Aggiungerei almeno altre 4 seggiole, migliorerei il confort dei due bagni e curerei un pochino meglio la pulizia, ma tutto sommato non abbiamo rilevato problemi importanti. Magari insonorizzerei le finestre delle camere che danno sulla strada
• Inna (10/5): Рекомендуємо! - Житло дуже сподобалося! Було чисто, затишно та комфортно, все повністю відповідало опису. Окремий плюс — закрита парковка, що дуже зручно і додає відчуття безпеки. Також локація чудова: житло знаходиться недалеко від центру Мілану, тому легко дістатися до всіх основних визначних місць. Особливо хочеться відзначити господарів — вони були максимально привітні, уважні та турботливі. Завжди були на зв’язку, допомагали з будь-якими питаннями і зробили наше перебування ще приємнішим. Залишилися тільки позитивні враження, із задоволенням зупинилися б тут ще раз 😊

• Alice (10/5): Ottimo, a pochi passi dal Duomo! - Tutto perfettamente pulito! Posizione top, poco distante dal Duomo e dalla terrazza si ha una vista panoramica della città stupenda! Per chi arriva in auto un plus è sicuramente il parcheggio disponibile nel cortile interno! I nostri Host super gentili e disponibili!!
• İsmail İlhan (10/5): Biz çok memnun kaldık. Tavsiye olunur. - Öncelikle bulunduğu bölge çok güzel, sessiz ve güvenli. Ayrica Duoma ya yuruyerek 15dk uzaklikta. Binaya ait otopark olmasi benim icin buyuk artiydi. Ev çok temizdi ve bir mimar olarak bina ve evdeki bazi detaylar benim cok ilgimi cekti. Ayrica ev sahibi Anna canayakinligi ve yardimseverligi ile tum ailemizin takdirini kazandi. Bir sonraki milano gezimizde tek tercihimiz olacak bir isletme. Oturma bolumune bir iki koltuk ilavesi olabilir.

• Sulaiman (10/5): - We spent one day here on 1/10/2025. At the time of our arrival, the man was waiting for us; he carried our luggage and was very cooperative. They also allowed us to check in early at 11 AM. The place is close to Dumo Plaza, approximately 1.5 km away and it was very clean. We enjoyed our stay here, and I definitely recommend it.

• Burcu (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was close to the Duomo, 15 minutes walk way. There is a free car park at the location, belongs to the apartment. The building parking and the street is at a very secure and quiet place. Bed and linens were clean. Two room and two bathroom was enough for 5/6 people. Our host Paolo, was very friendly and helpfull. He answered our questions immediately. There was nothing that we didn't like.

• Ganesh (5/5): Passable - A large apt, well stocked dishes and new smart TV everything works decently . Great host. It’s old. It seems like you are staying in an apt owned by some old relative. The AC controls, heating etc seem dated. To take a shower you have to step into a broken jacuzzi. There are so many drawers is confusing. The main door needs a new lock etc. Bad lighting everywhere, it’s a quriky apt. Lots of books mostly in Italian but looks nice. Beautiful wooden floors need polishing. The flat really needs updating. My wife got respiratory problems while there due to the very old dust in the vents. For the price, it’s not really close to any monuments or duomo. The host Zalman gets 5 stars. He took care of anything we needed during our 11 night stay. Even installed a new smart tv on my request. Maybe contact him for his other newer properties not this one.

Host was amazing, great introduction to the airport and incredibly helpful. It has an elevator as well - which I've found to be relatively rare in accommodation like this. The beds could have been a little bit more comfortable but the people staying with us didn't have any complaints so I suppose this could be down to personal preference rather that uncomfortable beds.

As it is located 15 min walking distance of the Duomo, it offers the perfect balance of proximity to the city's iconic landmarks and tranquility away from the bustling crowds. The apartment is equipped with all the necessities. Paolo was a great host, he recommended us very nice local restaurants that added to the authenticity of our experience.

Plenty of space to move around- decent 2beds 2baths Dated and there is no screen on the balcony doors- we opened it when we first got there- view was great but when it was time to sleep both of my kids were attacked by mosquitoes. Needs a repainting as some paints were peeled. Can be cleaner as well.

• Shadli (8/5): Comfortable and nice apartment - The apartment is quite nice has a rustic feel to it with the wooden flooring the leather sofa and the wall to wall book shelf. It's a two bedroom apartment comfortable for a family of 4 with two bathrooms (one next to the kitchen but it was fine). The host was very nice, attentive and offered us viable information on our whereabouts. It’s not as close as I expected it to be from Duomo Cathedral Square. It’s actually about a 20 minute walk. Walking to it was fine but going back to the apartment we opted for a taxi after a long day.

Lots of the lights were not working one of the showers leaked and both didn’t maintain temperature. The single beds in the second room uncomfortable. not enough seating in the lounge for 4 people.

The water in the shower drains slowly, the lights did not work in the hallway where the wardrobes are, the elevator is very slow and apartment is on fifth floor. We paid in cash tax fee 48 EUR and the host did not give us a confirmation that he paid the tax fee, although he said a couple of times that he would deliver as confirmation.

It was clear and easy to find everything. The apartment is very well located, and the apartment is SUPER clear and comfortable. I highly recommend it. There is a parking inside the building which is great, since finding a parking space in Milan is almost impossible.

• Alexandros (10/5): Very conveniant , very central, very helpfull host! - The apartment is very central , just a ten minute walk to Duomo Cathedral , very conveniant. Paolo the host is very helpfull and always available to help for anything you may need. The fact that au on request Paolo can offer a parking space within the building was also very helpfull for us. Next time we find our selves in Milan , we ll definatly conseder this apartment! Nothing basically , evrything was fine. Minor things are imeddiatly solved by the host.
