• Andreea (3/5): Nice place but heating was not working - The apartament was very clean and tidy with a nice design. The owner was helpful and was answering quite quickly if we had any questions. Has provided us a short guide on how we can acces the apartament ,because it is needed to use some codes. The place is 10 minutes away from Udine metro station and another 10 minutes away from Lambrate railway station. The location where it is placed this apartament ,it is nice , but to reach it you need to take the subway, and that zone Lambrate is quite strange and it doesn't feel very safe. Check on maps and google the good areas from Milano. We arrived at 13:00 and the owner let us checking earlier. The heating in the building was not working and during the night it was cold. The apartament was equipped with an AC unit and a small electric heater. We left The AC on set to 30 degrees when we left in the morning to visit Milano and when we came back in the evening the temperature in the apartament was 18.5°C. We spoke with Booking and they agreed to refund us and we moved to another place. Because of this issue, I reviewed with 3 stars. Otherwise ,it will be a 9. Until the heating is fixed avoid this.
• Nikhil (5/5): Passable - There was a small kitchen with utensils to cook, though we didn't use them. There were basic neccesities like a good bed and heating. We were unable to get heating on the first day and the bed creaked so much that I ended up sleeping down on the floor. Overall a very poor experience. The bus frequency is terrible and thus I would book something better closer to the station next time.

• Aljosa (10/5): amazing, definitely coming back again - perfect stay for a couple, just enough space and you have all the facilities you need. parking is available near for free and the metro is a 10 minute walk away. perfect really can't ask for much more
• Alex (8/5): Very good - Well located to Lambrate Station. Clean, comfortable and affordable. Well equipped apartment. There is not a lot going on in the area….. No fault of the apartment. Air conditioning can be very noisy at times. Also quite a lot of traffic noise when trying to sleep at night.
• Kim (8/5): Comfortable stay, in a quiet location - This apartment is compact but comfortable. The owner was very helpful and clear in all her communication and went the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed.

• Martyna (10/5): Great property for an amazing price, can definitely recommend and most likely go back. - The apartment is very cozy, clean and a huge plus is having your own kitchen space. The bathroom was fully equipped and we were really satisfied with our reservation. The apartment is in a gated area/ community and that gave us peace during our stay. it’s honestly hard to find negatives about this property. one thing that bugged me was not enough natural light in the kitchen / dining area. it was a bit dark but there are lights so that makes up for it.
