• CLAUDE (9/5): Nous avons adoré ! L'emplacement est génial ! - L'appartement est très bien placé (proche du centre et du tram). C'est très calme : Les fenêtres donnent sur un très joli petit jardin. On n'entend pas le bruit de la rue. Nous avons eu de fortes chaleurs pendant notre séjour mais il y avait une clim d'appoint et l'appartement garde très bien la fraîcheur (immeuble ancien). Tout était très fonctionnel. La déco fait vraiment penser à un lieu habité, comme si vous logiez chez des amis. La douche est un peu petite pour des grands ou des costauds ! Mais ça fait partie du charme de l'ancien !

• Cadi (10/5): An Incredible stay - This was the most brilliant apartment. It was in a perfect location and just what you would imagine a Florentine apartment to be. The property owner was incredible and very hospitable/ it was absolutely brilliant and we had an incredible 4 days there.
• Monika (10/5): - The location was excellent-everything is within easy reach, just a 5-minute walk from the train station and about 5 minutes from a market where you can get food almost any time of day. The apartment is in an older building but very well maintained, clean, and in excellent condition. It was quiet, well equipped, and exactly as shown in the photos. The host was very responsive and always replied quickly. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. Everything matched the description perfectly. Great value for the price - highly recommended.

Short walk from the station and Mercato Centrale, and central Florence can be reached in ten minutes, twelve if you stop for gelato on the way. Chiara's communication was great, really everything was fabulous. Thanks for hosting! Nothing. Would happily return.
• Gerarda (9/5): si on revient à Florence on sait où loger et nous recommandons à nos amis - Appartement très accueillant, grand, très confortable. Nous étions 2 mais sans problème 4 personnes. Très surprenant, sa situation dans une rue très animée, plus que centrale cet appartement est un havre de paix. Bien équipé, linge de maison impeccable, appareils ménagés en super état. Une douche très agréable et salle d'eau avec lave-linge avec wc séparé une plus. La propriétaire Mme Chiara Conticelli est non seulement charmante, accessible à tout moment toute demande de renseignement ou d'aide. Cahier avec toutes les informations nécessaires à disposition et bien documenté. Pour nous qui n'utilisons que rarement ce type de location, cette expérience est positive. Merci à Mme Conticelli. en ce qui nous concerne pas de point négatif à signaler

• Janet (10/5): A wonderful place to stay and gather while visiting Florence! - The owner was very understanding and was willing to meet us earlier than expected which we really appreciated. Also, this adorable apartment was in the absolute PERFECT location. It was safe, close to the train and bus stations and almost every historic location in Florence was within walking distance. The apartment was well furnished and the washing machine was such a blessing because it allowed us to only need carryon bags. The apartment felt very safe also which was important to me. The bed pillows were thin and not very comfortable. Otherwise, everything else was great.

• Bechara (10/5): Walking distance from train station and main attractions / Amazing host and place - I loved the flexibility of the host. She allowed us late check-out when we really needed it (the whole family was quite sick so needed to rest before taking the afternoon train back to Rome). We also loved the fact that the flat had 2 separate rooms, 2 separate toilets, very convenient for a family of 4. Also, the heating system was fantastic, so cosy in winter!

Es muy cálido y la ubicación nos resultó perfecta para movernos por la ciudad y estar cerca de la estación de tren a la vez. Es un departamento muy luminoso y a pesar de estar en una zona agitada es muy silencioso. Tiene todo lo que se necesita para una estadía, inclusive lavadora. Tiene máquina nespresso y nos recibieron con café y bizcochos. Nada.

• B. (9/5): Heerlijke week - Fantastische locatie, snel en zeer vriendelijk contact, netjes en schoon, leuke antieke film sfeer. Vereerd om in de slaapkamer van kleine Niccolo te slapen. De uitrusting van de keuken kan wat uitgebreider, er is bijvoorbeeld geen schaar en die kun je ook niet zelf meenemen als je alleen met handbagage vliegt. De bank ruikt naar rook. Er komt nog contant toeristenbelasting bij, dit zit niet in de prijs inbegrepen.

La via risulta tranquilla. La casa è dotata di tutto quanto necessario per il soggiorno di più giorni. Comunicazione con host sempre facile e sempre disponibile Un piccolissimo appunto se proprio vogliamo farlo è sulle zanzariere che essendo mobili non assicurano una perfetta barriera soprattutto nelle calde serate estive dove la sera con la temperatura gradevole, è meglio aprire le finestre che sfruttare i due condizionatori portatili presenti nell'appartamento, anche per evitare la loro rumorosità

• Forrester (8/5): Perfect Location to see Florence and surrounding areas - We were delayed by an hour due to getting on the wrong train from airport, but the host was gracious and assistant met us with a key and showed us around the property in a friendly manner. The apartment was in a great location, right in the centre with coach station (for day trips) and train station only minutes away, together with the market, sights and restaurants on the doorstep. Perfect location. The apartment itself was a great size and the beds were super comfortable. The facilities were great, all that we needed for 4 nights. The apartment itself was in a shaded area so wasn't particularly hot, so a nice refuge from the hot sun when needed. The Host was magnificent with help available for any questions (not related to apartment) that cropped up during our stay; often related to getting lost! The two child-sized single beds in the second bedroom would not have been suitable for a large or tall person. The windows were a little difficult to operate and the mosquito netting didn't adequately prevent onslaught of the creatures, leaving us with plenty of bites as souveniers. The aircon units were very welcome, but very noisy so certainly not something you'd have running for very long.

The owner is very responsive on any questions or problems I have, and the check-in lady is very nice in person. Though there's no lift, she helped us to bring up all our luggage to the room. All good!
• Cecilia (9/5): Perfectly located, well equipped, lovely two bedroom apartment in Firenze - The apartment is located in an excellent area, walking distance from the train station, right next to San Lorenzo's market and a few minutes away from the Cathedral. The facilities are comfortable and decorated with good taste, in an ecclectic style. The unit is well equipped, complete with 2 bedrooms, two toilets, washing machine, ironing board, dish washer, and a roomy living room with a futon bed. It was perfectly clean and the person who waited for us to arrive was helpful and kind. The A/C was out of order.

• Kimberly (9/5): A wonderful stay in Florence thanks to the great amenities and a well appointed apartment - Good space allocations in the apartment located on the 1st floor, and can easily fit a young family of 4. The bedrooms are moderate in size and simple in terms of layout. A wardrobe would be nice as we don’t find the chest of drawers practical but thats just minor detail. However, the kitchen and lounge are in great size and we love the space so each of the family member can do our own things in the flat. Superb location with abundant shops, restaurants, pizzeria, gelatorias, grocery shops, etc nearby. Train station is very close as well. Highly recommend for small family.

Easy wallk to the train station, grocery store and laundry (we washed some clothes in the washing machine in the apartment and took them to a dryer in the laundry mat).

The apartment was very spacious and airy. One bedroom was excellent, it had a dresser and a rack with hangers. The second bedroom is excellent for children, no dresser and the cabinet had just a few small hangers. The beds are small but comfortably made up. Host was very easy to communicate with and I thought the value was quite fair. The best part was a super great kitchen and having an extra 1/2 bath. More room for hanging or storing clothes in the smaller bedroom.

Plenty of bars, restaurants almost in the same street and only 7-10 mins walk from the main railway station. Washing machine in apartment. Plenty of cooking facilities. One queen size bed in main bedroom & two small beds in children’s room. Bedrooms separate with doors . Approximately 15 steps up to first floor apartment. Missed a microwave but that was a small inconvenience.

Its proximity to the train station, central market, and most attractions within a 10-20 minute walk was incredibly convenient. The two toilets and bedrooms were perfect for our family of four, and the full-fledged kitchen with a dishwasher made breakfast preparation and cleaning a breeze. While the bathroom was a bit small, the water pressure was nice, and we thoroughly enjoyed the comfortable showers after a day of exploring. Chiara, the host, was exceptionally friendly and responsive, ensuring our stay was pleasant. Overall, a fantastic experience that added to the enjoyment of our trip!

The hosts were exceptional, and did their best to make our stay comfortable. Everything in the property worked, and was in good condition. I can't think of anything that went wrong with the apartment or that we didn't like.
• Greg (8/5): Convenient location and QUIET. - Comfortable beds and a great location. Warm and well presented. Shower was small but that’s Italy for you. Can’t have big bathrooms in old buildings. It was fine for us.
• Lchink (10/5): Fantastic location and cost unit - It's very near the train station, and within walking distance to places of interest and the main shopping belt (about 15mins walk). The apartment is very very cozy, making us feel so homely. Beds are comfy. Host is very accommodating. Liked the fact the apartment comes with a washer, and two toilets, which worked well for family of 4. If you have time, do take a take trip to Siena and Pisa! A toilet paper holder in the main toilet suggested, but not a major issue.

Very comfortable beds, good shower and air con units/fan provided. It was very hot when were there so these were invaluable. Very quiet apartment and great location. Labelling of rubbish bags under sink - didn't know what they were all for. Plus location of recycling points would be useful.

Beds were very comfortable and we were able to wash clothes and dry overnight on the large clothes rack! The shower is a bit of a challenge if you are slightly overweight as it is quite a small door and shower!

• Louise (10/5): Exceptional - Clean, cosy apartment in an excellent location, straight outside to restaurants, bars, and cafes, and the train station and supermarket are very close. Most of the major sights can be reached within a 20-minute walk. It was very hot when we stayed and the air-conditioning is only available in two rooms, (main bedroom and dining area) through two stand alone units, which were noisy at night but it did help drown out my husbands snoring!!!!

We loved the apartment itself , it was so quirky & in a lovely tasteful old style. I would definitely recommend to others. We couldn't complain about anything, everything was just perfect.
• Yoon (8/5): It was a pleasant stay over all. - The owner was away from the city but easy to be contacted via phone to resolve issues. This apartment was old but spacey and clean enough. The location was great for us. We wished to have a microwave oven instead of the regular oven. The coffee maker was not working and the frying pan needs to be changed as it's too old. The lady who met us at the apartment could not speak English so could not walk through how to use all the things including the washer. We wished that she had the language translation App on her cell phone.
