Le jardin est magique est c'est un coin de paradis qui nous permet de nous ressourcer après une longue journée en florence en tant que touriste.

• Aleksej (10/5): Ein ruhiges Juwel vor den Toren von Florenz - Unser Aufenthalt in der Casa Della Ciri war durchweg positiv. Die Lage ist einfach unschlagbar: Man genießt eine wunderbare Ruhe und kann ideal entspannen, ist aber dennoch in kürzester Zeit im Zentrum von Florenz. Es ist die perfekte Kombination aus erholsamer Unterkunft und Stadtnähe. Ein großes Dankeschön auch an den Gastgeber für die herzliche Gastfreundschaft. Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr willkommen gefühlt. Die Atmosphäre ist angenehm persönlich und die gesamte Unterkunft war sehr gepflegt. Wer eine ruhige Basis für Erkundungen in und um Florenz sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln

• Klára (9/5): - Krásná zahrada, kde se dalo v klidu posedět, posnídat. Klid a pohoda. Zastávka autobusu je nedaleko. Spoje do centra jsou časté, ale nejezdí úplně přesně podle jízdního řádu. Je nutné mávnout na autobus, jinak nezastavuje.

• anne (1/5): Nous nous sommes fait avoir!! - L’emplacement est une CAVE avec une seule fenêtre Aspiro_battante et de plus donnant sur le passage donnant accès aux autres maisons de l’ensemble.la cuisine,la chambre et la salle de bains forment l’équivalent d’une grotte.Nous avons pris le large et n’avons donc pas séjourné dans ce lieu.

Lo stile della pietra è il soffitto rustico rievocano le case di una volta in chiave moderna. A 20 metri è presente la fermata del bus 32 e 31 che fermano in piazza san Marco direttamente in centro Nulla

It is a bit far away from the centre of Florence, however we had a car so it was a bit easier to go from one place to another.

• Graziano (10/5): - L'appartamento dispone di tutti i comfort. La struttura è ben situata all'interno di un bel giardino. Letizia ci ha accolti come ospiti facendoci sentire a nostro agio. La fermata del bus che va in centro a pochissimi metri dalla proprietà è utilissima per chi non vuole usare l'auto.
• Boyko (10/5): Perfect experience - I rarely give a maximum score, but Casa Della Ciri offered me an exceptional experience. Safe private parking, clear arrival instructions, comfortable apartment in country style. Big garden with nice shade and chairs. Quiet and efficient airco in the apartment, although I did not used it much - the apartment is in the former cellar of the house and it is naturally cool even in the hot summer. Leticia is a friendly, helpful and energetic host. And the whirlpool (jacuzzi) was the icing of the cake - perfect to dip in later in the evening. There is a bus stop 50m from the house with frequent buses to the center of Florence. But I recommend to consult the app of the Tuscany Bus Company (at.bus) for real-time bus tracking - the timetable is often not followed, due to road works.

The best in it is the electric fireplace, the beautiful garden outside completes the image...if you drive a car, it's a perfect choice, as it has parking space just in front of the door. There is all you would need and more. I was there in late April, it was a bit chilly. You might want to ask for more blankets.

• Pietro (7/5): Good - We liked the decor of the apartment and the cleanliness. The location was good, very close to a bus stop and there was off street parking where we parked our hire car. No satellite TV and no remote control, we reported this to the host, she said she would get a remote control but didn't pull through. By the time we checked out there was still no remote control, this was a bit of a disappointment.
• Mark (10/5): A cosy place that brings you in the spirit of Toscane - The host Leti is very friendly and very helpfull. The house is very cosy and comfortable with all possible devices available. It has also a lot of charm. Our children said goodbye with pain in the heart. The transport by bus 31 or 32 to the city center is practical: the bus stop is about 50 meters from the house. There are many buses a day. The bus is the best way to go to all the tourist places. There are also bicycles available. The airco is perfect. There is a big fridge and freezer. The garden is also beautifull. But beside the comfort it is just a pleasant place to stay. We already want to go back! It is hard to find a negative thing to mention.

• Erik (5/5): Passable - The building and garden are impressive Italian style. The apartement is a dark and very loud dungeon. Loud because the air vents are going out to a very busy street at pavement height, so the cars and buses are running at head height 24/7. At night you will not be able to sleep without ear plugs. Also there is smell of mold. Lots of useless kitchen gadgets but no microwave. Avoid this place, it should be the price of a hostel at the most.

• Paul (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent apartment with a brilliant host. Amazing setting for relaxing after a busy day in Florence. A bit out of town which is great to unwind but not alot in the area if looking for a quick bite to eat. Theres a pizza takeaway 10 mins from the apartment that was really good. Inside the apartment is well equipped with lots of space even when the sofa bed is set up. Would definitely return when visiting Florence in the future.

Nice outdoor area to sit and have dinner. Cottages very Tuscan. Despite having good bus routes outside the property, it is better if you have a car when staying. There is parking outside accommodation.

Private and secure parking on the property, the unit has a great working airconditioning. Bus stop to the city only a few meters away from the property and we also got a great tip for parking garage near the city center. Letizia is a very nice host and will welcome you with open arms.
• Nilesh (6/5): Pleasant - Cozy home. Friendly host. Close to bus stop. Few things were missing like oil, soap, shampoo and other condiments. Also propery is kind of old, surrounding is okay. No microwave. You have to take luggage on dirt ground from road, not good when u have heavy luggage.

Letizia was an incredible host, provided us with all the instructions on how to get to the property and checked in was without a problem, even we came earlier! The apartment is fantastic, nearly renovated, and has a stylish design with everything needed! The location is a bit out from the centre but has private parking, what is important when you travel by car. Also, it has a garden where you can make a grill and eat outside. Highly recommend 10 out of 10” The house is close to the road and the isolation is not so good. So you can hear noise from cars running through.

It wasn’t as clean as we expected from the reviews. We didn’t like the location as it was next to a road with high traffic but narrow pedestrian path, also pretty far from downtown or even from the bus stop to downtown.

Had all the amenities and extra little touches like coffee etc. We throughly enjoyed out stay outside the main area of Firenze where it was less busy. There is also a stunning garden where we had coffee every morning and chilled with a glass of preseco and a book in the afternoon. The buses are excellent so even though it's a 15min bus trip it really doesn't matter and you get to see more of Firenze. Really loved it and would recommend it again. Nothing

• Filip (10/5): Exceptional - It is amazing place of consequent decoration and carefully set up conveniences. Beautiful, rustically build apartment in the old building. Everything we needed was just available within reach. Very convenient kitchen, clean and comfortable bathroom, air conditioner, and set of cosmetics (including shoes deodorant !) Very comfy bed allowed us to sleep the whole night without any problem. It is almost perfect place to stay. In the space garden many places to rest, some of them in shadow among plants. Practically, this place is worthy to stay for a whole week if one wants to visit Florence, Siena and few other beautiful cities. From this point of view, the location is perfect. But the most important about Casa Della Ciri is its owner - very friendly, helpful and always smiling person. Letizia was a pearl on the crown in this place. Note: the pictures are not acurate for the garden - it looks much better.
• Jiri (9/5): Perfect solution to stay for visiting Florence - Nice, cozy apartment in the ground floor of a house located in suburban area of Florence. Easily reachable by car not far from a highway exit. Secure private parking. Nice garden to sit and relax. A bus stop (Autolinee Toscane 31,32 direction city center) near the house. The owner was very kind and helpful, she provided us with detailed instructions on check-in prior to arrival and also gave us a warm welcome.

The kitchen is very well equipped (ty for the coffee). The bathroom was clean. Large and cozy beds. TV with all the channels. I enjoyed the detailed information that we received from the host to reach the property, the parking, and the room. WIFI needs to be improved in coverage.
