• Irene (10/5): Wunderbarer Aufenthalt in Venedig 😀 - Ruhige Lage im Stadtteil Castello, sehr vorteilhaft für den Besuch z.B. des historischen Zentrums von Venedig aber auch der Biennale in Arsenale und Giardini! Sehr gute Erreichbarkeit der öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel (Wassertaxi). Apartment ist gut geeignet auch für längeren Aufenthalt in Venedig!
• Ana (10/5): Wonderful - Wonderful stay in Venice. The apartment was very comfortable, clean, and perfectly located, especially for visiting the Biennale and moving around the city easily. Riccardo was incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful throughout the stay, making everything feel smooth and welcoming. I truly felt at home there and would absolutely stay again on a future trip to Venice.

• Christine (10/5): Perfekt von Anfang bis zur Abreise, wir lieben Venedig, Castello und die tolle Unterkunft. - Der Gastgeber war super sympathisch, informativ und hilfsbereit und hat uns all unsere Fragen mehr als beantwortet. Zusätzlich gibt es in der Unterkunft eine kleine Mappe mit allen wichtigen Infos. Besonders hilfreich war auch seine Liste mit Lokalen geordnet nach Preis, Atmosphäre und Gegend. Die Lage der Unterkunft war für uns einfach ein Traum. Die Stufen runter und schon standen wir vor unserem Frühstückslokal, einer kleinen feinen Bacaria und daneben gleich ein wunderbares Restaurant mit täglicher frischen Karte mit den Fischfängen des Tages. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten waren in perfekter Nähe. Von der Station Arsenal AliLaguna sind es nicht mal 4 Min bis zum Appartment. Wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder. Top Gastgeber, Top Siestriere/Viertel Castello, wo auch die Venezianer leben, lachen, einkaufen, essen und trinken-wir haben unseren Aufenthalt mehr als genossen. • Michel (10/5): Très agréable - Nous avons apprécié la propreté, l’emplacement, le calme, la literie, la déco… Nous avons été également très agréablement surpris de trouver des ingrédients de base dans la cuisine, sel, poivre, huile, sucre… et même des capsules de Nespresso! La salle de bains était pourvue de produits de toilette de qualité… dans l’entrée des parapluies (qui nous ont été très utiles), des conseils pour les restaurants, pâtisseries… rien ne manquait pour notre confort.

• Inga (9/5): Polecam - rewelacyjna miejcówka :) - Świetna lokalizacja, super czysty apartament klimatyzacją. Łóżka wygodne, dużo miejsca na ubrania. Ricardo był niezwykle pomocny i kontakt z nim był bardzo łatwy. Można podpłynąć bardzo blisko taksówką wodną, 5 min od apartamentu są przystanki promów. Naprzeciwko rewelacyjna pasticceria i można zjeść super śniadanie w stylu włoskim (kawa i cornetto - rewelacja!). Wydaje mi się, że w opisie nie jest wspomniane, iż do mieszkania (na 1 piętrze) prowadzą dosyć wąskie i strome schody - może to być problematyczne dla osób mających problemy z przemieszczaniem się. Może warto to wskazać. Dla osób bez ograniczeń ruchowych nie ma to większego znaczenia.

• Lena (9/5): It is a great apartment to stay, especially if you want to spend most of the time exploring Venice and its surrounding. - Location, location, location. You simply can’t beat it. It is only 4 min away from the San/Marco-Zachariah vaporetto stop but also away from all crowded places. The host, Ricardo, is extremely helpful and friendly. The apartment has 2 good size bedrooms. 2 a/c are located in a living room and in a hallway. There are a lot of cafe and restaurants near by as well as a supermarket. It is quiet and cozy. There are is no balcony or terrace or a good view.

Easy walking distance to all the main attractions and very close to the water taxi. Riccardo was an excellent host, met us at the apartment and had lots of suggestions and recommendations for restaurants and supermarkets etc. We also appreciated that he checked in with us during our stay to make sure everything was ok. Greeted us personallky on arrival and per,itted an early check-in, plus arranged for our water taxi when we were leaving. The apartment was cozy and cheerful. This is our favorite neighborhood in Venice and the location was perfect. Shutters blocked out any (light) street noise from the (recommended) restaurant opposite. The bed was incredibly comfortable and we slept well. There appeared to be a problem with the thermostat/radiator connection at first.

Restaurants, grocery, artists, scenery, ...etc all within a few steps. Clean air and comfortable temperatures within the apartment. Well equipped kitchen and bathroom.
