• Valerie (9/5): - The suite was close to transportation and easy and safe for walking. Many restaurants close and within walking distance from many attractions
• Leyre (5/5): Muy caro para lo que es. - La ubicación lo mejor. El barrio tranquilo. Se entra por un patio trasero que de noche no tiene buena pinta, el alojamiento en sí es pequeño (suficiente para pocos días) pero carece de servicios mínimos como trapos, escoba, fregona, los utensilios de cocina son justos para dos, los fuegos no tienen nada de potencia. El lavabo de la cocina es horrible porque salpica montón, al igual que el del baño, la cama decente, la alfombra del suelo daba un poco de asco, no parecía limpia. El baño lo peor, bastante dejado, lo podían tener más cuidado, el lavabo se movía y salpicaba a un enchufe (súper peligroso) la cisterna no es que fuera del todo bien y la ducha daba un poco de asco, se veía que se gastaron lo mínimo en ese baño y en general en el alojamiento, de suite no tiene nada. No repetiría, ni recomendaría, es caro para lo que es, si estas dos días pasable pero más, no.
• Juan (8/5): Muy agradable estancia en el barrio judio, en el corazón de ROMA - Muy bien ubicado, en una zona (guetto judío) peatonal y bastantes tranquila (más allá de los trabajos de recoger basura en los bares y restaurantes que están en la calle a la que da la ventana principal). Igual es una zona tranquila, con acceso rápido a los lugares de interés principales de la ciudad, y río de por medio con el Trastevere. La panadería de la esquina (entiendo que la más vieja de Roma) es una atracción en sí misma. Tal vez la apertura de la puerta principal de acceso al edificio (lar primera vez) podría ser un poco más fácil (hay que mandar un mensaje para que te abran, y tal vez puede demorarse más de lo esperado... aunque no fue nuestro caso. Una vez que accedes a la propiedad y obtienes la llave, ya ese procedimiento no es necesario). El baño podría ser un poco más amplio, pero es una característica (baños muy chicos) que nos encontramos en todas las ciudades que visitamos.
• Tom (7/5): Goede uitvalsbasis, maar appartement kon beter - Centrale locatie met veel horeca Rumoerige buurt door de terrassen, badkamer is afgeleefd met slechte douche. Wij hadden ook 2 dagen geen warm water, maar dat zal een tijdelijk defect geweest zijn.
• Niamh (4/5): Good location, need a lot of updating with the no hot water and headboard falling apart - We enjoyed our stay with the main reason being how close it is to every main attraction, never having to get any public transportation. Sadly the room could do with a lot of updating. For the price we paid it seemed very too overpriced, no hot water at all, the water was freezing and we both dreaded . The headboard is falling apart meaning every time we would wake up we would have parts of it in our hair, down our back and over our clothes. The tv does not work, one of the reasons we selected this apartment was with the fact it had a tv due to we wanted to watch one of the F1 Races on the Sunday night.( my partner is obsessed with f1 and has never missed a race) so we felt that it should not of been listed as an item that the room has. When we arrived the first thing we saw was a homeless man sleeping by the door with tones of alchol around him to where we had to try to to accidently nock him with a suitcase, so generally felt quite, it seemed very overpriced. There was no hot water at all; the water was freezing, and we both dreaded getting into the shower every day
• Vladislav (7/5): - The location was great, near almost everything. The neighbourhood was calm and there were people on the street until late hours. The host is really responsive. The apartment is really inconvenient. There is almost no pressure for the water in the bathroom and the bathroom is really small. The tunnel to the front door of the building is dark. There is no ironing board and cutting board, the fridge is weak and there were ants in one of the kitchen shelves.

• אקווה (8/5): מארח נחמד, יש מקום לשיפור דרכי התקשרות. - המקום היה נקי, מסביר פנים ומסודר. היינו רוצים מטאטא ויעה כדי לשמור על הניקיון בעצמנו :) , בכל אופן, היינו 4 ימים. ניסינו ליצור קשר עם המארח בטלפון ובהודעות טקסט כבר בישראל, אך לא קיבלנו מענה. לומר שהכל חייב להיעשות דרך Booking.com זה לא במקום. העולם הוא כפר גלובלי, ואחרי ששילמנו חלק מהסכום, ראוי להגיב דרך וואטסאפ או טלפון, במיוחד אחרי שכבר הגענו לרומא. רצינו להניח מזוודה בדירה כמה שעות לפני הצ'אק אין והיינו ממש באותו רחוב בדירה אחרת (עקב שינוי תאריך טיסה בעקבות המלחמה). זה לא היה נעים שלא היה מענה. אחרי שהיינו קצת נודניקים הוא ענה, ירד אלינו, והעניין סודר.

• Luis (5/5): Shower Not Functioning Properly - The location was perfect. Very good located for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Was a bit difficult to find at first. But the whastapp contact was a help to find the door to entrance. We tried to request early check-in, but we had no answer for this. We must wait until check-in is a bit tired from all the travel to Rome. The room was nice, the kitchen and room were pretty spacious for a couple. But I have some comments: The shower handle was not functioning properly . No pressure and we couldn't adjust the temperature. It had 3 modes, and all of them were not working. At least for using one, but none was functioning. We showered on our knees so we could reach the water to the chest. The blankets were a bit dirty, a bit yellowish turning brown. It's not something we are used to. Nothing else. I think these things can be repaired and changed. And it will be a very good place to stay a short vacation. Thnx
• Mariusz (9/5): Great location if you like to sightsee! - Very close to 3 shops, a bakery, a pastry shop and cafes. Great location, close to famous monuments! It rained for 2 days, low water pressure but as I read this is unfortunately the case in Rome, high tourist tax
• Diana (6/5): Too expensive for what it offers. It was worth it because of the location only. - The design of the room is very nice, the bed is comfortable and the location very good and central. The communication with the host is not the best. Wifi network and password are not mentioned anywhere in the room, we had to ask the host. The bathroom was a disappointment. We didn’t have hand soap in the dispenser, the sink was overflowing easily and when you flushed the toilet, water was leaking from the water basin on top of the WC.
• Ines (9/5): The apartment is located in an old building, but the apartment itself is quite nice. The location is very good, it’s clo - The location - it’s very close to the Colosseo, Fontanna di Trevi, Piazza Navona, Piazza Venezia etc. and there are many restaurants nearby. The communication with the owner is very good, when we had an issue we could easily contact with Giulio on WhatsApp. I think that the fridge is a little old, but functioning like it should so it’s not really a downside.
• Nikkita (8/5): Comfortable, modern and well located apartment! - lovely clean and modern apartment and situated in an a great area just a short walk away from many of the main attractions in Rome. Had air conditioning which we were very thankful for as we travelled during the summer. Comfortable bed and good shower. Host Giulio was easily contactable able to assist us with any queries we had. The information stated there were streaming services available on the TV, however we were unable to log in and use any due to the TV being outmoded. Not a huge deal but perhaps would be helpful to remove this from the amenities list!

• Diane (4/5): Not worth the stay-Host doesn’t communicate - Great location in the Jewish Ghetto. Cute if you like small quarters. Very difficult to find and Giulio wasn’t any help with understanding how to get us to the apartment when we were located around the block from there. Located on the 3rd floor, very narrow and very steep, concrete steps. TV did have any channels and host wouldn’t help us fix it. Stay somewhere else. 4.16.2024

• Alex (9/5): Wonderful place to stay, and beautiful apartment. - Location was Amazing. Centre of everything. Clean +++ and very comfortable. Would definitely recommend this property. Only con was emailing and contacting host several times to request late check out (was happy to pay extra) as our flight home was not until that night. I got ‘seen’ in messages and no response from either message or emails and a knock at the door bang on 10am. There is no place to store your luggage. Luckily we were ready, however had to bring our suitcases around the city until we had to leave. (Not complaining about that, but just slightly inconvenient when the city is full of cobbles! It would have been nice to receive a reply, wether it was a yes or a no!

Parts of the room was a little dusty, the cleaner kept trying to come in on the last day before check out time, the door is a little stiff and no international tv stations
