• Anders (8/5): Very clean. A solid 8 out of 10. Complicated check-in - + Incredibly well cleaned place. The floors were shining. No dust. + The air quality was very good in the apartment. + Comfortable pillows + Kitchen (gas stove) with basic equipment. Bonus point for a wooden cutting board and not plastic. - The booking and check in process was somewhat… strange. When I first had booked this place I received a confirmation with the information that I would need to pay a deposit of 100 euro upon my arrival, not too strange. However, the deposit had to be paid in cash. I made sure to have the cash with me and before my arrival and also wrote to the host that I would need a receipt after having paid the deposit. The host, who was very prompt to reply via booking.com, told me his colleague would meet me and leave the keys. I was then messaging on WhatsApp with this other person, the colleague of the host. I messaged my expected time of arrival, first giving a time span of one hour (expected arrival between 5pm-6pm) and then a more exact time after having left the airport by metro (around 5:15pm). I kept this other person updated via WhatsApp. However, I’m not a local in Milan and was 15 min late. Just before my arrival I received a message saying they could not stay for much longer. I did not appreciate to have such a narrow time slot for check in. And the deposit I did not have to pay after all, as they could not arrange a time to give it back to me. - There is a manual of this place in a folder. Some helpful information, for example the WiFi code. But also a clear expectation by the host that they are only interested in reviews scoring 9 or 10. I appreciate the honesty and goal to have a superb place. However I would rate this place a solid 8 (even though the check in was strange to say the least). For me to give it a 9 or 10 the place needs an upgrade. For example, a hotel type of bed, furniture that is not worn down, a more modern bathroom (at least a new light bulb that does not flicker) and not a plastic table cloth on the kitchen table. And ideally thicker walls (the neighbor sang often and late, at least she has a nice voice and could sing in tune).
• Florian (9/5): Bon appartement bien équipé - L'appartement était propre et bien équipé. Était mis à disposition : Linges pour le corps, visage/cheveux, sol. Du savon pour les mains, gel douche et shampoing. L'appartement est bien situé, à 5 minutes à pied d'une entrée de métro. Il y a une supérette, des boulangeries et restaurants pas loin également. Le propriétaire Marco est très sympathique, arrangeant et se débrouille bien en anglais.
• Ayşe (10/5): If I visit Milan again, I would definitely choose to stay here again. - My son and I stayed in this apartment for 11 days during our trip to Milan, and we were very happy with our experience. The apartment is located in a historic building and has a clean, comfortable room with two beds. There is a small French balcony, and opening the shutters to see the potted flowers and the lovely view was a wonderful way to start the day. The small kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed, and the entire place was spotless. The host was extremely kind and welcoming during the key handover. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, away from the tourist crowds of the city center, yet very close to a metro station, which made getting around Milan quick and easy. If I visit Milan again, I would definitely choose to stay here again.

Temizlik gayet iyiydi.Lokasyon güvenli metroya 5 dk yürüyüş mesafesinde turro durağından duamo kırmızı hat üzerinden 5 -6 durak. Teşekkürler Marco. Milano'da ısıtmada 19 derece kuralı varmış malesef buna alışık olmadığımız için biz üşüdük. Bu daire ile direk ilgili değil ama bizi mutsuz eden konu buydu.

• Irena (9/5): Nice apartment in Turro, Milan. - Great location (especially for Monza F1 race), quite neighborhood, free parking in front of the building, clean, good WiFi, close to metro station, lot of restaurants, cafés, supermarkets near by, easy check-in and check-out. Small shower cabin size, but we didn’t mind since everything else was good.

• Myroslava (9/5): Superb - The property is located quite good, 5 min to metro station. The neighborhood around was quite pleasant and calm. In the apartment there was everything needed for short term stay, including hair dryer and iron. We were staying in the apartment at the end of April and it was quite cold inside, cause heating was already off in Milan. But there were additional blankets, so it was manageable. Besides, owner offered to fix the heating if needed for us, which was nice from his side. I would recommend this apartment since it’s good value for money, convenient location and good place to stay. I think some things like sponge dishes can be changed for each guest, but otherwise it was fine.

My arrival was delayed by 1 hour (From 6pm to 7pm) because of a delay in my train and the host was very understanding and told me not to worry. 10/10
• Thomas (10/5): A brilliant place, in a brilliant location! - The location was very good, it was in close proximity to several metro stations. It was also fairly close to the main station. Every major location in the city was reachable within some 25-30 minutes. There was also not a shortage of plugs or electrical connections. Nothing!:)

The apartment was impeccably clean and well-maintained, which made my stay all the more comfortable. The level of tidiness and neatness was impressive, with everything in its rightful place, giving the apartment a sense of organization and order. The apartment was also quite spacious, providing ample room for me to move around freely without feeling cramped or confined. The furniture was comfortable and provided great support, allowing me to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring the city. Furthermore, the amenities provided in the apartment were top-notch. The kitchen was well-equipped with all the necessary appliances and utensils, making it easy for me to whip up a quick meal. The bathroom was also well-stocked with clean towels and toiletries, ensuring that I had everything I needed to stay fresh and clean. Overall, I had an excellent experience staying in this apartment. The cleanliness, tidiness, and neatness of the space, combined with the level of comfort it provided, made my stay all the more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a hassle-free and comfortable place to stay. None.

• Dumitru-cosmin (10/5): Everything was as we expected, even better - Everything was clean, our host was very nice towards us, helped us with anything we needed. We had to change our check-out time to an earlier hour and he was very kind to agree to it. We had everything we needed for 4 nights in Milan, there were even feminine hygiene products in the bathroom. The apartment also has a little balcony where you can hang washed clothes. It was everything we needed and thank him for this nice experience. For some people it might be a disadvantage that there isn't a king size bed, just two single beds but for us it wasn't an issue.
