Jen (5/5): FLORENCE NEST - Great walkable location. However NOTE there is hostel nearby wth very loud young travelers partying every night until 2am every day. Apt is very small and main bed is accessed in high loft which is quite tricky to go up and down. Elderly beware... Apt is very plain, not welcoming, but serviceable. It was just ok.
Ildiko (3/5): Great location, but not so great conditions - The location is very good, the station and the tram to the airport are really close, there are shops, bars, restaurants all around and even there's a luggage store nearby. Also, the water pressure is excellent in the shower. The place is very noisy, the bars right underneath are loud with chatter and yelling people until midnight or longer, especially on weekends. When they finally quiet down, the echoing stairwell picks it up with banging doors and early risers talking on the phone. The cleanliness was questionable (crumbs on the rug, dirt in the plastic basin). The apartment is crowded and filled with rickety, secondhand furniture. You better be careful with the perfectly unreasonable split level steps in such a tiny flat, too. The downstairs sofa bed was missing 4 out of 6 slats under the pillows, the remaining 2 were also lost because they were already broken and fixed with paper tape. The metal bedframe was poking through the thin mattress. The upstairs bed filled up the gallery space, you must crawl up on it lengthwise to lay down on it. The varnished stairs to the gallery were so steep and slippery, that even without the infernal "alternating tread " design, it was a mortal danger. The miniscule kitchenette had no basic ingredients, apart from what the last guests left there. The chairs are medieval torture devices in disguise.
Ch4n79 (8/5): Very good - The placement of the house was really good because it was near everything, and Sofia's hospitality was really nice. It was a bit hot during nights and there was some noise at nights.
