• Jayaram (10/5): Excellent stay enjoyed every moment of it. - The accommodation was very nice and met all our expectations, nice two-bedroom with 2 baths. It was very conveniently located, walking distance to a metro which makes getting to all tourist attractions easy. There is a supermarket and no. of shops and restaurants nearby. Nothing to speak off.

• Lyn (10/5): Great start to a week in Italy. Hope the rest is as enjoyable - Great location. Loved the part of the city it was located in. Apartment very comfortable for two couples. We especially liked having two bathrooms. They had been recently remodeled. Comfortable beds.

• Anthony (10/5): A pleasant and comfortable vacation. - Convenience of the facilities downstairs Our upstairs neighbor rang our doorbell at 11 p.m., assuming we were being loud, when we had simply returned from a trip. Although we frequently hear noise from her unit, including her dog and her snoring, I chose not to escalate the matter and remained stoic.

• David (8/5): Very nice - Nice apartment in a great location, slightly away from the hustle & bustle of Rome. There was no hot water during our stay - apparently there was an issue with the hot water system, which I'm told would be rectified promptly. Several items e.g. the coffee machine, the sink in one of the bathrooms are a bit dated and could do with some attention.

It was in a nice area and was a great place to go back to after long days of walking. Nothing I didn’t like. The elevator was really small but that did not hamper us in any way.

Gabriele was very accommodating & organised our taxi for airport at 4.30am which arrived on time so we were very grateful. Perfect stay for 3 people. Door lock was quite tricky initally but we managed to work it out! Could do with a second set of keys.

• Todd (10/5): Really enjoyed this over a standard hotel stay - Great location in a non-touristy part of Rome – we really enjoyed eating in the area that was populated mainly by local residents rather than tourists. Fairly easy to get to other parts of Rome, including a 20 minute walk to the Colosseum and Roman forum.

Bus stop outside took you to the colleseum and other hop on hop off destinations too. Restaurants and bars were fantastic. Accommodation was modern, very clean, had two bathrooms and two fridges. Beds very comfortable. Had an elevator. Breakfast treats and juice very much appreciated. NOTHING. Everything perfect. Was a bit difficult trying to work the three different doors to enter but once sorted was easy. Instructions to enter apartment door didn’t say ‘press any key’ before entering the code. This made the key pad live. Elevator was tiny but worked!!!
• Eleonor (9/5): Lovely apartment - Gabriele is very accommodating. Comfortable for only 4 people. It’s clean Lots of restaurants nearby. We had a problem on the internet . We had a trouble putting our luggages because of early arrival. Had a trouble speaking with the guardian as he doesn’t speak english. No one sleeps on the couch and have to squeeze in the double bed.
• Donna (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is really lovely, spacious and homely. Gabriele was always accommodating and helpful, quick to respond to any queries. Neat and tidy, you easily feel at home. It was very convenient to walk to the colostrum. The beds were a tad firm, but that's personal preference.
• Kim (10/5): A beautiful and perfect stay!! - A perfect stay at this property. It is located about a 20 minute walk from the Coliseum or a short bus ride in a beautiful residential area with many authentic restaurants and other related amenities. The apartment is beautifully decorated and is amazingly clean. The host is very responsive. 10/10 for sure.
• Maha (7/5): Good - Area is cute We had told the owner that the property wasn’t clean enough and up to our regular standards. He said that he would send someone to clean. Unfortunately, it still wasn’t clean when we came back. He also requested for us to pay an extra charge for a Paypal transfer. Normally we wouldn’t care, but given that it wasn’t clean, we were thrown off by this. It was disappointing.

The apartman is very well equipped and clean, it's comfortable with the two bathrooms. There are more good restaurants, bakery and a super winery as we step out from the house. Sights are easy to reach, the Colosseum and Caracalla's therme are close by walk, and we can reach the center by bus. Thanks for everything.

• Kerri (8/5): Very nice comfortable apartment, a little out of the way. - Very cheerful and clean. Great A/C. Very good security as you needed to use your phone to unlock at 3 points to get in (outer gate, building door, apartment door locks). Beds were very comfortable. The location was walkable to most places (27 mins to Roma Tuscolana for train, 17 mins to San Giovanni for metro, and 20 mins for colosseum) but with luggage or end of the day walking back was tiring. There are buses but getting tickets at shops was confusing and every place we tried buying tickets had either run out or didn’t sell them.
• Syed (9/5): Superb - Neighborhood where apartment is located is with in walking distance from coliseum and other attractions. There are is quite a few great places for food close to the apartment.
• Kavish (9/5): Superb - The location is very good in a quiet neighborhood, within walking distance from Colosseum. Our host Gabriele was very helpful from the start of our booking. He helped us book our taxi at an odd hour in the night. The apartment was very clean and cozy. We had a very good time. The pricing was also very reasonable compared to the hotel prices in Rome.

The local bars and restaurants are very friendly and good value. Use the 714 bus from Termini Nothing.

The lounge and kitchen were also very spacious and very well equipped. we have stayed at many places around the world but would really recommend this apartment to anyone wishing to visit Rome. It is located a stones throw from the ancient city walls and was only a 15 minute walk to the coliseum. There are three really good and very reasonably priced restaurants literally on your doorstep and a convenience store to pick up all your essentials - and all open late. our host Gabriele could not have been more helpful. we are definitely staying here again if and when we next visit Rome.
