We enjoyed the concert of Interpreti Veneziani in the church of San Vidal, which was just accross the square. The kitchen is well equipped, we just missed the microwave.

Nada que tenha atrapalhado a estadia Apenas sugestão de melhora - o chuveiro poderia ser mais forte no fluxo de água - poderia ter mais um espelho de corpo todo em algum dos quartos e como a luz é amarela a noite fica ruim de se maquiar na sala quando se está compartilhando a casa com várias pessoas pq outra está no banheiro onde a luz é melhor - a calefação do quarto de cama única não funcionou tão bem

Die Zimmer waren super aufgeteilt, geräumig und gemütlich. Es wäre schön gewesen, wenn es auch kleinere bzw. weichere Kissen zum Schlafen gegeben hätte, nicht alle in unserer Familie kamen mit den flachen, festen Kopfpolstern zurecht.

• Ana (10/5): The hosts were very kind and welcoming, and I’d love to come back for a longer stay in this apartment someday. - I really enjoyed my stay in the apartment — it feels like a real home, not a rental place. It has such a personal touch, especially with all the books that give it such a cozy, lived-in feel! The only downside for me was the rather high price of the stay.

The host aranged the keys personally handed over and provided ncessary information. The facilities are superb...feeling like home, relaxed atmosphere. No specific thing, but had to take our heavy luggage to the second floor. That was OK.

The check in process was easy and the host’s communication was excellent. Nothing. Those looking for a large tv might be disappointed by the size of the tv but that certainly wasn’t us.

• Ling (9/5): Great home for our short stay in Venice. - It’s like walking into a home of an academia. Bookshelves covered with books in most rooms. Full of character, very quiet location. The double glazing helps. Location was good, walking distance away from most places. Clean and comfortable. It’s comfortable so we didn’t mind going back in the middle of the day just to escape from the heat. There is no ac in the rooms but in the main hall and dining room. Would be great if there were fans to help circulate the air around.

• Kalmer (10/5): Great place for bigger company - Centrally located, authentic Venetian style apartment. Cozy, clean, quiet, and very spacious for our company of 5 people. Elena, a young lady whom we met upon check in was really nice and helpful. It was my first experience in Italy that the host arrived in agreed time:) Early check out time, already at 10:00 a.m.
• Jamie (9/5): Great place for a family of 5. - Very accessible. Water bus stop is nearby. Place is clean and beds are comfortable. Host is responsive and helpful. There's just 2 flights of stairs to get to the apartment and some small bridges and few steps to traverse from the water bus stop to get to the apartment. But this is generally the same everywhere in Venice so it is part of the charm. Just be prepared.
• Jelena (10/5): Beautiful and cosy appartment in a beautiful city - The accommodation was beautifully decorated, very cosy and clean. It was very quite but close to all main attractions. The apartment had everything you need even salt and cooking oil, coffees and teas. The host has gone that extra mile to make sure the guests are as comfortable as they can be and even met us at the bust stop. I would definately come back again, no need to look further! Thank you for making us feel welcome and comfortable. This is not a critisim of the apartment itself but there were lots of mosquitoes in the appartment, keep that in mind if you are allergic to bites and bring mosquito repellent spray. This was a problem in all places I stayed during my visit to Italy. But for some reason so much more in Venice.

It is easily accessible by water bus. It is quiet but close to all the action (Rialto, San Marco). The place has personality (great books on the shelves and comfortable furniture.

There was not a microwave in the apartment, which made it difficult for us to warmup our food. 2. The apartment was on the 3rd floor, I was not told this information before, so it was a major challenge with our bulky luggage. Also my group consisted of a 75 yr old person and a 65 yr old as well, so the stairs became a challenge

• Debby (10/5): Exceptional - Friendly welcome, cozy home. Everything on hand. Very helpful. Cleaner wouldn't let us use the toilet when we came back to fetch our luggage before heading to water taxi. Was quite adamant, so we had to run around looking for a public toilet with all our luggage.

• Michelle (9/5): Unique apartment and a cosy stay - Diana met up with us at the ferry dock to take us to the apartment. It was a very nice gesture to give us some tips and directions before we explored the island and we appreciated the personal touch. Decoration was very unique and cosy. The location is very close to S. Angelo ferry station (5 min walk) and you can also catch the water bus from this stop directly to the airport, making the commute a breeze. Beds and pillows are very comfortable. Host provided detergent for the washing machine (thank you!) Overall the apartment was large enough for our family to spread out and felt roomy. Apartment was in a small ally so no water view, not a problem since we knew this when we booked it. We could hear foot steps and neighbors talking quite clearly, not sure if it was coming from downstairs or upstairs so be mindful of this.

Its bright and quiet. It felt like we were staying in a home. Location wise, it is excellent and it has every facility you would need. There is no view.

• Brewer (10/5): Exceptional - Loved living in a flat as the Venetians do! Hosts had amazing follow through and were in direct communication with us throughout our stay. Diana, our greeter, stayed for an extra minute after bringing us to the apartment and explained where we needed go for everything by map! Beds are comfortable, so clean! Was nice to do a load of laundry after a weeks travel…can feel the love that’s been in the flat for many generations! Stairs…third floor. Luckily, I had twenty somethings and a teen with me! ;)

• Andres (8/5): Perfect apartment for a family and with all facilities you need. - The size of the apartment was perfect for us (5 people) with 3 bedrooms. Also, the location, which is near to all the different iconic places in Venice, all within walking distance. Our host received us right at the wharf where the water-bus left us. There are stairs to reach the apartment within the building (second floor), so if you have luggage you need to bear that in mind. Also, across the city, there are stairs everywhere, similarly, you need to consider that when carrying your suitcases. However, this is just the way it is in Venice.

• Nicky (10/5): Spacious homely flat that was great to flop after long walks, central to Venice. - Very roomy. Beds and pillows very comfy. Shutters on windows means total darkness for sleep. Location fabulous as quiet and central with easy short walk to key places and crowds. Diane helpful with questions and picking us up late in eve. I think the AC only works in kitchen/diner/living area, not bedrooms. Shower in bath is quite tight but really not big deal.

We are a family of 5 and we spept comfortably. The place is centrally located and very close to everything. We could do an an early morning stroll and have breakfast at a nearby cafe or stroll late at night to see the area at night and you feel safe. They are very responsive to questions and the one who greeted us - Diana was very kind and helpful. She gave us lots of good tips to get around Venice. I highly recommend to anyone looking to. Travel to Venice.

It had everything we needed, the kitchen was well stocked with utensils etc, there was even a washing machine and a little bowl of washing tablets provided so we could use it (very welcome after 10 days of travelling before arriving!) The beds were very comfortable, and the air con very welcome in the August heat. It was also beautifully decorated - loved all the books, and rugs, and ornaments - just felt so much like someone’s much-loved home, so we felt very welcome and comfortable. Diana, who met us at the Sant’Angelo vaporetta stop and took us to the apartment, was very friendly and helpful and explained all we needed to know. She also gave us a fabulous restaurant recommendation (Osteria Mocenigo, about a 20 min walk away) which we really enjoyed. Nothing

Great communication before check-in, during stay and after visit. The owner even checked in via WhatsApp to make sure everything was ok during our visit. Met from the waterbus stop and walked to residence. Such a homely vibe - everything was perfect. I almost felt bad that we’d turfed someone out of their place. The lounge room was lovely with plenty of room to sit. The bedrooms were very spacious. The kitchen, dining room and bathroom were clean and spacious also. Everything was great - no complaints.

• Andrew (9/5): Really nice apartment with close proximity to all you need in Venice. - We enjoyed our stay and the location. The apartment was clean and very roomy and perfect for our family of four. You are about a 15 minute walk to everything, including San Marco square and Rialto bridge. There is a large square and shopping close by with plenty of dining options. The apartment has a laundry machine and drying rack for the balcony, which was very helpful for our trip. Having coffee and tea in the apartment was great. Communication with the hosts could have been friendlier. Even their messaging inside the apartment has a "stay off my lawn" sentiment. Know that if you have to leave early in the morning and have luggage, it's a long walk to water bus station because the closest one doesn't run early in the morning.

• Atherton (9/5): Fab stay in central Venice - It has an excellent location close to San Marco, The Peggy Guggenheim, and central Venice. The apartment is large well-appointed and has great space for eating breakfast/dinner or playing games, Perfect for families with loads of space. While the internet is rock solid the TV setup leads a bit to be desired. The tv must be 20 inches, max. Seems a bit funny and it would have been nice to have more functional space for children and potential for some downtime if staying a while.
