• Monica (10/5): Wonderful stay and great host! - The host was kind in letting us come drop off our luggage early so that we do not leave it in our vehicle. The place was pristine, very well decorated, and in a great location. We really wished we stayed longer in order to actually hang out in the unit. nothing.

Vi var meget tilfredse med opholdet . Værten Enrico var enestående , han var behjælpelig med alt og vi havde en virkelig god kommunikation . Vi bestilte taxa fra og til lufthavnen igennem Enrico , og ja det koster lidt mere men så var vi sikre på der var helt styr på det og igen var vi godt tilfredse . Vi anbefaler gerne dette sted til andre .

• Abhishek (9/5): Good location with enough space for a family. - Very central in historic town. Easy walk to everywhere. Apartment had 2 lovely bedrooms and a lounge with sofa bed. Check in details were shared very last minute and we had some issue with flush in the toilet couple of times. Host was lovely and came twice to fix flush and to drop wine opener.

• Eileen (9/5): This was the ideal place to stay to experience everything in Rome. I hope to return soon! - This is a great apartment in the ideal location right by Campo de’ Fiori, rows of shops and cafes, a grocery store, and lots of restaurants. The full kitchen had everything we needed, there were three spacious sleeping areas with smart TVs, and two clean bathrooms. The host was responsive and very accommodating. It’s a great looking place with the rustic wooden ceiling and lots of windows for fresh air and natural light. The apartment is centrally located to all tourist sites. We were able to easily take a quick Uber to the Vatican and the Colosseum and it was a close, scenic walk to all the famous landmarks. No complaints.

Having 2 bathrooms was a huge benefit. There were a few small things that could be improved. The pillows on both beds were very old and very thin. The kitchen was missing a few essentials such as drying towels and a spatula.

Enrico also organised a van to take us to the airport which we really appreciated. Definitely recommend for a real Rome experience.

But my father is not a fan and prefer something more modern. Not a complaint as I know what I booked. Just a reminder for people who are trying to find a very modern place to stay.

• Bidyuk (2/5): Rude host, would not reccomend - Good location, thats pretty much all positivities i can say about the house, the host was rude when we asked to leave our bags at the property and get quick change and use the bathroom he screamed and told us to get out because the cleaning was in progress, we even said that we are okay for them not to proceed with the cleaning as we were staying only one night and wanted to relax after long flight, check in was supposed to be 2:30 , we checked in at 2:45 , as we were told by the host he wanted to make sure everything was super clean so we expected 10/10 cleanliness, well when we checked it was the average cleaning, nothing exceptional even a bit dirty. There were some bugs in the bed, don’t know if thats bed bugs but was uncomfortable to sleep after finding them on my pillow. All i can say is the host needs to learn how to speak to his guests and try to compromise to satisfy the guest rather than screaming at them. We wanted to support a business at booking.com rather than booking a hotel but now i’d rather book a hotel than stay at place like this. Would not recommend to anyone who is planning to book. Super rude host with no manners what so ever. 2/10 only for the properties location.

• Stacey (10/5): Beautiful apartment in the Eternal City! - The property was perfect for my husband and I along with our adult daughter who was traveling with us. The location couldn’t be better. We could walk to so many things. There were many good restaurants in the nearby piazza which made for a relaxing evening after busy days of sightseeing. Enrico was also a text away if we needed something. The mattresses were a bit hard compared to what we are used to personally but we still slept soundly. If you are entering at night, watch your entry into the apartment as you are met with an unexpected step. Neither of these things were deal breakers for us and I would book this apartment again in a heart beat.

The apartment’s internals, with the high ceiling and naked beams were lovely. The bed was a bit hard for our liking, but that’s about it. We really had a great time using the apartment as our base for our family trip to Rome.

We were able to walk to many locations from the property. There are no elevators available unfortunately so you may need to climb multiple sets of stairs depending on the apartment.

He even arranged our transportation from and to the airport and made recommendations for nice restaurants nearby. The location is excellent. Next to the Campo di Fiori square, right in the heart of the centre near lots of stores and restaurants. You can reach many sites of interest on foot! The rooms are huge! Even with the baby's cot, there was plenty of space. I also liked the fact that the door has a changing per customer code instead of keys. Since we were 6 adults, that was really convenient! It could be a bit cleaner in terms of dust, but both bathrooms were very clean.

Blackout curtains were great. Location was convenient. Kitchen was nice. Towels were thin. Toilet lid in hall bath was loose and kept falling off. Not enough toilet paper was provided for our 4 night stay. Would have been nice to have blankets for extra cold nights or sitting on coach to watch TV.

The apartment had a great historic look with the rusti - The location was perfect being a few steps from camp de fiori. The ceilings were great with the rustic ceilings The bed was definitely too soft for my preference and i sank down quite a bit. It would have been nice to have trash bags as well as the trashcans were very tiny and were filled in the first day or two. That was minor but just sharing

It was easy to get to the apartment and it's within walking distance of many major attractions. It was close to a bus stop for the attractions that were farther away. The apartment was cute, clean, and comfortable. It's also just steps away from a great daytime market and many restaurants/bars. There was a great nighttime atmosphere in the neighborhood and we felt safe walking around. The host was friendly with a quick response time, and he let us drop our luggage off before check-in which we really appreciated. The alley that the apartment is off of is a bit dark and dodgy looking. The listing says that the apartment comes with streaming services and toiletries, but this was only partially true. There was the option to log into Netflix, but not an account we could watch. The only toiletry we found was body wash, so we were scrambling for shampoo/conditioner. The listing also says that ID may need to be shown at check in, but we actually had to take photos of our IDs (including my children) and send them to the host which made me a bit uncomfortable. We were assured by the host that this was standard procedure for Airbnb/apartment rentals and required by local police. The listing also says that it includes all taxes and fees, but this is inaccurate. What you pay on Booking does not include the city tax; you have to pay this in cash at check-out. This wasn't mentioned anywhere that I could see in the original listing.

• Jennifer (6/5): Awesome option for such a last minute request and owner was quick to reply. - Location to restaurants is as close as you can be. Adorable little stay. Set up and design is cute. Don’t judge a book by its cover. The road leading to its location is dark, dirty and if I was alone it’d make me uncomfortable to enter the dark building. Once inside it was night and day. The owner did not provide the code to the actual room so we had to reach out for it. The instructions stated “a few steps” to the first floor but it was basically two flights of stairs. I was expecting 3 or 4. This could be a problem for a guest with mobility issues. The door handle on the inside came off completely upon entry. It was completely missing a screw which I immediately took a photo of and sent to the owner. We had no way of locking it from the inside. He was quick to blame the previous guests. The seat to my kids bathroom was broken so when they sat down it slid sideway. The toilet will continue to run u less you toggle the handle. Water pressure for the showers were minimal and didn’t stay hot for very long.

Excellent location next to Campo Di Fiori. Surrounded by restaurants and supermarket a few minutes away. Close walking distance to major attractions. The apartment was very comfortable for out family if 5. Having 2 bathrooms was a bonus. Very comfortable beds. Excellent communication from our host. Easy to check-in and check-out. Great stay!

Transfer was arranged by the host. A bigger dining table would be needed in the kitchen, because five people couldn't sit at the counter. The microwave and one more blanket was missing.
