- Mari-Helen (10/5): Utmärkt läge- mycket rent- fantastisk värd=underbart! - Läget-caféer, butiker, restauranger utanför dörren. Gångavstånd till massor av sevärdheter. Underbart!

- emma (10/5): We had a wonderful stay. Donatella was a great host and the apartment is located in the best part of Rome. It was clean, - The sofa bed is in a separate room so it feels like a 2 bedroom apartment. The shower is small. There was no space to hang clothes/towels outside.
- Krzystof (9/5): -
- Marko (8/5): Apartment was ideally located, allowing easy walking access all major attractions. - This apartment was absolutely perfect for a short stay in Rome, especially if your goal is to hit all the major tourist highlights (the piazzas, the Vatican, the Colosseum, the Pantheon, the Trevi Fountain, and more). We were able to walk to every listed location easily, meaning we had no need for public transportation whatsoever! All good
- Gil (7/5): - Good location A lot of dust and it had a smell of mold
- Jesseyln (7/5): -
- Raul (10/5): - La ubicación, excelente, cerca de todo. En general todo perfecto.
- JORDI (10/5): Perfecte per a poder visitar la ciutat - La ubicació Tot estava be
- Rachael (10/5): Fabulous place to stay for a 3 day Rome trip, located in walking distance of most attractions - Ideal location, great layout Nothing
- Marian (9/5): A great small apartment for 4 at the best location in Rome - Everything - A great small and quiet apartment for 4 at the best location in Rome - it is literally in the middle of everything you want to visit (Vatican, Campo de Fiori, Navona, Pantheon, Fontana de Trevi, Piazza Venezia, Fori impreriali and Colosseum all at your doorstep or walkable in 15-20 mins. The apt is on the first floor of an old building like all central roman apartments. A separate kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and another small room big enough for a collapsible sofa. All you need is there. Two well-functioning A/C units so we slept well even in the middle of August.. Very friendly and helpful hosts. Supermarket, cafes, pizza, gelato and bust stop all nearby. A great value for money. Would definitely stay again! Yes, you can't shower for ages if there are 4 of you as the boiler has its capacity, yes it's an inner courtyard apartment so it will always be a bit darker etc. but really who cares with that location!!! ;-)
- stefano (9/5): grande scelta ottima posizione - posizione fantastica
gestori molto gentili e disponibili

- Marthie (8/5): Very good - Had a lovely stay. Very central. Near wonderful restaurants. Donatella was very helpful. Highly recommended. None. Catered for all your needs.
- Peter (8/5): Apartment was cozy and clean and in a great location - Location Shower is really small. Water heater lasts 6 minutes at the most. Hard to navigate the a/c remote.
- Lubov (8/5): Very good -
- Nancy (10/5): Wonderful - Great location! Spacious apartment with all amenities. Great hosts - Riccardo met us downstairs and helped us up to the apartment and greeted us with a coffee. He even drove us to the airport while giving us a tour of some hidden gems. What an experience!
- David (7/5): Unit in a convenient area but desperately needs some deferred maintenance and new bed. - The bed was extremely uncomfortable and the shower head was broken, it leaked and the water temperature kept changing from hot to cold.
- Antony (7/5): Great location exploring Rome by walk - The location is great, you can explore Rome in every direction by just walking and you have plenty of bars an restaurants around in this touristic neighborhood. Donatella is a very responsive host. Much space in the flat. The bed was not really comfortable for us and not much sunlight in the flat.
- Brad (10/5): Location is walkable to most major sites and attractions. Restaurants galore, shopping, historic sites, we would highly - Location is excellent. Rey responsive host, we were made to feel at home from the first interaction. Nothing
- Denise (4/5): Host-Great! Location-The Best! Bed and smelly bathroom were the absolute WORST! - We had arrived early, 11 for a 2 check in. I texted the host and told him we were in no rush, totally on us, and he was at the apt in 20 minutes. Very cool. The reason we booked here was for the location. We had stayed just a few blocks away last year and knew we loved this area. It is perfect if you want to walk to all the big sites, great restaurants, bars, people watching. The biggest issue was that the entire bathroom reeked of urine. Reeked. I think it is in the grout. I scrubbed down the area myself and I didn't make a dent in the smell. We kept the fan running in there nonstop, the smell still hit you in the face when you come in the front door. I have 4 sons, a husband and 5 grandsons, I'm familiar with smelly bathrooms. This was epic. Additionally, the bed is so danged hard! Most uncomfortable I have ever slept on. Please note that I NEVER, NOT ONCE have mentioned anything negative about the places we stay, but a trip to Italy is a once or twice in a lifetime for most folks, I would hate for someone else to spend their vacay $ and be disappointed.
- Jennifer (9/5): Superb - The location was fantastic!
- Leanne (9/5): Brilliant location, great sized apartment with excellent amenities - An amazing location close to all the tourist places and briallint restaurants/cafes and shops
Really large and different rooms so we could sit in the lounge or at the kitchen table rather than just on our bed
Added bonus of a washing machine which is brilliant after three weeks of travelling in Italy from Australia Not much really
- Mark (10/5): Exceptional -
- Gavin (9/5): Perfect location - The location of this apartment is second to none and is located in a picturesque little street that is quintessentialy italian! There are so many choices of restaurants within easy walking distance along with two gelato shops no more than 60m away and a well stocked supermarket. On the easy 400m walk to the Pantheon, you pass by hundreds of shops and eateries.
We were met at the apartment by Michele, who took the time to explain everything within the apartment and told us how to get to all the tourist hotspots, which was very helpful. If you don't like walking, there is a taxi rank 160m down the road. Do yourself a favor and stay here for a true Italian experience! There are stairs to this apartment, which can be a challenge at the end of a long day or when arriving and leaving with luggage. We saw it as one last way to burn off those delightful ice creams consumed through the day!
- Christine (10/5): The Best Place to Stay in Rome. - The location was fantastic, walking distance to everything. Lots of cafes and restaurants nearby, yet very quiet at night in the apartment. Very well equipped apartment, had everything we needed.
Michele was fantastic and gave us plenty of useful information.
- Lisa (8/5): The location and spaciousness of the apartment was perfect for us. - Location. Very spacious. Kitchenette fitted out with enough utensils. Also provided espresso maker which we appreciated. The bed was very uncomfortable. The hot water ran out on our last night. Still no hot water the following day when we departed.
- Rachel (9/5): Superb -
- Susan (8/5): Perfect location - Comfortable bed. Great location. Friendly staff met us at the apartment. Wonderful restaurants close by. Walkable to trevi fountain ant Pantheon . Close to so many attractions. Would have liked some tea coffee and milk.
There are 2 steep steps to the bedroom so if you have mobility issues be aware.
- Christine (10/5): Wonderful stay in prime location - This was a perfect apartment for a few days stay in Rome, especially if you are interested in seeing most of the tourist highlights (piazzas, Vatican, colosseum, pantheon, trevi, etc). We walked to all the listed locations with no problems and no need to use public transportation, even in the heat of the summer. The air conditioned was effective and a welcome break from the heat. The bed was comfortable and the whole apartment was very clean. The washing machine was invaluable to have on a week trip. Host was communicative and checked in on our needs. Look no further and book this apartment! Nothing
- Kristin (9/5): Fantastic location in a fabulous building with responsive and informative host. - Location was superb, quiet in the room though really close to everything you want to see and do as a tourist in Rome. Our Host provided very helpful information, even how to navigate from main train station to accommodation via different transport methods even guiding us on ticket purchases. He then spent plenty of time with us to show us highlights of Rome on the map he provided which ensured our time in Rome was off to a great start. The unit was spacious with separate lounge, large bedroom and a kitchen with great amenities which meant we could cook for ourselves if we didn't want to indulge in the wonderful restaurants right on our doorstep. Added bonus of washing machine and clothes airer so we could leave fresh and ready for our next adventure. Would have been appreciated to have extra pillows on the bed, not a huge deal but would have been nice to have.
- Medina (10/5): Exceptional -
- Suzanne (9/5): Fabulous - The location was brilliant. Really enjoyed the restaurants and lanes around the apartment. Filippo met us on arrival and showed us through the apartment and gave us recommendations for restaurants. He also arranged a very early morning transfer to the airport. We really enjoyed our stay and would come back. Very petty but more toilet paper.
- Heath (8/5): Great host and a great location - The host was great. Very easy to contact and ensured any issues we had were promptly addressed. We lost power once, tripped Corcuit breaker. Was 5 minutes and all sorted.
The location is fantastic. Lots of food options and the room was quiet. Nothing
- Douglas (7/5): Good -
- Mark (10/5): Exceptional -
- Matthew (10/5): Exceptional -
- Susannah (9/5): Great Location - The location was near to many sights in Rome. The apartment was spacious and very clean. The washing machine and powder provided was much appreciated. The view from the bedroom windows was full of character. The host only informed us about the Rome marathon the afternoon before we arrived and the closure of streets near the apartment and other sights in Rome. This meant that we could not reach the Domus Aurea for our timed ticket, even though we rushed to get there. We had been in Italy for several weeks and had not heard about the marathon. We had bought the tickets just the day before, so were very disappointed.
- Simon (9/5): Well located apartment - Fabulous location near lots of restaurants & cafes and a lot of the major sights were walkable. Very close to a supermarket and several bus stops. However the apartment was very quiet and comfortable. Filippo was an attentive host. As an older style building there are a few quirks; we had to reset the electricity a couple of times. The kitchen could have been slightly better equipped e.g. a toaster and a few more cups.
- Monika (9/5): Fantastic place for very good price and perfectly located ! - It is a great apartment located centrally, just next to Piazza Navona (around the corner). All the attractions & restaurants are so close and easily accessible that we didn't use the transport at all. The apartment is very clean and very cozy. I definitely recommend this place and will come back once in Rome again. The only thing to be mentioned: kettle should be replaced as the one which we used was boiling water very slowly so it was impossible to drink anything hot.
- Kelli (9/5): Superb -
- Karolyn (9/5): Superb -
- Rodrigo (8/5): Very good - Great Location!!!
- Ayolt (10/5): We will definitely come back! - A really nice apartment at the best possible location with all Rome's highlights on walking distance, in the heart with many bars and shops just around the corner. But still very quiet.
Filippo is very attentive, friendly and helps where needed.
We'll certainly come back! All was great, nothing to complain about.
- Broni (7/5): Good apartment, but need some improvements. - An excellent location, very quiet, comfortable bed, full kitchen with amenities, the owner met us at the premises and allowed an early check in. The owner was friendly and quickly responded when we had problems. A washing machine was broken. We were not informed about it before we came, and even the owner offered to compensate for the laundromat fee, it was not acceptable - we didn't have time to spend at the laundromat. The light went off twice because the circuit broker outside the apartment was disconnected, and we only used two burners on the stovetop and nothing else. We had to call the owner from the street as wifi was off when electricity went down.
The awful smell in trash can area under the sink. There were no detergent to do the dishes, and the sponge in the trash can area under the sink smelled so we couldn't use it for dishes.
Visitors should be notified that there are steps inside the apartment between bedroom and bathroom, which is inconvenient at night.
- Hugh (9/5): An oasis in the heart of Rome. - Wonderfully located spacious apartment in Rome. Near most of the city’s big attractions but tucked away and a haven from the noise. The owner was extremely helpful. Nothing
- Anita (9/5): Perfect location great apartment, couldn’t have asked for more! - Excellent location! Very comfortable for us
- Fiona (10/5): Exceptional -
- Welhyn (10/5): Best Location in Rome for private apartment. - The apartment is amazing! The Best location in Rome, close to everything! Only needed public transportation from Termini Station because of the luggages, everywhere else you can do by walk. Julius who received us is spetacular, he explained everything and also gave us some advices of restaurants. Would stay again for sure!!
- Pam (10/5): Exceptional - Central location, spacious and comfortable, great aircon! Filipo was a great host, he met us at the apartment and gave us a great introduction to Rome and suggestions for things to do and places to eat.
- Matt (9/5): Superb - great location, only short walk to many restaurants and attractions
good kitchen facilities
very helpful host who gave plenty of information and recommendations
- Fiona (10/5): Exceptional -
- Filip (9/5): Superb -
- Marley (10/5): Exceeded our expectations - The apartment exceeded our expectations.
From the moment we arrived in Rome and were met at the airport by the driver to arriving at the apartment to collect our keys, maps of the area and suggestions for activities we felt we were in good hands.
The location was perfect for walking everywhere, with fantastic restaurants all around. If you do need a taxi, there is a taxi stand very close by as well as grocery stores.
The apartment was spacious, safe and comfortable.
We would absolutely return to this place.
- Chris (10/5): Perfect location. Quiet and comfortable. Good value for the cost - Excellent Grocery and cafes nearby All good.
- Annette (8/5): We absolutely loved being in the heart of Rome - The location was great for us to be able to walk to most attractions and also great location for buses and taxis
- Helen (8/5): Thoroughly enjoyable stay. - Excellent location. Ease of booking and collecting keys. Apartment contained everything we needed. N/A
- Alida (9/5): Superb -
- Sylvie (10/5): Exceptional - Nicely decorated and well equipped 1-bedroom apartment. Comfortable bedding. Very quiet. Location near Piazza Navona couldn't be better! We walked everywhere and took buses. The landlord is friendly and answers messages quickly. We will certainly come back! Nothing!
- Vladislav (8/5): cute quiet apartments Very spacious and convenient - very spacious, clean, good utensils and cookware. great location . a lot bigger than it looks to be on pictures main bed seemed to be broken. it was sloped and you would roll into the middle and meet your partner . not sure if someone 300 pounds plus decided to jump on it before we got there
- Graham (8/5): Very good -
- Nita (10/5): Our stay was a pleasant one. Wish we stayed longer. - Everything!! From location to homeliness. 10/10 Nothing to add.
- L (7/5): Great location, good place, bed needs to be replaced. - The host was super nice and very helpful. The location was perfect for our trip. Decent walk to the Vatican and also to come of our favorite restaurants. It is a nice little apartment - not fancy, but met our needs well. The only thing that was a bummer was the bed. It was SO collapsed in the center we just rolled into each other. It was really bad for my back.
- Alan (10/5): Excellent short stay in the centre of Rome. - Do not be put off by Google Street View; this is a modern apartment in the centre of the old part of Rome, with every convenience including WiFi, microwave, refrigerator, induction cooking, Air Con. and even a washing machine. It is very quiet and does not give onto the busy street. The bedroom, with separate AC, has windows onto a small inner courtyard. The lounge, with a couch that could easily sleep a 3rd person, has a window to a skylight. The large kitchen/living room and bathroom, being inner rooms, do not have windows. For best telephone reception, use the bedroom. There are many local restaurants (Filippo provided a list), and buses (No. 64) to the Vatican or Forum in the other direction on the Corso Vittorio Emanuele at the end of the street. Buy €1.50 electronic tickets with the TicketAppy app and validate them for 100 minutes on the bus. From the airport take the SIT shuttle bus to the Vatican stop from bay 12, outside terminal 3 (reserve online). Walk or take an ordinary bus from there to the apartment. Use Google maps to navigate bus routes with shortest walking time. Get up early when crowds are small. Buy an advance ticket for a guided tour at 8am for the Vatican and Sistine chapel from the Vatican site, but not for other attractions. For St Peter's, arrive at 7-8am on another day, and take a lift then climb the dome. Another morning, buy a combined Forum and Colosseum ticket at the ancient Mamertine Prison at 9am - start with the Forum, walk up the Palatine hill to Nero's palace, then back down to the Colosseum (~90 minutes). The ordinary combined ticket is sufficient and skips the queue. Restaurants with queues of Italians will be good for lunch. Local attractions - Trevi Fountain, Pantheon etc can be visited on foot after a siesta. In 2-3 days you can see the essentials. Difficult to find anything to improve. Perhaps a simple electric kettle, rather than the classic type on the induction plate.
