• Catherine (8/5): Corso 101 apartment overall served our short visit in Rome for our family of 8. Our host Simone was always available to - Great size bedrooms and location was perfect. Right in the heart of Rome. Near all the shops and walking distance to the Spanish steps and Fountain de Trevi. Our host provided water and coffee pods which was a nice touch . Got a bit noisey at night. The air conditioner in the bedroom mustn’t be used much so let out a smell when we put it on. TV was too small.

We were there a short amount of time and were not at the apartment for much more than sleeping, but the beds were very comfortable. Although not all that important a full length mirror would have been appreciated.

• Krasimira (9/5): It was generally great, just some little improvements would be better - The location is great - very central, close to attractions, restaurants and cafes. The flat is big and the two bathrooms are very useful for a big group of people I think that it would have been quite useful if we had at least two pairs of keys. Only one pair of keys for a group of 8 could be very uncomfortable. Also the pillows could be changed, I think that the host used the ones from the sofa which are very high and hard. A bit more toiletries would be useful - soup, shampoo, toilet paper..

• Heath (9/5): Fabulous location in walking distance to everything. Apartment was clean and spacious with lovely high ceilings. - Lovely apartment - good sized rooms and lovely high ceilings. Perfect for 2 families of 4 Nothing although can be little noisy outside but to be expected on such a great road.

• Bozena (10/5): - Wir haben in der Wohnung in der Via del Corso 101 übernachtet und sie geliebt! Der Gastgeber war super und hat auf uns gewartet, obwohl wir spät angekommen sind. Die Wohnung ist geräumig, gut ausgestattet und bietet Platz für sechs Personen, obwohl wir zu fünft waren. Die Lage ist perfekt – zentral, man kann Rom zu Fuß erkunden, und trotzdem ist es nachts ruhig. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Apartamento limpio y con todas las comodidades tal y cómo se describía en el anuncio. Cafeterías y restaurantes alrededor a un paso. Volveremos sin duda en caso de visitar Roma de nuevo!

• Irit (10/5): - The apartment is very large and comfortable. All the facilities are very good. Great air conditioning. Perfect location close to the spanish steps and right middle of Corso the main shopping street but still quiet inside the apartment. The beds are a bit soft. But still a prefect stay.
• Ana (10/5): Great Location - The apartment was big enough for us, a family of 6. The location is great. The hosts were very nice, we had coffee, water.. Next time I'm Rome I will definitely stay there again. Everything was great.
• Christie (9/5): Wonderful and spacious apartment in the heart of downtown Rome. Highly recommend. - Great location with restaurants and a grocery store within steps of the front door. Four AC mini splits with cold air. Two bathrooms with great hot water. Everything you need in the kitchen, including coffee, a washer/dryer unit, and a small fridge. Host was extremely friendly and accommodated our late check-in. It took us three tries to figure out how to use the washer/dryer, but we figured it out.

• Lesley (1/5): Very poor customer experience as you don't get what you paid for. - We went with school friends as this trip was for our sons education. They are doing RE and Latin as part of their GCSE exams. The guides we took at the Vatican and the colosseum were fantastic well worth the money. The accommodation was disgusting. The only thing the owners want is your money. They really do not care about you or any issues. They were rude and condescending. So let me start at the beginning. We confirmed our arrival time in advance. The weather was awful (no control over that). However, we were not given the apartment number (8), so we had to wait outside for 20 minutes in the rain. I had to send a message via Booking.com for them to come down from the apartment. Once inside, I found it difficult to hide my disappointment. The photos on line must have been taken years ago when it was newly painted. The person we met then said the cleaners hadn't left toilet roll and he had to go and get some. Once he returned, we handed over the city tax, and he left. On closer inspection, the place looked dirty. An old sponge was left in the kitchen to clean with. We didn't use it as it was disgusting. We decided to leave and start exploring. This apartment was a two bed, two sofa bed, two bathroom apartment. Enough room for two mums and their sons. I will come back to this. Point 1.On leaving the apartment, we had difficulty trying to lock the door as the lock appeared to be faulty. You had to keep turning the key to find the whole for the lock. Point 2. In the meantime, our 14 year old boys got into the lift to make their way to the ground floor. You could only get two people in the lift at one time. The lift got stuck between two floors. The boys began to shout for help. I went back into the apartment to find an emergency number, but their were no details anywhere, not even for a fire. Because the boys were becoming distraught, a neighbour heard and called someone stating they would arrive soon. 30 minutes later, a gentleman arrived, and our sons were rescued from the lift, feeling very scared. I again had to write via Booking.com to the owner, who just said someone was coming. Point 3 When we arrived back later, we decided to make up the sofa beds.

• Denise (9/5): If you are looking for a spacious apartment near the Spanish steps and shopping area, this is your place! - Location, space and elevator! We traveled with friends for two weeks and they were more mobility impaired, the elevator and location really helped make the short stay the best experience for them. The apartment was spacious and there was plenty of room for a party of four. The checkin went smoothly, the apartment was quiet even though you were in the middle of everything. We felt very safe on the streets late at night and there were plenty of restaurants within blocks of the apartment. If the Spanish steps and shopping are your goal, then this is the place! It is on a pedestrian only road so beware if you are driving. Apple Maps took us on the pedestrian road and we are waiting for that ticket:). Also, this is a two bathroom apartment but one of the bathrooms is not right next to the bedroom. It was not a big deal for us but wanted to call it out just in case.

• Itzhak (7/5): Apart from the location everything was disappointing - The location is perfect on the main and central street. Everything is close. Apart from the location everything was disappointing. The level of equipment. With a little investment, the apartment could be upgraded to a much more comfortable apartment. There were dampness, the closet door fell apart, the door of one of the baths keeps getting stuck. Everything is equipped in a very basic way.

• Louise (10/5): Wonderful apartment, great space, convenient location. - Property was in great location - very close to everything with the Vatican and Colosseum the longest at 30 min walk. Wonderful for large groups / families. The only addition I would make is the couches that convert to beds is to get some mattress toppers so they are a little softer, but everything was great.

• Lilli (10/5): Wonderful Service Apartment for Families travelling to Rome - Location - absolutely perfect as you are in the center of the Spagna area surrounded by lots of restaurants, groceries, and shopping areas. The Spanish steps is just at the corner. You can reach other attractions by foot in 20-30 minutes. The metro is also very nearby. Around 5-8 minute walk. Taxi Stand just few meters away as well! The location of this place is absolutely convenient ! Cleanliness - very clean! Everything was spotless. The place is exactly as the photos Bring bathroom amenities. They dont provide unless I requested. They just provide towels. However there are convenient stores and groceries very nearby. Bed - very comfortable. Bedrooms were spacious . The whole place had AC but also had ample windows for ventilation incase you want fresh air. We were a family of 8. There are 2 bedrooms with Queen bed and 2 Sofa Beds, one in the living room and one outside one of the bedrooms. Kitchen amenities were complete. Also with washing Machine. Building has elevator. Host responds to inquiries and requests They only provide 1 set of keys . We were a family of 8 and requested for another set. They did not provide. That means you always need to travel together or wait for eachother before entering.

No possibility to store your luggage before or after checkin or checkout. Old windows with not ideal phonic insulation for a central street, therefore extremely noisy.

In the morning the street noise was pretty bad if you want to sleep past 7 am. I would suggest having a noise machine on. It could use full length or large mirrors in each bedroom.

Taxi rank nearby if needed. We were very happy during our stay and have no adverse observations.

• Angie (10/5): Our apartment is what made our stay in Rome the very best!!!! - It was in a great location! We were steps away from restaurants, gelato shops, shopping. This apartment had everything we needed. Sam was wonderful to work with and went above and beyond accommodating us. We had an early arrival and he stored our luggage as well as arranged for a driver to pick us up for our different tours and flight. He provided us with tips on restaurants and the best times to visit specific monuments. He even called to check on us to make sure we had made it to our excursion in time and to see if there was anything else he could help us with. He treated us like family! There was nothing I would change. Excellent location and service!!!!!
• Antonio (8/5): Very good - We loved the apartment and its location! The only issue is that there is no where to leave your bags. The host could not accommodate request to hold our luggage. We arrived before check-in and wanted to explore, but could not with all of our bags. Our check out time was 10:30am and there is no place to hold your bags. We could not explore again before heading to our next destination.
