• Hermannob (10/5): Perfect stay in Florence! - Our stay was excellent from start to finish. Romano was very kind and welcoming, even receiving us late and taking the time to explain everything clearly during check-in. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Everything worked perfectly and we had a very smooth and pleasant experience throughout our stay. The location was also great, making it easy to explore Florence. We would definitely recommend this place and would happily stay here again. Thank you again for your kindness and hospitality! Nothing to complain about — if anything, we just wish we could have stayed longer!

• Elenapraha (8/5): Very good - The apartment is near the railway station with walking distance to the centre. The apartment discription and photos are accurate and bringing the full picture. The owner is very friendly and give you a lot of usefull tips. The apartment is in the old building with all problems of the old building ( cleanness , smell, surrounding, stairs....) . If you prefer the modern type of apartments this place is no for you...
• John (9/5): I'd stay there again - It was a bit farther away from the museums than I thought, but conveniently close to the train station, which makes arrival and departure very simple and convenient. I did a couple of side trips from there by train and it was quite easy. Key pickup was complicated only due to an issue the owner had with his car. I ended up having to wait in the restaurant next door, which worked out because they have a excellent fixed priced lunch menu. At one point the boiler for hot water failed, and it was replaced within a few hours while I was out in town.
• Rachel (8/5): Nice apartment near train station and close to Florence. - The apartment was in a great location - very close to the train station and walking distance to all the major sites. It was great to have a kitchen and the kitchen was well equipped. It is a decent sized studio apartment and nice to have a table and chairs. Also really loved having a washing machine. There is no lift and two flights of stairs to climb which is hard with luggage. Also the apartment was not serviced so our towels didn’t get changed.
• Diana (8/5): Good stay, with all equipment needed - I liked that it had coffee maker, towels for all, bed was comfy and it also had a washer, the bathroom looks really clean and has everything you need to stay even for 5 days or more They charge you if you check in after 8 pm because there is no self check in and also the area is not suuper safe at night so be aware of your belongings and you.

• Sonya (9/5): Very good place to stay and in a central location. - This was the most lovely small apartment. The perfect place for 2 people with all the room and facilities you would need. This would be perfect for a short stay or a longer stay. Our host Romano was very kind and helpful
• Sarah (8/5): Clean apartment in a sketchy neighborhood - It was clean, had a washing machine and was walkable to the sights of Firenze. The neighborhood was a bit scary and the entry was off-putting.
