Guest Reviews
- Tom (8/5): - Very spacious, great facilities.
Good location to walk into the centre of Rome, also 5 min walk to tram/train station.
- Localização perto do metro.
- R (8/5): -
- Enkhtur (9/5): This house is very comfortable, and the location is also the best. - Nothing special.
Maybe if it is possible, breakfast. Carpet cleaning.
- Bauke (8/5): Aanrader - Heerlijk appartement!
- Sandra (4/5): Not as glamorous as it looks at the photo - As soon as we stepped into the house, it felt like we were inhaling a cloud of hot dust
The smell was heavy and very unpleasant
- Chris-travel (9/5): Clean, comfortable, great location. - For a group of 9 people, the two apartments we booked were amazing, one had a cozy balcony and the other a spacious outdoor space that we used for breakfast.
Everything was clean and easily accessible, and the location was perfect with restaurants and public transport at the ready.
- Alison (9/5): Clean spacious accommodation with the basics. - The spacious and quiet apartment and white linen were clean. The air conditioning worked well, soap and toilet paper were provided, there was good Wifi. It was difficult to find the apartment initially because the Booking.com directions were to the far end of the road. The kitchen had a few basics but only a bread knife, no tea and coffee maker, only a broken kettle, and the frying pans had peeling Teflon on them so were unusable. Also the fridge and freezer was frosted over and working irregularly. Still good value for a quiet clean place to explore Rome.
- Claudia Natalia (7/5): -
- David (10/5): Exceptional -
- La (8/5): Pretty good - Roomy, good layout. Great hot water for 5, quick heating stove, bright airy nice A C with individual room control.
Safe feeling quiet neighborhood. Interior doors are very noisy if you want to latch them.
Kettle did not bring water to a boil.
Check in procedure could have been better and communicated sooner.
Check out procedure could have explained how to leave keys inside but have gate unlocked. Location was not close to any restaurants or cafe and a cab/Uber ride to all attractions.
- Corinne (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ana (9/5): Superb -
- Ethelflaeda (8/5): A clean, quiet ground floor apartment in a convenient suburb of Rome. - This was a great location for us, as we wanted to explore the Via Appia Antiqua and Ostia Antiqua, as well as the archaeological sites in the centre of the city. The railway station for the train to Ostia is just 10 minutes walk away, and the Baths of Caracalla and the Gate of St Sebastian are each about 15-20 minutes walk.
'Bull Steak Bistrot', just around the corner, was very handy for meals.
The apartment was spacious, clean, in an interesting 1930s building; really good communications from the owner.
- Wan (8/5): The environment was nice. Although bed sheets were not provided at first, the host quickly delivered them after communic - The shower area is too small.
- Vardges (10/5): Exceptional -
- Beverley (9/5): Perfect location for a short break in Rome - Unreal location just 15 minutes walk to the Colosseum. Really quiet and safe neighbourhood Nothing
- Ruxandra (10/5): Everything was great, host was kind, location perfect and apartment very clean! - The location was great, very clean apartment, the host was very kind and let us check in earlier. The beds are very comfortable, the kitchen is fully equiped and the terrace is a great spot to have your morning coffee :)
- Elise (8/5): Very good - Space / Apartment
Close to the subway The 6€/day/person of taxes, that nobody told us before booking.
- Amir (9/5): My friends and I were satisfied for choosing this house. Many thanks - Everything was clean and functional.
beds an rooms are highly comfortable.
there is an air conditioner in each room so temperature and humidity can be controlled easily. - The TV size was small,
- 1.5 roll toilet paper was not enough for 4 people, we expected at least three rolls (we had to buy a pack of toilet paper!)
- The shower cabin is small as the owner mentioned but it wasn't a problem for us. (it is enough for a short-time staying)
- We couldn't find iron/iron-board which is necessary for hotels and houses.
- Nicole (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent space, close to Colosseum, Supermarket and Metro. Had a fabulous stay, thanks.
- Morgan (9/5): Superb - Hosts, facilities, space, comfort, Clean Hardly anything, great place
- Daniella (4/5): Great ! - Nice, clean , comfortable beds and great AC for the summer heat ! Very small shower
- Ami (9/5): Really great apartment. Felt safe, close to so much of Rome, shop selling essentials round the corner and a great steak - Fantastic large apartment in a great part of Rome, just a very short metro ride to anywhere! The outside area was also a real bonus, breakfasts outside made a huge difference. The bathroom needs a revamp to match the rest of the property. The shower is tiny! And you could definitely put a small en-suite in the main bedroom as there is almost too much space that’s not needed and would definitely benefit to have a small bathroom with 3 rooms in the apartment.
You also need to put a larger sofa in as it’s not big enough for all the people staying in the apartment and the dining chairs are not comfy for long periods.
- Kapil (7/5): Good -
- Lynda (8/5): Lovely stay & enjoyed our holiday - Stylish Little bit outside centre & shops
- Bugler (9/5): Great weekend break - Spacious , clean , 3 bedroom & great for family with teenagers Nothing
- Gani (10/5): Exceptional -
- Elvira (9/5): Wonderfully place close to the centre - A lot of space, big rooms, complete kitchen. Also a garden (we didn't use it as we were out most of the time, but it was nice to have). Overall, it was a really nice stay in Rome, close to everything, close to public transport (bus, metro ans train station) The shower was very small (the rest of the bathroom was really nice)
- Jasper (9/5): Great - The location is really convenient. Close to the Piramide Metrostation and the Ostiense railway station, (3 minute walk). It is spacious and suffient room. The shower is rather small.
- Laura (6/5): Great location, but disappointing experience. - The apartment was large, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was also perfect, close to the main tourist sites in Rome. The host communication was not the best. We couldn't find the bins outside the apartment and we had to leave quickly on one occasion (to which we left a small rubbish bag within the closed gated area before entering the apartment (not outside on the street) with the intention of finding the bins when we returned) and we received a message telling us it was forbiddin to do such a thing, as if we were being watched throughout our stay. Which we didn't feel comfortable about. Additionally my elderly parents arrived at the apartment before me, and were asked to pay City tax in cash on the spot. This could have waited until I arrived soon after, or even the day after.
Also the shower was incredibly small and covered in plastic, I understand trying to protect items, but this was a bit extreme.
- Michał (10/5): Exceptional - Very comfortable, big rooms, perfect localization, very quiet appartment
- Helen (8/5): Excellent stay. Travelling with 2 teenagers and parents 13-81 years. Great location - Excellent location. Great for bus and metro connections. Comfortable beds. Layout of beds/bedrooms worked well for our family. Good WiFi. Smart TV so could login to streaming services. 12 noon check out so no rush. Excellent airport transfer through booking.com limited kitchen equipment but met our needs ok. Would benefit from a welcome pack to detail nearest supermarket, local restaurant/bar recommendations. how to get about.
Weather was better than at home. - trein en metro dichtbij,
colloseum en centrum lopend prima te doen. price quality was okey, that's why we can't complain.
- Adriano (8/5): Great location - Great location as it was close to the metro and train stations, and within walking distance of the Colosseum. The apartment was very big with lots of space for 4 people. The shower was very small and the drain was not working properly. It seemed that there was a smell of cigarettes and damp from the neighbours in the flat below.
- Maria (9/5): Superb -
- Lado (10/5): Exceptional -
- James (8/5): Trip to Rome - Location and clean No disliked
- Brooke (10/5): We had the best stay in Rome! We loved the apartment was and the location is perfect! -
- Marlize (8/5): Very good -
- Nigel (10/5): Beautiful Roman apartment. Easy to reach the sites. Helpful host. Good places to eat nearby. - A beautiful Roman apartment. Light, airy and stylish. Super clean and lots of space. Helpful host. Easy to get to all the main sites in only a few minutes on the Metro or buses. Good places for dinner and breakfast in easy walking distance too. Tip: Really worth visiting the Therme di Caracalla only about 10 minutes from the apartment. Nothing
It really was great.
- Lyubomir (10/5): Exceptional - Francesco, our host was extremely gracious and helpful. The apartment is on a quiet street and is 5 minutes from the metro station. Large and spacious rooms, absolute cleanliness, has all amenities. Each room has air conditioning, which is great considering the 40 degrees in Rome in the summer. Very suitable for families with children. There is a very nice bakery nearby. We had a great time in Rome. We would happily stay at this place again.
- Sinem (10/5): Exceptional - House was so clean and nice
- Julia (9/5): Superb - The hosts were great! Super clean. Super close to the metro. Tons of space to hang out with family!
- Frederike (8/5): Very comfortable and very nice hostess. - It was really pretty and sleek. The beds were comfortable and there was more than enough space for all of us. The hostess was very nice and very helpful. The shower was very small and the door didn’t close properly. There wasn’t enough room on the couch for 6 people, so people had to sit at on the chairs from the table.
- Iva (10/5): Big and beautiful place in a quiet location but still cose to the city centre or a train and bus station - Very spacious and clean with everything you need when traveling light Everything
- Elaine (8/5): WE were in Rome to attend our grand daughters wedding and had a job getting a taxi to take us - M[ani \house was not near any shops and we had to get a taxi if we wanted to get to anywhere the pavements are not ment for a wheelchair it should be stated that it is not close to anything when you book
- Genc (8/5): Very good -
- Sofia (8/5): Very good - The property was the perfect size and had everything we needed. It was also very close to groceries, pharmacies and public transport which made it quick to get to where we wanted to go.
- Anne (9/5): Superb -
- Jonathon (8/5): Very comfortable and enjoyable stay in Rome. - Great location, quiet neighbourhood close to Collosseum and trains. Shower was very small and didn’t drain properly. No tea towel and only two rolls of toilet paper. Freezer door was missing so couldn’t keep things frozen.
- Przemysław (8/5): Very good -
- Vaiva (10/5): Exceptional -
- Simms (9/5): It was a great way to stay in Rome. - Great owners. Wonderful area in the city but still quiet and private feeling. Really enjoyed the balcony. Nothing was bad. Everything was easy and as expected or better.
- Erin (8/5): Great place to stay in Rome! - nice clean space with lots of amenities, nice space, good location. very nice host too! I wish there were extra blankets/pillows to use
- Dermot (9/5): Superb - Met by Maria when we arrived - very helpful and answered all of our questions - very welcoming. Would recommend this property - spotless with easy access to all tourist hotspots.
- Philip (9/5): Superb -
- Busben (2/5): Really bad service - Only the bedrooms. However, they offered 3 bedrooms but only 2 were ready. We kindly asked to use the 3rd room. The guy in charge finally opened the 3rd bedroom because it was locked. We booked this apartment for 3 nights. Unfortunately we had issues with our flights (were canceled) and missed 1 night in Rome since we arrived almost 2 days later we expected understanding from the owner. It seems that they do not do check in late in the evening. Due to the issue with the flight, we arrived very late around 11pm.
We had to pay for the late check-in. The guy in charge said he expected the money the same night otherwise next day during the day.
This person came to the house meanwhile we were not at the apartment and checked all our luggage, sending me text messages and calling desperately that there wasn't money on the table as agreed (I couldn't find an 🏧 around the next day).
I texted back I will leave the money the next day (check-out).
I would not recommend this place, since I think it's not safe and they can get into the house meanwhile you aren't there. Very disappointing service.
- Robyn (8/5): Great base to explore Rome. - Spacious 3 bedroom apartment. Close to train station. On ground floor, big outdoor area. A bit of a walk to good cafes, supermarket - 15 min approx.
- Lihi (9/5): very recommend for four people we had a great time - this apartment is huge and there is a lot of privicy between the rooms, two balconies, big living room and big kitchen. we had a great time there the only problem was that the shower sometimes smelled luke sewerage and the water wasn’t that hot
- Naman (9/5): Superb - Very nice and bright apartment. Large and clean rooms, Well equipped kitchen and nice furniture.
The location was good - close to the center but with a lot of free place to park the car.
Maria was very nice.
Great place for a family vacation Our reservation was for an apartment with garden, but we received one with no garden.
No supermarket in walking distance.
