Az apartman tiszta felszerelt (mosás főzés is lehetséges). Az apartman meglepően tágas. A központi elhelyezkedéshez képest csendes jól lehet pihenni. Minden látványosság gyorsan gyalog megközelíthető. Ár értek aranya emiatt is nagyon jó. Ajánlom mindenkinek. A kilátás rendkívül szuper. Semmi.

• Dorcas (9/5): Perfect location and host - There are beautiful views of the Ponte Vecchio. The location is perfect for quick access to museums and restaurants. We appreciated having a living room separate from the loft bed. It is a great place to stay but you need to know there are a few flights of stairs.

• Josh (9/5): - Location and view were exceptional. When I say exceptional- we were within a short walk to everything. The apartment is situated between two bridges on the Arno River. As the sun sets, people gather on the bridge closest to the apartment for pictures. But there was one guy who, every night at sunset, would play the most beautiful guitar. Something about how the sound carried over the water made this one of the highlights of the trip. Our host Matteo is absolute top shelf, especially is you have a million questions. He graciously answered all text messages and was very helpful. We are a family of three and were extremely comfortable. This is the kind of space you want to come home to after walking all day. Plenty of room for everyone. And gents- bring powder for the summer months. Stairs were a workout with luggage in tow. DIRECTIONS ON APPLE MAPS IS INCORRECT!!! You have to go to the end closest to the other bridge. Picture attached.

• Rccd1 (9/5): Superb - Great location across the street from the Arno River with amazing views of Ponte Vecchio. Apartment is in walking distance from the train station, to all major sites, shopping, and food on both side of the river. It is clean, comfortable, and has all the essentials needed/expected for our stay (matched what was listed on the site) and was quiet with the windows closed. A sliding door can turn the living room sofa bed into a private space. The host, Matteo, is extremely friendly, helpful, and kept in touch throughout our stay. When an appliance broke (at no fault of the host or the apartment), he was prompt to personally inspect it, try to resolve, request an urgent service call, and go above and beyond to remedy the situation. Many riposos were spent in front of the open windows! We would stay here again, even with all the stairs!

• Mark (10/5): PINI is a jewell of an apartment with stunning views of the Ponte Vecchio - We ideally wanted a place, with space to move, at the core of old Florence. PINI turned out to be the perfect spot. The apartment is right on the River Arno about 200m from the Ponte Vecchio. Views from the windows of our 4th floor were stunning at sunrise and sunset. We were met by our host young Matteo, who gave us a hand with our bags up the four flights of stairs. He then briefed us on various local ice cream parlors, restaurants, and attractions, while showing us around the apartment's facilities. Even after a long day of travel Matteo's happy enthusiasm gave us the energy boost we needed. Bella Italia! The PINI apartment is owned by a London-Resident psychiatrist. The walls are lined with books on various medical treatises (mostly in Italian) and an eclectic range of artworks. There is plenty of room for two people, with a living room, kitchen, and bathroom, with all the facilities. We will be back Matteo! An elevator (lift) would have been great...But the room would have had to be smaller and more expensive if there was a lift... so no complaints from us.

It's very close to all the main attractions and lots of restaurants. Our host gave lots of recommendations and was very helpful with everything :) We would definitely stay again if we are lucky enough to visit Florence again one day. Nothing, everything was good
• Sebastian (10/5): Perfect apartment for a couple or small family visiting the Florence - The location is as good as it gets and the apartment was comfy, cosy and safe. The host Matteo was very nice and provided many helpful suggestions for places to eat, things to do & logistical advice (car rental, where to park, how to get to the airport, etc).

• Corinna (10/5): Extraordinary - This apartment is absolutely worth going, it is like a privat apartment, very personal with many books, a writing desk a tv, a washing Maschine , a full equipped kitchen.... etc. There is an upper room with a nice comfortable bed, aircondition and extra toilet wich was really great. Downstairs is a little bathroom with a shower. The sofa-bed is ok for a few nights , but it is a little uncomfortable for the back after some nights, so we placed the mattress on the ground. That was fine for us. All over the place you find great fans that kept a great Klima. We had towels, bedsheets and garbage bags. Here the people separate the garbage which I think is very great. Matteo received us with a tiny delay. He is so friendly and very helpful with any needs. The best of all is the the magic view from the window, specially at sunset the Ponte Vecchio is shown in such a beautiful romantic light. You can reach all the important sights walking. Also the supermarket is located very close by. Even if you are in the middle of the center of Firenze the apartment appears quite calm. Yes you here some music in the night from the bridges but it is really beautiful. You must know that this apartment is in a very very old building. There has never been space for an elevator so you should know that you have to walk up the stairs to the third floor. We loved these old stairs but it needs some condition. Just imagine hundreds of years ago everybody walked up there. We loved this place so much that we extended our stay for three more nights. We can highly recommend it. Thank you for this wonderful stay. Maybe a little bit the sofabed. But all was great
• Xian (10/5): I will come back again! - Everything is comfortable and made us feel well. Just like your sweet home! A wonderful sofa-bed makes another bedroom in the living room. There is a river view by the three beautiful windows. More power outlets needed!
• Maria (9/5): Great location with wonderful views - Excellent location, right next to Ponte Vecchio, just a short walking distance to most of Florence's highlights as well as to the main train station. Although located in a tourist area, it is in a very quiet area with large windows overlooking the river. There is no lift to the apartment, but it didn't bother us that much since we only climbed it once a day on our return to the apartment.

The house is comfortable and i really love it because when you open the window you can see old bridge in your left side. I wake up in early morning will open the window to have a fresh start. Family like the sofa bed it is next to the window so you just open it then you can have breeze wind blow to the living room. We all love to take a nap in the living room. Since it is next to old bridge you can take as much photo as you like. N/A

• Zachary (10/5): Exceptional - Fantastic location in the heart of Florence overlooking the Arno River with a great view of the Ponte Vecchio. The Uffizi is a 5 minute walk, and all the sights are close by. There are many great trattoria and restaurants within a short walk. The host, Matteo, is very friendly and helpful. Renting an entire spacious apartment for my wife and myself was a great experience. No complaints about anything.

There were ample toiletries for use. Unable to leave bags ahead of check in. Stairs do not have rails so would not be safe for those traveling with toddlers. The sofa bed mattress was a bit thin.

Nestled in the heart of historic part of the city, this apartment not only boasted an ideal location, making access to all the monuments and points of interest in Florence incredibly easy, but it also offered us a breathtaking view of the Ponte Vecchio, the Ponte Santa Trinita, and the Arno, adding a magical touch to our mornings and evenings. What made our experience even more special was the warm ambiance and aesthetics of the apartment, making it immediately feel like a home away from home. Matteo, our host, played a key role in this positive experience. With his warm welcome and valuable advice, he made us feel not only welcomed but also well-oriented towards the city's best spots. I recommend this apartment and Matteo without hesitation to anyone looking for a place to stay in Florence. You will not be disappointed!
• Rosi (10/5): Place to feel and smell Firenze - An authentic and charming apartment, where you can feel the spirit of Florence. Me and my family feel at home, and through the window you can hear the music from the street musician on the bridge over the Arno! This is place for connoisseurs of authentic things. The communication with Matteo was perfect! It is not for people who like new modern apartments :)

• Rafael (8/5): A treasure in the heart of Florence!!! - PINI apartment is a treasure in the heart of Florence!!! By staying there you will wake-up with an astonishing view of Florence, in front of the Arno river, and between Ponte Vecchio and Ponte Santa Trinitá, near from all important touristic atractions of the City, so the location is trully amazing!! Finally, Matteo is a great and friendly host and this cozy apartment is located in a very antique and typical building, so you'll feel like being a florentine!! Go and enjoy, I totally recommend this place!!! Just two details: be aware that the apartment is located on the 3rd floor, so, I recommend not bringing heavy luggage, preferably you should be with backpacks! For the same reason, if you or your partner/friend/family has disabilities or physical limitations, that would be an issue for accessing this place! Also, note that there are two bathrooms, but only one shower, so if you are accompanied by more than one person, you and your group will have to manage the access to the shower.

• Anonymous (10/5): Perfect - The location was perfect, the building was charming. By opening the windows, you could hear live music most evenings. The area is very spacious and the WiFi was excellent- more than sufficient for busy work-from-home schedules (video calls, etc.). Matteo was so easy to work with and his recommendations were so helpful (check out trattoria Armando!). 10/10, this may be my favorite place I’ve ever stayed.

The spacious apartment has an amazing front row view of the Arno river and is full of unique items which add to it’s appeal. There are a lot of seps to the 3rd floor apartment and no elevator. You need to be fit to get up with suitcases.

• Anne (10/5): Exceptional - Living in Florence, I spent much time looking for autonomous flats to accommodate my foreign students for a five-days study trip. Besides being fully-equipped, the place is incredibly central, quiet, suggestive, and authentic – a match which is often impossible to get in Florence for a decent price. Moreover, Matteo was a very available and experienced host, as well as extremely flexible in terms of check-out timings. As a local, I would definitely recommend the flat to any person looking for a homie, outstanding place to stay. And would certainly repeat the experience there, should I organize a trip again. Just in the corner of city centre. Walking distance to uffizi ans acadymia gallery.. Use stairs for getting in (already mentioned) Sofa bed wasn't that comfortable but its okay..

• Catharine (8/5): Spacious apartment with gorgeous view and location - This apartment was even better than the photos - spacious, relaxing, and with a gorgeous view over the river and convenient location. We also appreciated that our host Matteo helped us organize a taxi to the airport at the end of our stay. We found the upstairs mattress very uncomfortable. Our daughter got several bug bites in her crib at night, so we would recommend keeping the windows closed in the evenings.
• Sage (9/5): Views of the Arno & bridges - Beautiful spacious apartment with amazing views of the Arno and bridges! The apartment was much bigger than we expected and beautifully decorated. Matteo was very welcoming and helpful. Maps, guide books and a directory of suggested restaurants was provided. The upstairs bed was uncomfortable because it is just a mattress on springs so has no support. After the 1st night we moved to the fold-out sofa bed downstairs and were much more comfortable. Disappointing because the upstairs is such a cute, homey area and has a separate half bath.
