• Laura (9/5): Superb - A wonderful old apartment, full of character and charm in a lovely location, giving a real flavour of Venice. Worth the flights of stairs up to this attic apartment of huge proportions. Good communication pre trip with details of access to the property and pre leaving with details re rubbish recycling. Handy location with many bars and restaurants in the square irself and a good supermarket too. Perfect base for a large family / group of friends. Allthough the apartment is huge, one twin room is actually open plan with access to another bedroom from it - just something to be aware of.
• Simon (9/5): A lovely, quirky, and very large apartment. - The location was excellent, the property sits on a lovely square full of bars and restaurants, the banksy graffiti is a minute away, as well as a gorgeous (free to enter) church, with a beautiful painted ceiling. The property is full of quirky areas, a massive bedroom, another bedroom, a lovely terrace, and two bathrooms. It was very very warm on our stay, and the air conditioning would keep tripping the electricity, so we couldn’t use all 3 air con units at once. So some of my kids were quite warm during the night. That said, there were a few fans scattered around the property. My only other tiny note of caution was that it is on the 3rd floor, and there are quite a few stairs to get to the property.
• Lukasz (8/5): Great location, Vintage apartment, Complaining neighbour - The property is really spacious and fits approx. 10 people. It is situated in a great location and is very close to restaurants, bars and canals. It has a vintage vibe which was interesting and there is a small rooftop terrace where you can enjoy a morning coffee with a view. Unless you have mastered the skill of levitating, you will most likely receive complaints from the neighbour on the 2nd floor for "heavy walking" around the house (when in fact, you'll be walking around normally) without the owner of this property questioning anything. The owner will just send you a message to stop walking/running around the house. Side note, the dishes and cups in the cupboards were dirty and we needed to wash them before use.
• Arun (10/5): Exceptional - The location and the property itself. It is very beautiful and old to the nativity of Venice. Communication with the host was a little difficult but manageable. The host could be more responsive.

• Allison (9/5): A magical place to stay in Venice - The location was superb. We loved the campo and the fact that it was on the fourth floor. We loved looking over the rooftops. The flat had so much space and was just what we needed. Plenty of hot water. The instructions to get into the flat were great. The only criticism I have is PLEASE give some larger towels to your guests. They were so tiny and it was impossible to dry properly.
