Appartamento ampio e attrezzato. Adatto per un breve soggiorno di una persona o una coppia. Proprietari disponibili via messaggio per eventuali richieste. L'appartamento avrebbe bisogno di una rinfrescata, con qualche finitura che mostra i segni del tempo (rubinetti, caloriferi, finestre...). Divano letto non comodissimo.
• Kateryna (10/5): Велика чиста квартира в тихому центрі Венеції - Пречудова квартира, яка розташована в самому центрі Венеції, біля Гранд каналу, на тихій вуличці, де немає туристів і тихо! Зранку, прокидаєшся під дзвони сусіднього собору, замість будильника. Поруч зупинка вапарето, залізничний вокзал, супермаркет. В квартирі дуже чисто, є все необхідне, навіть пральна і посудомийна машина, велика ванна з гарним ремонтом. Зручне ліжко, велика кухня з усім посудом! Просто ідеальне місце для перебування у Венеції!

• Emanuel Llabres (10/5): Hermoso y muy completo departamento - Íncreíble departamento, cómodo, amplio, muy bien remodelado. La cocina es amplia, cómoda si queres cocinarte, contaba con todos los utensillos y además habia de todo, café, té, aceite, sal, galletas, no falraba nada. El baño está remodelado a la modernidad, se nota que han realizado esta remodelación hace poco, amplio, cómodo. La habitación es grande, cómoda, la cama muy confortable. Sinceramente un hermoso despartamento para alojarse en un barrio muy lindo que vale la pena tomarse unas horas para recorrer. No puedo mencionar nada aquí.

Bathroom, Kitchen, and Bedroom were all very nice, and carefully decorated. Very artsy, elegant, and romantic vibe from this newly renovated apartment. Great private wifi connection. Breakfast snacks provided by host. Quiet location a few minutes away from the main walkway. Proximity to train and bus stations in 15-20 minutes of walking. Windows were a bit confusing to operate. And the outdoor lighting could have been better

• Marla (10/5): This is your sign to book this place!! - Pros: My boyfriend and I had the most wonderful stay here! Gioia the host was welcoming, informative and quick to respond on WhatsApp! The apartment is beautiful. It’s airy, light and fully equipped with everything you need like a washer, clothes horse, pegs, washing liquid (literally everything!). Also as someone who has high standards of cleanliness this place was perfectly clean. The locks are very secure so you feel safe. Cannaregio is the local part of town and we loved this spot so much and preferred it to the main tourist spots like San Marco. It’s quiet and tucked away so it feels safe and private. Cannaregio has got the best food spots nearby without the price tag. Couldn’t recommend this apartment enough!!! Cons: Absolutely nothing

• Carin (7/5): Great for two - average for four - Central location, still very quiet. Close to Vaporetto no 1 stop. Possible to walk pretty much everywhere. Nicely decorated apartment and well-equipped kitchen. Though a few more glasses would be nice. Fast replies from the host to all our questions. The double bed was fine - but too hard for our taste. I think it is typically Italian comfort, so if you like such hard beds you will be fine. The sofa and the foldable bed that was used by our teenage daughters were really, really uncomfortable. I recommend this flat for two adults only and then grading would be somewhere between 8-9.
