- Rebecca (7/5): - Good location, close to the train terminal (Roma termini) and metro stations. Walking distance to the colosseum and others. Cockroach in the bathroom, much loud noises from the streets and bad smell from outside at the balcony area. But we had a short stay so all in all it was ok.

- Francisca (2/5): Insegura y poco confiable. - Lo que sí me gustó: ubicación muy cercana al terminal y con piezas amplias. Nuestra experiencia en este alojamiento fue muy decepcionante y, sobre todo, insegura. En primer lugar, al momento de reservar en Booking.com aparecía que los impuestos estaban incluidos, pero después de pagar nos informaron que debíamos cancelar un cargo adicional de 6 euros por persona y por día por el “city tax”. Además, nos cobraron 20 euros extra por llegar a las 22:15, a pesar de que habíamos avisado previamente porque veníamos viajando en avión y que íbamos a ingresar después de las 21:00. Lo más grave ocurrió fue en la segunda noche: a las 5 de la mañana, una persona entró con llaves al departamento, que estaba cerrado con pestillo por dentro. Interrumpió nuestro descanso, causando un susto enorme, ya que estábamos durmiendo con nuestros dos hijos y un bebé de menos de 6 meses. Pensamos que se trataba de un robo. La persona no explicó nada, abrió un clóset, retiró cosas que guardaban allí y se las llevó diciendo que eran artículos de limpieza. Esta situación fue inaceptable y nos hizo sentir completamente inseguros. Por último, el departamento no contaba con tostador de pan, algo que consideramos básico para un departamento.
- Jasmina (7/5): A trip to Rome - The apartment is very well located, close to Termini station, from where you can easily reach any part of the city. It offers three separate rooms, each with beds for two persons, which is convenient for groups or families. The bed linen was clean and white. A hoast provided towels. The apartment is quite basic. The kitchen is poorly equipped, with only three glasses and three cups, and there is no kettle for boiling water. The bathroom is old and has not been renovated, and unfortunately, all the water drains are clogged.
