Die Ausstattung ist gut, es hat uns nichts gefehlt. Die Matratzen in den Betten sind etwas hart. Alles was man braucht, ist zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Als die Gasflasche für das Warmwasser leer war, haben wir noch am gleichen Tag eine neue Gasflasche erhalten. Die Matratzen in den Betten sind etwas hart. Das Bad hat line leider keine eigene Heizung. Im Januar haben uns die Cafés und Restaurants (direkt unter uns) überhaupt nicht gestört.

- Anne (10/5): Exceptional - This apartment is in an excellent location close to buses, supermarkets, restaurants, bars and shops and of course the beach. It is very well equipped and clean and comfortable. The owners are contactable if needed. Nothing. Worth noting theres a bar underneath the apartment which is nice though a bit noisy on saturdays. Close your windows if needed.

- Karen (8/5): Comfortable 2 bedroom Flat - Well equipped, plenty of cutlery, crockery and glasses. The dishwasher was a bonus!There is plenty of storage in this good sized flat. As a regular visitor to Rincon, the flat was in a perfect position for us, slightly out of the centre in a quieter spot on the Paseo Maritimo, with patio doors opening out onto the sea view. The owner has provided beach chairs for going down to sit by the sea. There was a shopping trolley which was handy for trips to the two supermarkets which are closeby. Plenty of bars and restaurants in walking distance. We would definitely stay again.

- Brian (10/5): Superb - Excellent apartment, good amenities, ideally placed right by the Beach and close to restaurants, cafés and supermarkets…….. a wonderful place in a beautiful town. Lots of good walks and fresh air. Nothing I can think of!
- Zoltán (10/5): Exceptional - Amazing view, well equipped, especially with kids. The location is also perfect, there are many cafes, restaurants and supermarket just few steps away.
- Patricia (8/5): Under the circumstances our stay for a restful week holiday was a disaster - There was pipe laying construction taking place below the balcony. There was noise and dust. We could not use the balcony, we had to close all windows. There was a security fence around the construction and the beach could accessed through certain areas. The proprietor said she did not know when construction would be taking place, she would not be notified. She said it was our bad luck. But she got paid for our bad luck. There was no mention when we booked the accommodation that this might be happening. We were very dissatisfied.
- Robert (9/5): Great place to stay with excellent facilities and within an easy bus journey to the centre of Malaga. - The apartment is in a great location right on the promenade by the sea. It was fully equipped for guests and everything was in good working order. The apartment was very comfortable with a nice balcony overlooking the sea. We could not fault the cleanliness, location, comfort and location. Our only concerns were the occasional failure of the hot water boiler, this was intermittent and may require a service. Also for guests peace of mind a spare full gas bottle would be helpful ( we did not have transport and to find a garage selling the gas would have been a problem).
- Lubomir (10/5): Fabulous place, incredible view from every window, large balcony, beautiful renovated flat - Fabulous place, highly recommended. Much better than expected. Everything we could ever think of was already in the flat. Shower: recent, high pressure, hot water. Kitchen: recent, very well equipped, oven, microwave, great many ustensils etc. Balcony: vast, incredible view, chairs, lovely. Living room: comfy, big flat tv. Rooms: nice, many cupboards, bed nice if a bit soft for our taste. Keys: easy, picked up from a neighbour. All in all: great stay, fabulous apartment.
