• Igor (9/5): A perfect place to stay in Venice - A spacious and comfortable apartment. It is located a bit outside of major tourist routes, so is more quiet than if it would be in the very center. Yet it was just a brief walk to anywhere you would like to go. Also, the apartment is close to the boat stations which connects to the airport and to other islands. Hosts gave us several recommendations of places to eat which were great. Overall, really recommend it! It was rather noisy when people were passing by in the night. Probably it is due to narrow streets amplifying the noise. But still could hear what people on the street were talking about even though the windows were closed.

• Svitlana (10/5): - Атмосферні, чисті, затишні апартаменти, знаходяться в тихому, непрохідному провулку, що дуже добре! Неподалік зупинки вапперетто, якщо з вокзалу, то номер 5.2 на людину 9,5 € (обов'язково провалідувати), що зручно...з валізами недалеко йти. Неподалік є супермаркет і до площі Сан Марко пішки приємно прогулятися гарними вуличками! В апартаментах є одне двуспальне ліжко, одне односпальне і розкладний диван, як двоспальне ліжко. Кухня обладнана всім необхідним. Апартаменти знаходяться на другому поверсі, є ще на першому в яких є вихід у внутрішній дворик, заселення автономне, все зрозуміло. Отже я рекомендую відвідати данні апартаменти.
• Marina (10/5): - Fantastic apartment — spacious, with a magnificent interior, and very clean. It’s only a 10-minute walk to the main square, and about 10 minutes on foot to the waterbus stop for Burano and Murano as well. Communication with the host was excellent. When we couldn’t find the apartment, she immediately came out to meet us and guided us there. I would rate it 15 out of 10.

• Polina (9/5): We had a very pleasant stay and would happily recommend this apartment! - Clean and comfortable apartment with all the necessary amenities. The apartment was very spacious, which made the stay especially comfortable. It is also very well located, not far from the city centre, making it easy to get around the city. The kitchen furniture was a bit old, but it didn’t affect our stay. The only downside of visiting in February was that the floor was quite cold.

• Claire (10/5): Wonderful, highly recommended - The location is excellent, only 5 minutes walk from the Ospedale vaporetto stop and 8-9 minutes walk to St Mark’s Square. There is a small Spar supermarket which sells food and an array of drinks just 2 minutes away and a pharmacy 3-4 minutes away. There is also a takeaway pizza place and a kebab shop 2 minutes away and a few bars/restaurants on the same street and along the walk to the square. The apartment has a well equipped kitchen, toaster, microwave, hob, kettle, iron, dishwasher and there are dishwasher tablets, tea towels and things to wash up with. Tea, coffee and sugar is also provided. There is a tv in the living room with Italian tv but also Netflix and other apps. The apartment is extremely clean, comfortable and cosy, not the biggest apartment I’ve been in but it’s got ample storage for your clothes and we found the beds comfortable. We were sent the access code to the front door before we arrived and it wasn’t a problem to get in, you just have to push the door very hard to open it! Marine, who is the lady who deals with the apartments, is there every day and is always available through WhatsApp if you need help with anything at any time. She’s absolutely lovely and goes out of her way to make sure that everything is ok for her guests. I can’t speak highly enough of her. In summary, I would highly recommend these apartments to anyone and if I go back to Venice I will definitely stay there and many many thanks to Marine for making our stay so wonderful.🙂 Nothing

• XIA PING (5/5): - Nearby Ospedale port. There are tenants who brought pets into the premises and what indicated in the site mentioned that no pets are allowed. Moreover, the exact location can only be given on the spot once asked. There are too many stairs and we have no choice but to carry all our luggages to the room, and no luggages can be left in the common areas. We booked 5 apartments but one apartment had no washing machine, and yes, they indicated the washing machine.

É una zona tranquilla con ristoranti e un supermercato nelle vicinanze Il letto matrimoniale formato da due reti singole e due materassi a molla che hanno visto tempi migliori... Davvero scomodo, ha condizionato la qualità del sonno di entrambi e ha reso negativo il nostro soggiorno. Peccato perché il resto dell'appartamento è funzionale e confortevole.

Además la chica que me atendió fue súper amable. Todo estaba bien, pero si eres una persona que no puede dormir con luz, este no es tu lugar. No hay puertas (excepto en el baño) y eso hace que entre bastante luz porque no hay persianas

• Daniel (8/5): Muy agradable y buena opcion en familia - El apartamento es muy acojedor, muy cerca de la llegada en vaporetto a stop hospedale. Tiene todo lo necesario para unos dias de visita. Tienen servicio para dejar el equipaje despues del checkout, y en general todo muy bien. En una de las ventanas de la habitacion falta un porticon, por lo que entra luz en cuanto amanece. Cuando te duchas, la zona del WC queda mojada por lo que tubimos que poner una toalla para no ensuciar. Convendria o poner una mampara, o dejar una mopa para retirar el agua tras la ducha. La cocina no tiene extractor, y encontramos a faltar unas tijeras. Cuidado con el pago de la tasa de pernocta, se calcula automaticamente para 4 personas adultas, y tubimos que pedir que la rectificaran porque nuestros hijos no pagan por ser menores de 10 años.

Grazie a Marine per la sua gentilezza all'arrivo, ci ha spiegato tante cose utili per il soggiorno. Torneremo presto, per noi la ricorrenza sono state le nozze d'argento in compagnia dei nostri amati figli e nel 2000 eravamo venuti per il viaggio di nozze....

Absence de volets ou rideaux occultants et donc absence d'obscurité, très gênant pour ma part. Manque de lumière dans la cuisine, l'éclairage ne fonctionne pas au dessus du plan de travail. 1 plaque de cuisson dangereuse qu'il faut absolument débrancher immédiatement.

• Yuliia (10/5): - The apartment isn't large, but it's comfortable. It's a 30-minute walk to the train station and 20 minutes from the bridge. It has everything you need for a comfortable vacation. The heating worked well, and there's air conditioning and mosquito repellent. We were greeted and kept in touch throughout our stay in Venice. I especially fell in love with the courtyard.
• Viviane (9/5): Apartamento confortável num bairro lindo - Nosso apartamento era como anunciado, nos supreendeu a cozinha que estava excepcionalmente limpa e organizada. Havia nela geladeira, fogão, microondas e utensílios. O banheiro era ok, estava limpo e funcional, apenas um pouco apertado, o chuveiro aquecia bem. O quarto era bastante amplo com duas janelas e uma vista agradável e um sofá. De noite era muito silencioso. A localização apesar de ser longe da estação de trem e dos principais pontos turísticos é ainda assim excelente, porque o bairro é bonito e residencial, foi possível observar um pouco da vida cotidiana dos venezianos e andar por ruas e vielas longe das hordas de turístas. O check-in foi super simples e mantivemos contato com os anfitriões pelo whatsapp quando precisamos tirar algumas dúvidas. O box do banheiro era bem apertadinho. Apesar de ter uma mokinha na cozinha sentimos falta de uma máquina de café.
• Rosalía (9/5): Comfortable place. - Posibilidad de hacer check in online previo al ingreso. Enviaron código de acceso a la propiedad de manera adelantada, que facilitó el procedimiento. Luego Marine fue muy cordial al recibirnos. Se agradece el café, azúcar, condimentos y productos de limpieza de cortesía. Espacio cómodo, solamente 3 escalones para descender a la propiedad. Supermercado cerca, entre la parada del vaporetto y el hospedaje. Excelente presión de agua en la ducha. Aunque tiene acceso cercano a la estación Ospedale de vaporetto, no se encuentra operativa en todos los horarios, por lo que si salís temprano con las valijas, debés buscar otra parada y atravesar bastantes escaleras. Lo mismo de noche. En esa parte de Venecia no han adaptado las escaleras para que se puedan pasar más fácilmente con carritos. Mejoraría la iluminación en la parte de la cocina. Lo solucionamos trasladando el velador de la habitación.

• Jan (9/5): Sehr gut organisierte Unterkunft in guter Lage. - Per whatsapp hat der Vermieter immer sofort geantwortet. Alles war so ganz einfach zu regeln. Von der Ankunft im Flughafen bis zur Kofferaufbewahrung bei spätem Abflug. Total unkompliziert. Die ruhige Terrasse auf der Rückseite war gut gestaltet und ruhig. Die Räume waren sehr sauber. Es war gut ausgestattet und hatte top W-Lan. Kleiner Fernseher etwas schräg oberhalb des Bettes, nur zur Nutzung von Amazon prime. Man kann sich auch in sein netflix-Konto einbuchen. Die Anbindung der Unterkunft ist gut. 10 Min. zu Fuß zum Markusplatz. 4 Minuten zu einem Supermarkt. 5 Minuten zur Anlegestelle Ospedale, von wo man schnell an den Flughafen kommt und nach Murano. Das Viertel ist am Rand eines relativ ruhigen Viertels, in dem es alles gibt was man braucht. Die Wohnung liegt 20m in einer Seitengasse. Es ist nachts total ruhig. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Das Doppelbett hat eine weiche und eine harte Matratze, das ist schlecht wenn beide auf gewohnt sind, hart zu liegen. Die Wohnungsdecke ist leider sehr dünn, so dass man jedes Stuhl-Schieben in der Küche obendrüber tösend hört, aber das passiert ja zum Glück nicht laufend. Es war leider keine richtige Kaffeemaschine da, dafür ein Teekessel und ein Mockakocher. Ging auch mit löslichem Kaffee.
