• Kim (10/5): Excellent but not long enough! Would love to return one day. - A large quirky apartment, we loved it. There was lots of space, well equipped with a neat little balcony that we could sit on. Orlando and Irena met us at the apartment, showed us around and gave us lots of useful information. They were very helpful and even rang a taxi for us early on the morning we left. Lots of snacks and treats were left in the apartment which is very generous - thank you. The Tram is just steps away, restaurants very close and also a small supermarket. We would love to return and stay for much longer. A wonderful experience. Thank you 🥰 We loved it all!

• J. Friedrich (10/5): Ankommen und Wohlfühlen:-) - Die Wohnung ist wie eine kleine bunte Puppenstube. Sehr gemütlich und man fühlt sich sofort heimisch:-). Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Gegend ist nachbarschaftlich geprägt und hat einige gute Möglichkeiten zum Essen gehen oder einkaufen von Lebensmitteln. Straßenbahn und Bus sind quasivor der Tür. Für das eigene Auto gibt es Parkmöglichkeiten auf der Straße oder einem benachbarten Parkplatz. Für uns war alles gut! Man muss halt den Charakter der Wohnung mögen. Wir fanden es aber sehr individuell.

• Luke (5/5): Lovely hosts, great spot and spacious apartment, but the kitchen was too cluttered to use - Amazing hosts who went out of their way to make sure we had easy access to the apartment, and a great stay. The bedrooms were large, and overall the apartment/ was quiet with double glazing and electric blackout shutters. The authentic Italian decor and feel was nice for a bit of Milan. The apartment could be amazing, unfortunately it still has a lot of the owners clutter making the kitchen really unusable for meal prep, which is what we needed with 2 young children. The bedrooms and bathroom are great, but the lounge is too cluttered with cushions to even sit on the sofa, we had to put all the sofa cushions on the floor in order to use the sofa, then there was no room to walk. In the kitchen there were 22 chopping boards, but no bench space to put one, 3 coffee machines, plates were inaccessible as there was a stack of 50 of them that you couldn't get out of the cupboard, and the bathroom had a stack of 20 or so old used hotel slippers which was just a bit gross. This apartment could be absolutely amazing with great decor, but it really needs a lot of clutter removed from the kitchen and the lounge to make it a good place to stay.

It's nice to sit on the balcony and watch what's going on. Orlando was nice and helpful. Grazie I liked everything but the kitchen. It's small anyway, but there is so much clutter on the only worktop (including 3 coffee machines) that it's hard to do anything, even make a sandwich.

Il n'est pas possible de se garer le long de la rue (places bleues ou jaunes) mais des places sont gratuites sur le trottoir. Bien situé, tout près du tramway et à une dizaine de minutes du métro. Idéal pour visiter Milan !

• Paul (10/5): Perfectly located welcoming apartment - Firstly we had a very warm welcome from owners and gave us plenty of advice on Milan, the apartment was clean and fully equipped, the location was excellent, it had many cafes and restaurants nearby, there is also 2 supermarket nearby and a shop selling train tickets, the nearest metro is about ten minutes walk and perfectly located to all the major attractions, it is also the same line as San Siro stadium which was perfect for us, overall I don’t think we could have chosen a better apartment for our needs, will return for sure, Nothing to add

• Andrei (10/5): Exceptional - The hosts were like family, allways ready to help and give good insights. The apartment is 20 m away from the tram station, which takes you directly to the Duomo. The apartment feels like home when coming back after a day of shoping and sightseeing, everything is exactly where it should be and nothing is missing. Walk around on a 10 min radius around the location and will find hidden gems (the cheese maker is incredible 😉). There is no such thing.

• Emma (9/5): Great location, with atmospheric accommodation and a wonderful city break. - Met by the owner Orlando who gave us a detailed description of where to go for food, where to access transport and buy tickets, what to see, and recommendations of where to go. These were all invaluable to us during our stay. The apartment is excellently located close to Trams and Metro. I highly recommend this apartment and we will return. We also managed a trip to Lake Como and it did not disappoint despite the thunderstorms. There was nothing to dislike.

• Lynda (10/5): A very comfortable stay. - It was a very spacious apartment with an excellent Bosch washer and dryer, not to mention a dishwasher The smaller bedroom is prettier, but we used the bigger one overlooking the garden, which was quiet, The hosts were very kind even arranging a last- minute taxi. Apartment was very well stocked, it had a toaster ,kettle, coffee machines, saucepans, frying pans, lots of cutlery, dishes, wine glasses, tea towels, and not only paper towel but napkins too. Lots of toiletries in the bathroom. It had everything; great shower and a very comfortable king size bed. Well it’s hard to think of something, but the kitchen was a bit on the small side. However the other rooms, even the bathroom were a good size.

They waited to us in the rain when we came and offered their own parking space after we did not manage to find one on the street. The rooms are full of amenities, bathroom is very spacy. Good breakfast just across the street. It is a bit walking if you need metro. If you could use tram. It is just behind the corner.

Apartment have everithing you need , very clean and confortable for 4 people(2 couples) Neighborhood is safe, we enjoyed very good cofee and croissant (brioche) in the street. Tram 12 is 2 minutes from ampartment , bring you directly to Duomo

Nice furniture, a comfortable bed, and a fully equipped kitchen ensured excellent comfort for us. The surroundings were also amazing, with nearby cafes, shops, and restaurants, allowing us to fully enjoy the atmosphere of the place. Overall, we couldn't have chosen a better place for our stay, and we would definitely love to come back here.

• Ray (10/5): Loved Milan, the apartment and its location. - The apartment is spacious, with two very large bedrooms, a sitting area with two couches, TV, DVD and CD player. The kitchen is a little small but it has everything you need, especially if you wanted to cook your meals whilst there, the bathroom was a large size and had everything you need, including towels. It has a small balcony overlooking the street, which was pleasant to sit out on and enjoy the early spring sunshine. The apartment is on the 1st floor but there is a lift for your cases when arriving/departing. We where met by both Orlando and Irene who spent time with us, both showing us important things regarding the apartment but also how to get to certain areas and what was worth visiting in the local area, sadly we didn't have time to visit them all, but there's always next time. The apartment is ideally located for travelling from or into central Milan, the #12 tram stops just 50m from the front door. For sports fans, I can really recommend a visit to the San Siro but if you want to watch sports, then the pub 'Offside' is highly recommended (located on Censio roundabout area), on request they showed my local team who where playing live on UK SKY which made our evening, especially as we won! We where a party of 4 adults and found everything to be perfect for our long weekend stay - thank you Irena & Orlando.

They facilitated our check in, even though we were not on time and gave us numerous guidelines about our stay in the city. The apartment was clean, cozy and warm. The even left snacks and coffee for our pleasure. The location is very close to the center also buses and trams are right outside the door. I would definitely return there upon visiting Milan in the future.

• Frommette21 (10/5): Marvelous in Milan - From the moment I made the reservation there was open communication. Speedy replies, knowledgeable answers and a lot of kindness. The neighborhood is very pleasant. There was a street fair while we visited that was thoroughly enjoyed. Quick tram ride into the center was also a plus+ There was black gunk in one area of the shower/bath rim that concerned me.
