O cuidado com os detalhes, decoração, móveis e eletrodomésticos é digno de elogio. Roberto é m anfitrião gentil e solícito. Nos ajudou muito! Um pequeno registro precisa ser feito: o ruído da rua começa cedo e vai até tarde. As janelas possuem isolamento acústico, então isolam bem os ruídos, mas não totalmente. Se você não liga para isso, é super recomendado!

• annelize (10/5): Beautiful apartment with excellent location - This is a beautifully decorated apartment full of character and charm in a very conveniently located part of Florence. Roberto met my dad and I upon arrival and check in was efficient but warm and welcoming. When we later had some water problems (which we caused ourselves by accident) he did not hesitate to help - even late at night. He gave us an excellent restaurant recommendation. The apartment is well equipped. We appreciated the space, lovely patio (and drying rack where we could let our clothes dry) and location right next to a legendary bakery and close to the market. We would recommend this place any day! nothing

• Pei Hsun (10/5): 很喜歡這邊 就像家裡一樣舒服 位置也很方便 - Roberto很親切的歡迎我們 房子非～常～美～ 沒有電梯但是只有一層樓高而已 這間房子是全家此趟義大利行最喜歡的住宿 而且地理位置十分優越 去哪裡都很方便 雖然樓下是市集 但窗戶隔音效果相當厲害 關起窗戶真的聽不太到外面的聲音 床也很舒服 一切都很滿意 後來需要補廁所衛生紙和咖啡房東也當天滿足我們的需求 check out那天火車是下午 房東人很好也讓我們寄放行李 如果之後要再來一定會在選擇這邊 太喜歡了 一切都相當完美

• Ana (10/5): - De tudo. Não temos nada a apontar de negativo. O apartamento está numa localização perfeita, extremamente central, muitos restaurantes muito bons à porta e supermercados. A decoração é muito linda, o apartamento é muito confortável e está muito bem equipado. O anfitrião, Roberto é muito simpático e deu-nos indicações para aproveitar o melhor da nossa estadia. Se voltarmos a Florença não iremos escolher outro lugar para ficar.

A localização não poderia ser melhor: fica no coração de Florença, próximo das principais atrações e com muitos restaurantes incríveis ao redor. Pudemos explorar tudo a pé, o que facilitou muito os nossos passeios pela cidade. Já com vontade de voltar!

The bedding was very comfortable. And even though the apartment was right above a leather market that opened early in the morning, it didn't prevent us from sleeping (the double glazing was very efficient). Finally, the building was close from everything and the proximity with the "Mercato Central" was very appreciated (ideal to buy daily fresh fruits and vegetables). Nothing to say

• ATHINA (10/5): spacious, spotless, beautifully designed, and perfectly located in the heart of Florence. - This was the best apartment we've ever stayed in in a big city! It was very spacious, spotlessly clean, and beautifully decorated with great architecture. The location was ideal — right in the city center, just 6 minutes from both the train station and the Duomo, and about 10 minutes from the Uffizi Gallery. Despite being so central and close to the busy leather market, the apartment was very quiet. The air conditioning worked perfectly in every room, even in July. The bakery just below was super convenient for a nice breakfast. The owner was very friendly and gave us helpful tips about Florence. We were also able to leave our luggage after checkout, which we really appreciated. Absolutely fantastic stay! We were truly sad that we had to leave this great apartment!

• Sean (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is very comfortable, and the a/c worked great during our summer stay. The beds were great and the water pressure in the shower was perfect. The kitchen was decorated in a rustic Tuscan style and it had everything we needed to make our breakfasts. The location was so convenient to the train station, museums, the Duomo, markets, and the best restaurants. Roberto, our host, made checking in and out easy, and offered recommendations for restaurants. Only that we had to leave after a few days. We love Florence and hope to stay in this apartment again.
• Simon (9/5): Comfortable stay - The apartment was clean and comfortable. We did not experience any noise issue. Location is convenient. Everything worked. At one point during our four nights stay we requested toilet paper and it was delivered 24 hours later. It was only a minor issue as we could buy it and as a matter of fact we bought it ourselves. However, we found out later that the host actually live in the same building and that delay in delivery was quite unreasonable and that left a bad taste in the mouth.
• Rafael (9/5): We were comfortable during our stay at the property. - Love the design of the place. It was clean and had all necessary appliances. It's near everything in our itinerary so that was a big plus. Robert was a good host and gave us stellar restaurant recommendations. I would book this property again when I go back to Florence with my friends. The location is along a street of street vendors so it took a while for us to find it and there was no elevator so it was a challenge to bring our luggages up the stairs. No major complaints, though.
• Douglas (10/5): Great place to stay with excellent hosts. We will be back!! - Everything was amazing. The location, the accommodation and the hosts. We all loved our time here. Exploring the local market, the lanes, the restaurant and bars and of course the tourist attractions. Our hosts were on hand to offer recommendations throughout via text. And we enjoyed our breakfast and late evenings in the ‘courtyard’. A trip next door to buy pastries for breakfast and a pot of hot coffee brewed on the stove made for a great start to the day. Good Perfect host. The only tiny issue I had was the water pressure in the shower was quite poor.

It was very spacious and so comfortable. All main attractions on the 'door step'. Walkable to the main sites in minutes. Surrounded by great restaurants and bars. Host, Roberto gave us great recommendations for beaches and restaurants. He always answered any questions I asked very promptly. Would definitely come back when we next visit Florence and recommend this apartment to friends and families. You could not pick a better apartment or location for your visit to Florence. I chose it based on previous visitors reviews and they were all correct. Outstanding. Nothing. Everything was perfect.

You are right in the middle of Florence, right next to famous leather market (literally its right downstairs) and 5-7 minutes away from major attractions, like Market Centrali, Duomo, Piazza del Republica and many others. Couldn't ask for a better apartment, a better location, and a better host. Perfecto! Shower is very low pressure. The apartment is right in the middle of leather market, so vendors start setting up at 6am. When windows are closed, it's not that big of a deal, but something to be aware of

• Mil (10/5): Great experience, highly recommend - Apartment is so charming! The location is perfect it’s a 3 minute walk to the Dumomo and a couple minute walk to most other popular locations. There’s an open market across the street which is open until midnight with fresh food and drinks along with the leather market right outside the entrance. It is noisy in the morning and throughout the day which is to be expected considering the location. But in reality most central locations will be noisy and it’s to be expected. Shower pressure wasn’t great.

• Paul (8/5): Lovely little apartment in a great area - Great, friendly host. Brilliant location. Great modern facilities in the apartment. Good wifi. Some extra food items provided which was a nice touch. Easy check in and out process. The double bed in the back room was two singles and between that and the matress protector under the sheets it led to a less comfortable nights sleep. However I moved to the front room which was more comfortable. We were kept awake by a faulty washing machine alarm. This is the only reason i did not give 10/10.
