The room configuration depends on the number of guests booked:
1–2 guests → 1 bedroom with a double bed (1 bedroom + 1 bathroom + kitchen and living room)
3–4 guests → 2 bedrooms with double beds (kitchen and living room)
5–6 guests → 3 bedrooms with double beds (kitchen and living room)
7–8 guests → 3 bedrooms plus a sofa bed
Changes to the standard room setup are available upon request and subject to an additional charge of €10 per night (for 1 extra bed) or €20 per night (for 2 extra beds).
Extra bed linen: €10 per person (to be agreed in advance or at check‑in).This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

- Nicola (9/5): - Pulizia, gentilezza e disponibilità dello staff. L’appartamento è situato a Fuorigrotta, ad un minuto a piedi dalla fermata della metro. Posizione molto comoda per raggiungere lo stadio o la mostra d’Oltremare.
- Rachel (10/5): Comfortable, extremely well equipped, very clean and spacious and perfect for our needs. - It was very clean. It was quirky which we loved. Objects made from recycling were amazing and worked so well. Comfy beds, airy rooms. Very well equipped. Fantastic greeting and information sharing which was so helpful. Very well stocked with snacks and breakfast foods and Maria provided a very tasty cake for us. Perfectly situated for our need - running the Naples Half Marathon. Excellent communication throughout our stay. There wasn’t anything we didn’t like.

In casa c'è tutto l'occorrente per fare colazione. La metro vicinissima. Veramente tutto ok, ci siamo trovati benissimo! Un po' troppe scale da fare dopo le lunghe passeggiate a Napoli! All'arrivo il personale è disponibile ad aiutare con i bagagli.

- Lecia (8/5): Clean place but ridiculous to make guest take out trash. - Plenty of space, everything is updated nicely The fact they require you take out trash or you have to pay them is ridiculous. Too many rules. Made it way more complicated to be a guest there than it should be. Registration process way too time intensive signing contracts is a joke. I’ve stayed at 1000s of places and never seen this.
- Pak (6/5): Pleasant - - Secured and self parking area - Nice staff - The room was not as new as it shown in the picture, it was a bit old - The room is on the 4/F floor and the building is without any lift, so you had to carry all your luggages for 4 floors - One of the bathrooms, when you flush the toilet, toilet water would splash above your head if you pressed button too fast - the shower room is too small (water was hot enough though) - the metro line nearby operated till around lunch hour, so I had to take taxi back from Napoli city

- Nicoleta (7/5): The place is near the metro stop, so that makes it very convenient if you want to go into old town. - The location was great. The host gave us some good recommendations, where to go and they were great. She was very responsive to any inquiries. I felt a little bit overwhelmed by how much we needed to communicate regarding the exact time when we needed to arrive to the destination. We were driving from a different city in Italy and we gave a time range, but an exact time was needed. So, that was a bit stressful as clients need to have flexibility to arrive whenever they want after the check in time. Also, the property didn't list anywhere that the building doesn't have an elevator and you'd need to climb three (which is actually four) flights of stairs. It was a lot especially when you carry a lot of suitcases and you need to go up and down a few times a day. The house was in good shape, big, but it didn't have the best amenities.
- Bhavin (10/5): Lovely apartment and wonderful hosts! - The location was easy to get to, there was parking for one car, there were two great restaurants within 50-75 meters of the apartment, and the hosts were amazing! They were super responsive before, during, and after the stay. We would recommend this place to everyone we know. We had a group of eight (four adults and four kids) so all the rooms were booked and there was no living room to hang out in. The shower stall was tiny but I'm 6'1" and 220 pounds so this is not their fault. :-)

- Gökhan (10/5): Exceptional - Perfect place to stay. Attilio gave all information we needed. The decoration of the apartment was amazing. Easy and safe parking. Close to the restaurants, bars and grocery stores. 3-4 minutes walking distance to the public transport.
- Salaheddin (9/5): apartment is clean and we had all what we need. host was very helpful - apartment is big and clean. the host was awesome. she gave us about an hour guide to where to go and what to do. Napoli city was not tourist friendly.

- Nitzi (10/5): Amazing hospitality, highly recommended! - Perfect! Super friendly owner, fast responsive and amazing welome to Naples. High attention to small details, very clean and well equipped. 200 meters from L2 metro station, few stops to down town and walking distance to the stadium. Highly recommend! The only downside is 04th floor with no elevator, but yet - most recommended.
