Sarah (8/5): - Die Wohnung war super gelegen und ein idealer Ausgangspunkt, um Florenz zu erkunden. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants und Cafés waren bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war insgesamt vollkommen in Ordnung und wir hatten alles, was wir für unseren Aufenthalt gebraucht haben. Das Bett sehr bequem. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber hätte aus unserer Sicht allerdings besser sein können. Teilweise mussten wir Informationen selbst im Internet zusammensuchen und wurden auch nach Nachfrage nicht wirklich unterstützt - dabei handelte es sich um Dinge, die für jeden Gast mit Auto relevant sind. Außerdem war bei unserer Ankunft lediglich eine halbe Rolle Klopapier vorhanden, was für einen Aufenthalt von drei Tagen etwas knapp bemessen war. Bei der Suche nach dem WLAN-Passwort sind wir zudem auf ein Buch mit Gästedaten gestoßen, das offen zugänglich war. Das Büchlein könnte man ggf. an einem anderen Ort verstauen. Insgesamt hatten wir dennoch eine schöne Zeit in Florenz und die Lage der Unterkunft war definitiv ein großer Pluspunkt.

Judy (9/5): Superb - Unbeatable location, close to everything but removed from the frenzy. The flat had an old-world feel. Great attention to detail and comfort. Superb sheets. The stair climb came as a surprise but made good training for the rigours of seeing Florence.

Dawn (10/5): Rita was very helpful and responsive to all our communications. Her English was excellent so we had a lot of great recom - The location was so close to every museum we wanted to see. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the activity below. Apt is 2 levels so it gave us (mother and adult mother) some separate space. It was cozy comfortable and well supplied with necessities. I was aware it was 4 long flights up (thus the great view) with no lift. IF you have mobility issues (like my bad knee) take note however we are still glad we chose Rita’s apartment!
