• Michelle (8/5): Great stay in a very convenient Venice location. - This was an amazing location with SO much space. The views were amazing and the host was responsive to the one issue we had (a light not working in one room). We'd definitely recommend this space. It was hard to find the location. We were dropped off in the square, so that helped. But we couldn't find the address until the host representative met us. We did have to wait about half an hour to meet the rep. Apparently the square is also quite popluar on Saturday nights, so it was really loud and crowded then (and not great to try to shepherd kids through the party that was going on).

• Matthew (9/5): Million-dollar views of the Grand Canal in a huge, classic apartment - The views were absolutely magnificent—we could see towards the Rialto Bridge and all the way up the Grand Canal in the other direction. We spent hours just looking out the windows. The apartment is huge, clean, and beautiful in a classic Venetian style. Despite being centrally located with a campo (plaza) below, it was super quiet inside thanks to good double glazing. The heating in the bedrooms was excellent (Jan 2026). The host met us at the apartment and was very friendly. Note on access: It is a 20-25 minute walk (across 7 bridges) from the train station, or a much easier walk (2 bridges) from the Ca' d'Oro vaporetto stop. We'd definitely stay here again. For such a palatial apartment, a coffee machine and toaster were missing and would be simple additions, and surprisingly there was no washing machine, even though there is plenty of space for one. The WIFI was woefully slow (as others have noted) our slowest in 7 apartments all over Europe. Occasionally there were people hanging out on the building stairs around the small piazza in the evening, but it never felt dangerous and the hosts of course can't control this.

• Harbe (7/5): - Sehr gute Lage, super Aussicht, große Wohnung, sehr gute Betten mit guter Matratze Laute Bauarbeiten ab 7 Uhr, keine Kaffekapselmaschine, keine Microwelle, Geschirr und Küche schmutzig, gefrierfach mit alten Eiswürfeln, verdrecktes Backtohr, , leider laute Umgebung daher schlafen bei offener Fenster nicht möglich

• Andrew (10/5): Perfect location. Expensive, but worth it. - Location is unbeatable in Venice. Interior styling matched the Venetian location. Huge apartment with kitchen, could easily sleep 6 people (3 couples). Nothing, pretty much perfect. A washing machine (for clothes) would be handy.

• Ramos (10/5): This home is the perfect choice to enjoy a dream Venice stay. - Amazing location and beautiful, large home. Windows need to be open for airflow, but mosquitoes are prevalent.
• Jacinta (9/5): Wonderful old world style Venice grand apartment gave us the experience we were hoping for. - Excellent location so close to everything and the view of the Grand Canal and Rialto Bridge was breathtaking. It had a grand old world style and was incredibly spacious for a group of four. I was a little surprised that the piazza the property was on was such a popular aperitivo spot for young people who gathered there until late in the evening.

• Nathaniel (10/5): Perfect for our needs and budget. Stunning, and much better value than a hotel. - Everything! Our own private palazzo! Perfect location yet very quiet. Beautiful decor and furniture. Main bed very firm but appreciate that is personal preference.

Owner responded very quickly to a couple of queries we had and was very helpful regarding organising transport etc. No complaints . We really enjoyed our stay and can't wait to return!

Huge, comfortable, clean apartment, well organized check-in and we even got a late checkout thanks to the very friendly and helpful Valeria. Beds are a bit on the hard side and the neighbours upstairs can be a bit noisy at night.

The landlord is clearly eager to make sure guests are comfortable and have what they need. I think they are updating the furniture (beds) soon, too. Overall a great place to stay. Small things like better quality towels and sheets would be nice but these are small issues.

No dishwasher detergent to clean dishes. No iron or ironing board to iron clothes. Kitchen was not clean
