• Maki (8/5): - The property is located in the city center. Many attractions are located within the walking distance. There are many restaurants and grocery stores nearby. We understand that the property is small and thus there is no space for a big table. However, it would be great if there is a small table (at least potable one) to eat. We had to eat on the bed

• Candice (10/5): An excellent room in a really wonderful neighbourhood. - The location was excellent, loads of good places to eat and nice bars nearby. The piazza was lively and fun with a lot of folk on the streets late into the night at the weekend. The hosts had an extremely thorough recommendation list in the welcome pack which was very helpful.

• Kimberly (9/5): We had a lovely time, and really enjoyed the appartment and the location. - It had everything we needed, and was neat and tidy and comfortable
• David (8/5): Very good - Location was very good, 20mins walk to the train station, and restaurants nearby. We had 3 nights and could walk easily to all the main sites from the apartment. A safe area. It had a kitchenette for cooking and a fridge. A small table and chairs would be helpful.
• Pamela (9/5): Florence flat is a great home base - The Santo Spirito neighborhood is a fun & popular area of Florence as well as being very conveniently located to attractions on the other side of the river. This flat is very nice and well-stocked to prepare simple meals in the kitchenette. The high ceilings and elegant atmosphere was definitely something we enjoyed. A great home base to explore the city. It is a populate busy neighborhood and the street is active with restaurants, so there is street noise into the evening. We liked that — if you want quiet after 11pm be aware of this. Would be nice if there was a little table to coincide with the kitchenette. There are 2 chairs and a desk, but a little awkward for 2 people to eat. The places to hang towels were not quite adequate to have them dry fully. It is $5 to change out a towel. That seemed a little high. But that was a minor item.
• Janice (8/5): Very good - Location, quiet, plenty of food available. Check in was great and was able to have a late check out. Bathroom a bit small but we managed.
• Lisa (8/5): Great little studio, perfect area, stunning city ❤️ - Situated in the best area. The windows are double insulated so we hardly heard any noise at night. Very comfy bed. The surrounding restaurants were amazing. The host was lovely, very helpful & gave us some great tips on restaurants. The only very small thing is that if your hair requires styling, the cord on the hairdryer isn’t long enough from the nearest plug point to see a mirror where you can see what you’re doing.
• Arajs (7/5): Great location for food and city sightseeings. - Location is perfect. Just across the street great place for breakfast, 5 min walk small supermarket for other stuff, famous Gusta pizza and other places to eat just around the corner. One thing we didn’t like was that was not enough storage for your clothes, wardrobe for example. You need to fit everything in a few drawers.

• Ian (9/5): Lovely apartment in a great location to explore Firenze - Perfect size for a short stay. Big, comfortable bed. A kitchen space that was good for preparing simple meals. Great location. The only thing we couldn’t find was a corkscrew, otherwise, nothing.

• Silvia (5/5): Great location, comfortable room. Cleanliness and organisation could be better. - The location was perfect, the bed was comfortable and the sheets and towels were clean. The tv was in perfect working order. The Wi-Fi was very unstable, there was limescale and a hair in the shower, spots on the sink tap. We said we were going to get there at 20:30, we sent a message when we got the tram from the airport with our ETA, however when we got to the property and called the number provided on Booking.com, we were told to wait as the messages on booking hadn’t been read and we ended up waiting for almost half an hour. As we were asked to bring cash to pay for a stay tax, we advised what amount we would come in and if there could be change for us. We were told they’d plan for it to happen, however the lady who came to meet us seemed quite clueless. Luckily we’d managed to get some change at the airport, so it wasn’t a lot of money.

• Oliver (8/5): Very good - Perfect for a short trip to Florence. Lara is a very nice host. Ideal location next to the Piazza Santo Spirito; only 3 minutes walk to Palazzo Pitti. I can definitely recommend S. Spirito Studio Flat and would come back when visiting Florence for the next time.
• Anonymous (8/5): Nice and convenient place to walk around and exploring the beautiful city - Cozy flat with enough facilities: bedroom, toilet and kitchen. Warm and comfortable. The toilet paper was not enough for our stays.

• Rosa (10/5): Apartment near Ponte Vecchio - Studio is very nice and clean. Position is very good only 1km away from city centre. Also there is restaurants, cafes and breadshops in the same street. Overall very good experience and we enjoyed our holiday here. Air conditioning works nicely.
