).
• Александр (10/5): Exceptional - Cozy apartment, helpful owner, large kitchen, quiet location, close to a shop and a river tram, 20 minutes walk to San Marco. The apartment has all household appliances, from hair dryers and coffee makers to dryers and air conditioners. Nearby there is a delicious inexpensive restaurant "OSTERIA DA TONI". This location is very convenient and next summer we are going to come back here again

It was quiet and out of the tourist huddle and bustle, yet very conveniently located - walkable and close to a boat peer. • Catherine (7/5): Great location - Location was great, historic building, lovely outdoor terrace. Posting said there was a double bed, there was not. There was a single bed and a very uncomfortable sofa bed. We ended up sleeping on the mattress on the floor.
• Mohamed (10/5): Very nice stay at the Artist's House and wonderful visit to Venice - I especially enjoyed the proximity of the apartment to the shore, vaporetto stops, a super market and many restaurants nearby. The wall art decorations in the place are impressive, but the apartment itself is comfortable, well equipped and spacious. We really enjoyed our stay there and I would definitely try to stay there again when I go back to Venice. Not Applicable
