• Egle Cekauskaite (10/5): Modern, super comfy apartment – just like the photos! - We had a great stay at this apartment! It was very nice, exactly like in the pictures, and everything felt new and fresh. The two air conditioners were a lifesaver during the heat. Our bed was very comfortable, and our child slept on the sofa — which was honestly the most comfortable sofa I've ever tried! It was so good we even took a photo to try and find the same one for our home. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you might need. The owners were very kind and helpful, with clear instructions, and they responded immediately to our question even late in the evening. Just a small note: the listing shows that parking is included, but further down it's mentioned that it's for an extra fee. The owners informed us about it via message, so there were no issues. There is some street noise, but it didn’t bother us at all. We really liked the location — within walking distance to the city center. We would definitely choose this apartment again!

• Desri (8/5): We will be back :) - Lovely, bright apartment. 20 minutes walk to the centre of the town and market. It was very noisy at night (next to road, lots of sirens etc ) but we took earplugs in case of this. Next time I will take an eye mask as there are no shutters and the bright light around the curtains woke us very early
• Clive (9/5): Fabulous apartment, well located. - Very nice apartment, well appointed and modern with all the facilities you need. It is well located with many wonderful places close by. Just a short way from the new Tram system. Comfortable bed, good size with really nice pillows! Air con was a definite must have. It is next to a noisy main road which is usually an issue for us but we were so tired at the end of the day if did not really bother us.

• Anna (9/5): Great apartment close to everything - The flat is really great—it has everything you need, and the location was absolutely perfect for us. It's about a 15-minute walk to the Duomo through the beautiful streets of Florence. The owners are super cool and very helpful, offering us great suggestions during our stay. One small drawback: if you're a light sleeper like I am, you might want to bring earplugs, as the flat is right next to a busy road. I used them and slept just fine, and my friend didn't need them at all. Overall, I really recommend this flat—totally worth the money!

• James (9/5): A great place to experience Florence - The flat is gorgeous and well-equipped. It looks exactly like the photos. so there were no surprises. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was first-rate with a good shower. The kitchen has everything that one would need (except an oven ... only a microwave), and we were able to cook a pretty good dinner one evening when it was raning. The washer worked well, and clothes dried fairly quickly on the drying rack provided. I would certainly consider staying at this flat the next time I visit Florence. There was great communication with the hosts prior to our stay, and she sent us a long list of recommended restaurants and attractions! It took us about 20 minutes to walk to the centre of Florence, and walking back and forth to the apartment took considerable time and energy. My only quibble with the flat was the lack of a proper, full-size ironing board; there is one of those miniature ironing boards provided, but it was impossible to iron my wife's long dress on it.
• Danielle (10/5): Loved the location and comfortable apartment - The location was in a nice part of town, and we enjoyed walking to the city's attractions. The apartment had a lovely big bed and everything we needed for a five-day stay. The hosts were friendly and helpful, and the communication was great. Stefania and Gianni supplied a comprehensive list of recommendations for the area, which we used well. We would absolutely stay again.

Everything was neat, clean, and well stocked. They gave us excellent recommendations and were very accommodating with our requests. We would definitely stay again! There’s some construction, but that is not on the hosts!
• John (10/5): Simply said, perfect! - The location was perfect. The amenities of being at home. The hosts were PERFECT. The only thing we didn't like was there was construction that obstructed the beautiful country side and hills. But that is not the hosts fault, as we would still stay here, even with the obstructed view.
• Vivi (10/5): Exceptional - I would highly recommend this place if you are visiting Florence. The apartment and location are really nice, and the host was very kind and understanding when we arrived late. Communication via WhatsApp was very helpful, and the host provided a lot of recommendations and was quick to respond. If I may make a suggestion, perhaps providing more than one set of keys would be beneficial. Sometimes, we plan to be out separately, and with only one set of keys, it can be a bit difficult. • Saad (6/5): Clean apartment, book it during winter. - Very clean - The a/c switch, specially in summer the apartment becomes extremely hot (wouldn’t recommend booking it during summer). - the apartment is located on a very noisy street specially in the morning.

Great view on the piazzale from balconies with possibility to eat on the balcony. Welcoming host, who will share a lot of useful links for you 1. Some of the kitchen utensils needs update/changing, such as frying pans 2. Beware of the mosquitos. I was unable to find repellent in the supermarket and we had to close the windows every evening quite early

The whole experience was fantastic from the moment of meeting the hosts, they were super kind and helpful and easily reachable. The property is amazing, super clean, very modern and with super comfy beds. Location is great at just 10 minutes walk to the Duomo . If we go back to Florence we will stay here for sure!! • Pinar (10/5): We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Great location. And wonderful apartment. - Great location. Clean and comfortable apartment. Gianni was there when we arrived to let us into the apartment. Stephania was very responsive to our questions and provided us with lots of great information about the area even before we arrived, quickly answered my questions about a fireworks show in the last evening of our stay and where best to watch from with our kids (we ended up not going as our kids were exhausted - we were still able to see some of the high flying fireworks above thw building next door!! :)). Stephania and Gianni are great hosts. The apartment was clean, comfortable and in a great location. More hangers to hang towels (especially bath towels) in the bathroom and something to place the shampoo/body wash bottles in the shower would have been great. But these are minor points. The apartment was great.
• Connie (9/5): Superb - The Apt is in excellent condition , super clean , spacious, airy and bright, excellent WiFi. The host Stefania and Gianni are super helpful and kind. As for location , you could not ask for more, it is only 15 min walk and you are in the centre of Florence, where all the actions are. Train station is only 15 min. walk or you can reach the property by taxi. Stefania even send me a tray of Italian pastry on our last day which was a beautiful touch. Although it is a beautiful apartment, just want to mention it is situated on a very busy road with lots of traffic and motorcycles. We are on the 4th floor,even if you have all windows closed . you can hear the traffic even into the nights. If you are a light sleeper you may be bother by the traffic. By all means it is not the host fault . I suppose that the way the Italian lives and get use to it.
• Brendan (10/5): Exceptional - The hosts were very nice and accommodating. Met us exactly when stated and communication through WhatsApp was quick and efficient. The location was just outside the old town (10m walk) which was nice as it was good to get away from the hustle and bustle. The apartment was very large and quite spacious compared to others I have stayed in. The apartment is very sound proof from other units. AC was great to have as it was very humid during our stay. As mentioned in other posts the street can be loud during morning rush hour. I knew this and brought ear plugs and was fine.
• Branislav (10/5): We had a really great time, the city is fantastic, so we'll definitely be back. - In an apartment that is very bright and cozy, you have everything you need. The hosts (Stefania and Gianni) are cordial, unobtrusive and very accommodating - you can turn to them for any advice. They have very good suggestions (on which we are grateful to) regarding restaurants, gelateria's and interesting locations that are really worth visiting, and are not on the map of the usual tourist guides. If you're coming by car, in front of the building you have a small square where you can park your car (apartment overlooks the parking lot) or you can, in agreement with the hosts, park the car in the garage below the building.
• Rocio (4/5): Not what I expected - The apartment is beautiful. There is parking around the property and stores. There was no hot water. We asked the manager, and they kept saying we did:t know how to turn it on, but we did. I told them, and he kept saying that was the issue. I showered with cold water... and it wasn't enjoyable. Also the check out is at 10 AM, it was too early for us.
