• Daniel (8/5): Bien situé, assez rustique, il faut savoir ce que l'on veut. - Emplacement idéal. A 150m (?) de la Piazza Navona, tout près du château St Ange, du Vatican, à 10 minutes de la fontaine de Trevi et du Panthéon, etc etc... . C'est vraiment idéal d'être près de tout dans le centre touristique, y compris les restaurants. Tout peut se faire à pied. Tout est accessible facilement et rapidement. Quartier plutôt calme et agréable juste en dessous du Tibre. Présence de la kitchenette avec frigo, machine à café, vaisselle. Il y a chauffage et climatisation portables, suivant la période où vous y allez. Wi Fi fonctionnant très bien. Propre et bonne literie. Studio au 1er étage: Les couloirs et escaliers sont très bruyants, la porte d'entrée aussi. Les autres occupants de l'immeuble font beaucoup de bruit même s'ils ne s'en rendent pas compte. Peu de lumière naturelle (2 fenêtres sombres), trop peu d'apports en lumière artificielle (1 ampoule du lustre était défectueuse) Pour les plus corpulents, douche de 70x70cm... Pas facile... Mais il y a un bidet 😁!! Le studio est propre et bien tenu, mais il faut prendre en compte que c'est un bâtiment assez ancien. Ce n'est donc pas du luxe dernier cri. Pas de tapis. Pas de tablettes de tables de nuit, pas de lampe de lecture pour le lit. Pas de TV (pour les amateurs)

• Luca (6/5): L’apparenza inganna - La posizione strategica, letto comodo Acqua calda insufficiente (non regge una doccia completa per una persona), seduta del wc non fissata/rotta, presenza di tasselli pericolosi sulle mattonelle della doccia. Riscaldamento assente, fatta eccezione per una stufetta: accendendo la stufetta e un altro elettrodomestico salta la corrente. L’appartamento viene venduto come da quattro persone, ma con tutte queste limitazioni è adatto a mala pena per una. Infissi molto vecchi, si sentono tutti i rumori della strada.

• Alessandro (7/5): Struttura centrale per brevi soggiorni a Roma - Posizione centralissima, comoda per visitare varie zone di Roma a piedi o con i vari mezzi a dispozione. Struttura pulita, presenta ciò che è essenziale ad una breve permanenza in città (cucina con alcuni utensili annessi, bagno con bagno doccia, phon ecc). Appartamento non molto grande e probabilmente inadatto a soggiorni più lunghi di tre giorni, poiché a causa delle dimensioni ridotte mancano inevitabilmente alcune comodità (TV, comodini, un armadio un po' più grande). La mancanza di un servizio di deposito bagagli, per molti viaggiatori potrebbe essere una comodità non indifferente da offrire loro. Zona a volte leggermente rumorosa, ma essendo molto centrale è inevitabile (trovandosi in un vicoletto risulta comunque molto più confortevole di altre zone).

• Lenka (6/5): Lokalita byla naprosto vyjímečná, vše jsme měly blízko. Pokoj byl hezký, nicméně bych vyzdvihla dvě věci, které nás nemi - Možnost udělat si ranní kávu. Skvělá lokalita. Zima, chlad, který šel přes rouru ve zdi.

• laera (4/5): - La posizione è ottima La camera è molto meno grande e sopratutto meno accogliente rispetto alle immagini presenti sul sito. Il bagno è scomodo, la doccia troppo piccola e non c'è nemmeno una mensola per appoggiare i prodotti, né nella doccia né sul lavandino. In alcuni cassetti c'erano dei saponi e un deodorante (di quelli roll on) usati! Per ragioni igieniche, quindi, sarebbe stato meglio toglierli. Nello sgabuzzino adibito a cucina c'era una sola cialda per il caffè e nemmeno un bollitore per riscaldare l'acqua. Avrei dovuto utilizzare l'unica pentola esistente. Non mancava, invece, il tè e lo zucchero. Non c'è il riscaldamento ma solo una stufa elettrica. Infine, trovo assolutamente inappropriata la richiesta di lavare le stoviglie che si usano. Questo non solo per l'evidente motivo che l'alloggio lo sto pagando ma anche e soprattutto per ragioni igieniche. La struttura dovrebbe preoccuparsi di pagare una persona per la pulizia della stanza e di tutto quanto utilizzato dagli ospiti, non potendosi certo accontentare della pulizia fatta da chi è in vacanza e magari non ha cura di lavare le cose come si dovrebbe. Insomma di questo alloggio si salva solo la posizione!

• ASMAA (6/5): - Bon emplacement Le tarif élevé par rapport à la prestation proposée. La cabine de la douche très étroite il y a un chauffe-eau instantané, suffisant pour une douche. il faut attendre 15 min pour que l'autre personne se douche , dans la cuisine difficile de préparer des repas car manque d'ustensiles bouilloire four ou micro-ondes. le sommier bougeait bcp à chaque mouvement je craignais qu'il allait se casser

O quarto era espaçoso com uma boa cama, e tudo estava bem limpo Não tem lugar para deixar as malas caso precise. O anfitrião demorou a enviar as informações para acessar a acomodação, meu check in era as 15h e eu só fui receber após esse horário porque tive que cobrar

The street where the house was located was very noisy because of the location, if you are a light sleeper there is no chance to sleep during the high season. The bed was small for 2 people and we had to use the sofa but there was no additional sheet and blankets maybe it's because we did not ask in advance. Overall I recommend this place if you stay as 2 adults max.

• Homayooni (7/5): Good - The location of the house was great — we could reach most of the main attractions within a 10–15 minute walk. It was also clean. The bathroom really needs a full renovation. The shower was oddly small and super hard to use! Even with the door closed, water leaked out and made the whole bathroom floor wet and messy. Also, the toilet flush was placed way too high, and since it didn’t have a proper cover, water splashed out when flushing!
• Imke (10/5): Basic, but comfortable cute stay, very centrally located - The location was really good, less thank half an hour walk from the Vatican and 30 minutes from the colliseum, with all other major sites nearer still. There were lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The room was small, but comfortable. We were worried about the shower, due to napegative reviews, but it didn’t cause us any trouble at all. There were bits available to make our stay more comfortable, such as toiletries and essentials for in the kitchen, such as coffee and tea. We thought the compact kitchen was really cute, but it would have been useful to have more pans available, especially as there was no kettle to make tea with and the only pan available was rather big. There was a scrubber for the dishes, but this was well used- it would have been nice to have a relative fresh one available upon arrival. Some of the dishes weren’t well cleaned. I assume it depends on how well previous visitors clean it.

With a small kid and a baby, everything is on walking distance and also great neighborhood. Really small shower cabin. Worked for us, but if you are not fit, it could be tricky :)

• Marketa (10/5): Exceptional - The studio was in a lovely area, perfect for exploring all sights, and close to loads of great restaurants. The apartment was cosy and quiet. The sofa was a great addition, offering a space to chill after a day of exploring. The host was really responsive and helpful. The AC was a bit loud, and the shower was small, but I think considering the historical building, this is more than understandable.

• Stefania (3/5): F Just like a pilgrim in the middle ages.....! - The location The Door to the apartment did not close, unless you locked it with the key. We were 3 people, there were only 2 chairs, only 2 tea cups. There was no hot water. I was the first one to get up and managed to wet myself in the shower. Not wash. I had to heat up some water for my husband to shave. The street was very noisy, very early in the morning, they should put double pane glass on the windows! The price was way to much for what they offered! C'mon no hot water?!?!?!

• Konstantinos (7/5): Very good location in the center of Rome, would stay again. - Amazing location next to all major monuments in Rome, in the center of the city. The host was helpful and the bed was comfortable. It also has a water fountain right outside (called "nasoni" in Rome), for fresh clean water. The appartment was spacious enough, and the area is very quiet at night. The water heater for the shower is of very small capacity and could only be used for 5 minutes before needing a recharge. This was not particularly good for us since we had to shower very quickly and in a rush, in order to avoid cold water. The floor seemed a little dirty.

• Linda (10/5): As an Italian I can confirm that this is an authentic Italian home where you will feel comfortable and welcome - Everything. Place is around 15 minutes walk to Saint Peter square and feels just like home as there is extra blanket and pillows and towels and has everything you need to make food and rest. I had to find a second accommodation at the last minute because the apartment I booked & paid cancel late at night and I was delighted to find this gem.

No small pot or kettle. Very small shower. Host occused us for taking charger of router which was not in the apartment at all.

No shampoo or shower gel provided. Heating was poor and often it was very cold

• Maite (6/5): Good location but we couldn't take a shower - Had almost everything I needed but not a single shower. Localization is PERFECT. Its possible to use the kitchen and the washin machine, but not the shower. I mean there was no hot water. The water heater wasn't working properly. The owner was so rude sometimes when I needed some help with this . In the end I didn't ask for more help and didn't got hot water for the shower... The water heater wasn't working properly, the owner instructions was waiting 20 mins with the red light on. We waited 20 min, 40min and 2 hours, in those 3 times, the hot water was no longer than 3 minutes. After 3 minutes, got cold water. So in 2 days, we took no properly shower......

• Liza (2/5): Very poor - The location is prefect, apartment is quite big Everything else. The biggest disappointment was the shower. You can't really tell by the photo that the owner posted, but it was so small we could barely get inside, and I consider myself and my partner average size persons, so I can't imagine anyone that is a bit bigger than average getting inside the shower. Ridicules. I've booked many apartments / hotels before and had never faced this issue before. I don't know if the floor was dirty or just really, really old. Because it looked like it hasn't been cleaned in a while. The blankets didn't have any covers for them, and it felt uncomfortable sleeping with a blanket without a cover (hoping it was at least washed..)

You can see many places of interest by walking without using public transport we expected more towels in the room and things like shampoo and shower gel. A TV would be useful.
