• Enza (7/5): - L’appartamento gode di un’ottima posizione. È spazioso e ben attrezzato. Il riscaldamento funziona bene. Le finestre delle camere non sono insonorizzate, per questo i rumori provenienti dalla strada disturbano la quiete del sonno. Alcune prese non sono funzionanti e la porta di una delle camere da letto è rotta e questo non ha consentito la giusta privacy.

• Tatiana (1/5): Mai più! - La posizione e la dimensione dell’appartamento Una struttura del genere non dovrebbe essere resa disponibile: sporca, trasandata, fatiscente e maleodorante. Doccia quasi inutilizzabile poiché senza vetro, intasata e senza sifone. Porte senza vetro o senza serratura. Ciliegina sulla torta: ci siamo svegliati con strane macchie sul corpo

• Bonaventura (7/5): Gita a Firenze - Ci sono molto piaciute la posizione ottimale, gli spazi, la pulizia, la comunicazione con la struttura, il servizio di accoglienza.molto bene il prezzo pagato per 4 giorni Purtroppo dobbiamo rilevare alcune pecche per correttezza e sono: il mancato funzionamento del montacarichi e successivamente la mancata comunicazione del ripristino. Il secondo bagno senza specchio e senza tenda per la chiusura della doccia. Mancano appendici in entrambi i bagni.
• Stella (3/5): No lo recomiendo - La ubicación, muy buena y el chico que nos hizo el check in. ¡Una experiencia pésima! El alojamiento apesta a humedad, lo cual es totalmente inaceptable. NO TIENE ASCENSOR, y lo peor: nos quedamos atrapados dentro y tuvimos que llamar a los BOMBEROS para salir. La casa está llena de muebles viejos y desgastados, parece sacada de otra época. Para colmo, el precio es exageradamente alto para lo poco (y mal) que ofrece. No lo recomiendo en absoluto.

• Angelo (5/5): Soggiorno Via dei Fossi 2 - La posizione Sulla presentazione è riportato che c'è ascensore ma in realtà è un montacarichi di circa 60 cm di larghezza e raggiungibile dopo circa 20 gradini. Per accedere all'appartamento ci sono tre gradini a scendere. Le camere si presentavano arredate diversamente dalle foto di presentazione, e la cucina è trascurata, i bagni non hanno mensole e ganci per le asciugamani ed in uno è presente un piccolo gradino all'ingresso in cui è facile inciampare. La casa ha un grande potenziale però sembra abbandonata a se stessa. C'è anche una cabina armadio ma parzialmente occupata da oggetti. Sono presenti troppe ciabatte elettriche. In una camera da letto c'è un armadio malandato la cui porta sembra poter cadere all'improvviso.

• Ernesto (8/5): Para descansar y dormir. - Si solamente buscas un lugar para dormir y descansar, es una buena opción. La ubicación es muy buena, cerca de todas las zonas para visitar. Es una zona tranquila pese a que hay varios restaurantes en la misma calle. Es un tercer piso con ascensor, pero yo no lo utilizaría, parece una caja de zapatos. Las camas son cómodas. Tiene aire acondicionado, pero no enfriaba mucho pero mantenía los dormitorios frescos por la noche. Dos de las habitaciones tenían ventilador. Te aconsejo cerrar las contraventanas, para mantener las habitaciones frescas durante el día y que los rayos del Sol no las calienten mucho. Hay dos baños, que para duchase y refrescarse, sirven perfectamente. La cocina tiene microondas, horno, calentador de agua y cocina a gas. Platos, tazas, vasos y cubiertos. Necesita que le hagan un poco de mantenimiento porque se nota el uso y desgaste con el tiempo. No hay aire acondicionado en la entrada ni en la cocina, por lo que son las estancias más calurosas de la vivienda. Había un ventilador en la cocina, pero no funcinaba porque el cable estaba roto. El aire acondicionado no se podía cambiar la temperatura.

• Wu (7/5): Good - Very spacious rooms and good kitchen. Convenient location. The elevator doesn’t work functionally. the stuff helps us with the keys though the key doesn’t work for the elevator of our floor.
• Paul (3/5): Apartment needs a bit of attention . - Arrival instructions are clear. The location is good. In need of a deep clean. No shower curtain on one shower. Odd fix to missing shower doors on the other shower, which had inconsistent hot water. Kitchen units showing signs of age. Doors and door frames need a clean. WiFi present but not working. One bed had four slats missing from the base.
• Imre (8/5): Spacious modern apartment in the city center. - A big advantage of the accommodation is that it is in the city center, all important attractions can be reached within 10-20 minutes. Check-in and check-out was flexible, we put the key in a box. Although there is an elevator in the house, we were not given a key for it. Spacious modern apartment, but in some places it would need renovation. The rooms were clean, but there was dust around the windows, there were cigarette butts on the window sills, and one of the rooms had a dried-up large soaking tub. The kitchen, including the dishes, would need a thorough cleaning. The kettle was bad, we reported this to the host, but he did not respond.
• Frank (8/5): Great Location close to everything - Excellent location and worked well for walking around Florence. Easy to go over the river and check out other side. Some nice places to eat close by. The hosts were excellent on communication and responsiveness and flexible with us arrival a departure. We communicated our arrival and when we arrived at train station it was only a 15 minute walk to place. They had someone waiting for us to open up and provide keys and show place around. From here really a easy walk to Central Market Duomo and Museums and Boboli gardens. Keep in mind this is on top floor and they have a elevator but only for 1 person at a time with one bag. We used stairs but on 3rd floor. overall apartment was good but would be nice if they add some additional towel racks and shelving to place amenities and towels and one bathroom would benefit from a shower curtain. Not is issue for us but this place like a lot of places in Italy only have a washer and no dryer. They have drying racks which we used but something to keep in mind.

• Natasa (7/5): Good - Good comunication with the host, great location, near to all the important sightseeing spots. Good value for the money, spacious. The pictures don't reflect the reality: the beds are different, and are in fact two twin beds one next to another, the walls are dirty, the kitchen had mold on the furniture and it's not inviting, and one of the bathrooms was smelly and it's shower didn't look very hygenic. The windows do not propperly isolate the noise from the street, so you need earplugs to get uninterrupted sleep. One of the unprepared beds had some dark stains on them. The whole appartment needs some love and renovation after which it would surely be a 10.

Great communication with host-very quick replies and great instructions on accessing the apartment. Only issue was lack of consistent hot water. Host was very quick to respond and to send a technician.
• Robert (8/5): Very good - Excellent location. Two bathrooms and plenty of space for a family. Clean. Very responsive staff. We really enjoyed staying here. The excellent location comes with a lot of noise during the night. The six flights of stairs could be wearing if you have any mobility issues. The hot water wasn't fully functioning during our stay and the drains were quite smelly in one bathroom.

• Assar (8/5): Very good - Spacious apartment Clean Two toilets with showers Location AC One set of keys to enter the stairway to the apartment. Difficult when you're a group of people to organise. It should have been codelock to the doors, like the main entrance door.

Very good support from team when problems with lack of hot water and insufficient bedding. Both problems quickly resolved. Tired looking in need of painting. Limited glasses in kitchen. Crockery not properly cleaned. 3rd floor apartment with lift out of order.
